• Caroline (10/5): - Excellent value for money with comfy bed and a lovely balcony. The host was very kind and helpful (he found the best way for us to cheaply and easily reach the airport). There are food options nearby and it's a short walk to front mountain. We got a Didi to back mountain and to the panda reserve, both close by. A great experience being in a small, very local village. Nothing.

• Jan (10/5): Very nice and peaceful - The owner is very kind and the place is really lovely and peaceful. Entrance to Qingchengshan is only about 20 minutes walk, Panda valley is about 10 minutes by Didi.
• veronique (10/5): Excellente chambre d'hôte au calme - La chambre qui était propre grande et ouvrait sur une terrasse au troisième étage. L'endroit est très calme et on peut rejoindre le visitor Center de Qingchengshan à pied. L'hôte est vraiment très serviable et très arrangeant. À pied on peut rejoindre aussi un marché de nuit de fruits , légumes et de nourriture ainsi qu'un supermarché. Rien !!!!!

• Asha (9/5): - The hosts were so welcoming and kind. Brilliant location and I was allowed to use the fridge. Would definitely come back to stay.
• Xing (7/5): Economical price won’t give you a luxury stay. - The owner was friendly and helpful, who picked me up from the railway station free of charge. The guest house features a beautiful view of flowers and plants，which tallies with its name Huakaishi. Breakfast was very simple and not much to choose. The bathroom is small, the shower head is just above the toilet. The bedding feels damp.
• Roberta (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Posto molto curato e grazioso. Colazione tipica cinese, deliziosa e generosa. Le stanze erano accoglienti, comode e spaziose. L'host è gentilissimo, disponibile e si fa capire senza problemi anche senza sapere l'inglese. Raccomandato caldamente a chiunque capiti in questa zona.
• Elisa (8/5): Un soggiorno perfetto lontano da tutto - Piccola guesthouse molto accogliente in un piccolo villaggio ai piedi della montagna, ottimo per esplorare l'area nei dintorni e uscire dal caos dei grandi centri. Il padrone di casa è gentilissimo, la camera era ampia e confortevole. Nei dintorni c'è un night market dove abbiamo cenato, altrimenti serve spostarsi con taxi per raggiungere i ristoranti. Colazione solo cinese, bagno piccolino. Per noi nessun problema ma segnalo per chi avesse altre preferenze.
• Angelika (8/5): Abseits, schwer mit Öffis zu erreichen, freundlich, versteckt, echt - Der Besitzer spricht zwar kein Englisch, ist aber super freundlich. Die Lage ist etwas problematisch, denn wirklich keiner wusste, wo dieses Hotel sein sollte. Um auf den Berg zu kommen, war es aber genau richtig, denn hier gab es einen Recht schnellen Fußweg zur Sammelstelle. Von dort aus könnte man dann auch mit Bussen an den Fuß des Berges fahren. Das Frühstück war einfach gehalten, aber sättigend. Das Badezimmer war dahingehend spannend, da es super klein war und Dusche und Toilette direkt übereinander waren. Das ist erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in China nicht so unüblich. Auch sehr cool: Der lokale Abendmarkt, eine Art Flohmarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Die Dusche mit Klo in einer kleinen Kammer hat mich nicht ganz begeistern können

• Agnese (10/5): Great memories! - Very friendly and helpful host, quiet neighbourhood but close to the mountain (walking distance 20-30 min), I enjoyed the room style. Very good quality for the price.
• Willemijn (9/5): Super relaxing! - Super homely and cozy stay near Mount Qingcheng. You can really relax here and enjoy the surroundings. The walk up the mountain is very beautiful. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and in the morning they cook homemade breakfast. The owner is very helpful too. You have to be aware that you are a bit away from the village center. 10-15 min walk. But they have a bike and you can also take a didi easily.
• Angela (10/5): The perfect place in the mountains - This place is like a dream, not only the landscape around but the room itself is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with your own personal space for tea. My time here felt like a movie. Family is extremely helpful ready to guide your trip or prepare you a meal. Panda valley is just 6 away (2 euro taxi) I love everything. Can’t wait to come back

Plants and flowers, also at the balcony and an atmosphere of dedication & sincere welcome. Simple with style. Clean and very well finished with attention for details. If you like a relaxed place, outdoors and real local experiences, don't hesitate. There was nothing that I did not like, except leaving the place . . . It's good to know that it's about a 500 meters walk to the first restaurants and shops, 1,500 meters to a bus stop and about 3,000 meters to the train station. Though taxi's are very well available

• Angela (10/5): Very lovely place - This property is beautifully designed with clean, simple and functional rooms. The double bedrooms have a balcony whereas the twin rooms have very big windows and face the road. The property is decorated with a lot of plants and fresh flowers and the air gets fresh towards the night time. All rooms have mosquito nets and repellent, since the whole dujiangyan area is full of mosquitoes. The family that manages the property is lovely. They do not speak a word of English but they even managed to help me with hiking trips suggestions and with a little issue I had with a taxi driver. They are very hospitable and cook Chinese breakfast every morning. Location is about 3.5y taxi from the center but very near Mt Quingcheng,hot spring &panda rescue center. So far the best budget hotel experience I’ve had in Sichuan!

• Nathalie (10/5): Easy and hassle free. - The owner of the guest house was very kind - due to external circumstances we were arriving at the guest house in the middle of the night, and he asked us to call him when we arrived so he could let us in. The guest house itself was so cosy and the perfect retreat after whatever day one has in the area. The owner was also very attentive to any questions and genuinely nice. Breakfast was home made, there was tea in the room and the best bed ever. I would recommend this guest house to anyone visiting that area. It is also in a very sweet lane and tastefully decorated. Nothing.

• Binh (10/5): great stay! - so far this is the best host and best hotel i've stayed in china. the owner went above and beyond to help me with my transportation to and from the hotel. they also cooked delicious food. the room is very cozy, clean, with good hot shower. there's a lovely front porch with blooming flowers. highly recommend staying here if you visit qingchengshan and panda valley.

• Manuel (10/5): One of the best hotels we've been - One of the best hotels we've been in China, if not the best. The owner was always extremely helpful (he even took us by car to QingChen entrance). The rooms are very cozy and well decorated, beds are great and the ambiance is really chill. Breakfast is also a plus.
• Melanie (9/5): Lovely guesthouse in a peaceful location - I really liked this guesthouse. The hosts were super friendly - they even collected me from the train station and dropped me off again. They offered to give me a lift to the Qingchengshan scenic area, but it was only a 10-minute walk and very pleasant. I loved the room. It was quite cold while I was there, but the heating worked well, and there was even an electric blanket on the bed. The balcony was very pretty, and it was great to be somewhere so peaceful and with such clean air. Breakfast was also great. The property is close to the Dujiangyan Panda Research Centre (also has red pandas), and Dujiangyan has Guanxian ancient city and the irrigation system, all worth visiting. Qingchengshan is a beautiful mountain with lots of temples and pagodas. The bathroom/toilet was very small and a bit awkward in terms of not getting everything wet when showering. Just a minor inconvenience though.
• Conrad (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially for 2 people like us who don't speak Mandarin. He upgraded our room at no cost, as well. He helped us get to wherever we needed to go. The balcony is really beautiful as well, full of greenery, great place to drink some tea and relax. The internet was a bit slow at times, but it's probably to be expected for this region.

Breakfast is also fantastic with lots of variety and it was all tasty. Even though there are no elevators at the property, he was kind enough to carry our heavy luggages up 3 flights of stairs. Couldn’t recommend this place more
