Ar condicionado vaza dentro do quarto, chuveiro queimado, banheiro extremamente sujo e fedendo (tampa do vaso toda mofada). Tv com tela queimada, cama dura e desconfortável. Local barulhento ao redor. Interior fedendo a cigarro mesmo com os avisos proibindo. Resolução de problemas inexistente, e a culpa nunca é do estabelecimento, sempre dizendo que ontem estava funcionando, dando a entender que fomos nós que estragamos. Muitas escadas para subir, sem acessibilidade. Rua com esgoto a céu aberto.
