• CLAUDIO (7/5): Soddisfacente - Posizione ottima alla fiera e alla metro le lenzuola presentavano delle macchie; La tazza del water era molto sporca nelle zone poco visibili; Sarebbe stato molto comodo avere la possibilità di lasciare la valigia per qualche ora in più nella lobby.. invece hanno richiamato subito per ben 30 minuti oltre le 10.30. A parte questi dettagli è andato tutto bene..

• Armin (4/5): - Friendly staff, even a little welcome gesture in the form of snacks - there is potential but unfortunately the hygienic factors are not sufficient. As a frequent traveler, I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests deserve an honest heads-up. The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The shower is a real issue — temperature fluctuates so dramatically that there's a genuine risk of scalding. Worth being cautious. Check-in requires you to arrive at a precise time, which is impractical for business travelers. A key lockbox would solve this easily. Finally, the tourist tax must be paid in cash only — bring coins, as there's no card reader or alternative payment option on site. These basics need addressing before I could recommend it.

• Thomas (3/5): - Es war alles da. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen. Aber es war sehr dreckig. Überall Spinnweben die schon länger da waren. Allgemein der Zustand vom Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Alles staubig gewesen. War auf alle Fälle das Geld nicht wert gewesen.

• Malte (10/5): Good price, great position for any convention goer! - Well-kept and clean, reasonable pricing considering how well it's positioned, and within walking distance to tram, convention center, ATM, and decent food places! Also nice staff! The only complaints I *might* have are only down to personal preference and slight culture differentials; It's normal stuff when you go to another country! If you hold onto the expectations that you're going to a country that's different from your own, and prepare a little, you'll love it!

• KATHRIN (8/5): - Nette kleine Pension für Kurztripp mit Selbstversorgung. Gut gelegen für Messebesuch oder Event in der Merkur-Arena. Anbindung an die Altstadt, an die KÖ oder ans Rheinufer oder oder , gleich in 2 min. an der U Bahn oder Bus . Die Besitzerin nebst Tochter sind immer für einen da wenn man Hilfe braucht und sehr sehr nett . Sie machen einfach alles möglich. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt, vielen vielen Dank ! Grüße aus Sachsen Leider hat das WLAN nicht geklappt ging aber auch ohne . Kleiner Tipp ans Haus: In der kleinen Küche für alle wäre eine kleine Spüle sehr angebracht .

• Klaus (6/5): Perfekte Lage nur leider sehr muffiger Geruch (Wasserschaden) - Perfekte Lage zur Messe in Düsseldorf. Gute Größe, auch wenn das Bett nur von einer Seite zu erreichen ist. Leider scheint es ein Wasserproblem zu geben und der Flur riecht extrem muffig, im Zimmer ist es OK und Bad riecht es leider wieder sehr muffig.

• Thomas (8/5): Unser 1. Aufenthalt aber nicht unser letzter ;-) - Frau Pangalis ist in Wort und Tat mit Herz dabei. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Badutensilien, Handtücher urlaubsmässig schön dekoriert. Bettmatratzen neuwertig und sehr bequem. Bäcker, Restaurants, S-Bahn quasi vor der Tür. Frau Pangalis ist sehr daran interessiert das sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen und steht auch mit Tips für Ausflugziele usw zur Seite. Parkplatzsituation ist eher eine Glückssache.

• Eccles (8/5): Very enjoyable, excellent location for exhibition visitors, friendly hosts. - Location is excellent for visiting the Düsseldorf Messe complex. The pension has a small kitchen available to guests, and there are useful shops within minutes to buy food. There are also restaurants, the nearby Aquazoo and extensive park, plus a short walk to the gardens alongside the Rhine. It's very close to a U-Bahn stop that gets you into central Düsseldorf quickly and cheaply, and it's on a bus route to the airport. There are two public charging points for electric cars adjacent on the street. Although there's no regular parking, Dagmar gave us an overnight space while we unloaded, and we parked at the Messe after that. The WiFi was intermittent, but we had our own mobile hub so this wasn't a problem. We struggled to find more than a couple of English language channels on the TV, but hey, this is Germany so that's fair enough! Otherwise, we were very happy with everything!

• Jana (6/5): Pleasant - The location was a 20 min walk from the arena and a 15min tram ride from the city. The wifi was not working at all (couldn’t connect, so we were stuck using our data), poor light in the bathroom, could only pay in cash, need to pay extra for late check in. The curtains didn’t close all the way, so the sun was shining in the room in the morning (better bring a eye mask)
• Simon (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect for us, next to the arena, since we were there for a concert . Very clean place . No functioning wifi, even though it is listed as available with the lodging. Tv stations all glitching. So it is misrepresented on booking.com
