Patricia (6/5): Tidy unit and central to Surfers Paradise and the stadium. - Location was ideal as we were there for the AFL game at Peoples First Stadium. Price was competitive. Unit was very clean and modern. Smoke alarm was annoying the morning we checked out. Windows couldn't be opened if it was raining - and it was raining. The road noise from traffic was more than expected.

Abir (1/5): Absolute worst experience. Please stay away. - No coles, whoolies or Aldi within walking distance. The place is good for nothing! No food or drinks near by as well. No public transport as well. - Stairs make alot of noise and it might not be able take the weight of a large person. I am a 179 cm tall person and my weight is 90 kg. I was very scared to use the stairs as it was making so much noise. I don't think the stairs will be able to take the weight of a overweight person. -Kitchen Exhaust van was not working. -Microwave oven was not clean. -Photos show bar stools, which were not in the actual property. -Couch was unclean and had cigarette burns. -Towels were unclean. -Pool was not a private one as per listing. You will need to share it with lots of other people. pool was unclean and unusable. -Property owner who doesn't pick up phone calls.

Henaway (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay, the host were very friendly. - I loved the location and it's very homie and comfortable, my children loved the pool and swam everyday. I loved how the host offered to wash our clothes for us when the washing machine stopped working. Very friendly and welcoming. The fans in bedrooms don't go on a high speed.

Bret had provided extras such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags & glad wrap etc. It was clean, modern, private & very accommodating. Bret left very precise instructions. The fan in the master bedroom was not working properly & it was hot.
