Sylva (9/5): - Čisté, útulné ubytování v klidné ulici. V apartmánu bylo vŝe potřebné k dispozici. Možnost využít venkovní posezení. Parkovali jsme ve dvoře. V průbĕhu dne k dispozici drobné občerstvení. Blízko docházkovou chůzí do centra a k památkám. Rozhodně můžeme doporučit. Už bychom si neobjednali snídani na pokoj. Nevyvážený pomĕr cena a kvalita, ale bylo to naše rozhodnutí. Nikdo nenabízel a nevnucoval.

Sam (10/5): Vynikající ubytování. - Lokalita na okraji Kutné Hory je opravdu vynikající. Do historického centra KH je to kousek (cca 10 minut pěšky). Penzión je na klidném místě, i když je v blízkosti železniční trať, žádné rušivé zvuky nebyly. Nemáme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

Ivana (10/5): - Úžasné místo, klid, ticho, penzion jsme měli sami pro sebe. Úžasná herna pro děti, společenská místnost, k dispozici Java, voda, čaj, bábovka a drobné občerstvení zdarma. Pokoj prostorný, spokojený byl i náš pejsek. Určitě se někdy moc rádi vrátíme. Z penzionu je centrum Kutné Hory opravdu kousek. Pro větší rodiny, v našem případě tři děti a dva dospělí, to bylo naprosto dokonalé ubytování. Moc milá slečna na recepci. Všechno bylo super

Sybren (8/5): Lekker weg in Kutna Hora - Het appartement was ruim. Het huis is een mooi monumentaal pand, met een fraaie stenen trap en zeer dikke muren. Heel prettig ingericht. Ons appartement (nr.5) en het naastgelegen appartement (nr. 4) bleven ook bij hoge buitentemperaturen koel door die dikke muren en de grote bomen in de straat aan de zuidkant. Het appartement ligt aan de rand van het centrum met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Wandelroutes beginnen ook voor de deur, en het station is niet ver. Er is een prettige tuin met zitjes en een paar speeltoestellen. Van de spoorlijn direct voor het huis had je geen last. Voldoende parkeerruimte op straat en 3 plekken op het erf. De douchecabine was versleten, en kon niet meer echt goed worden schoongemaakt. De keuken is ruim, maar alleen voorzien van het meest noodzakelijke keukengerei.

Katerina (9/5): - Skvělé místo blízko do centra, možnost parkování za bránou. Vyžití pro děti. Příjemná obsluha na recepci. Na pokoji jsme měli trošku měkkčí matrace a přivítali bychom těžší závěsy na okna kvůli akustice i venkovní lampě, která svítí přímo do pokoje. Jinak bylo vše naprosto v pořádku a dostačující na příjemný pobyt.

Probably the only thing to criticize is that the bath didn't have a curtain. But besides that everything was perfect.

We arrived late in the evening after reception closes and keys were easy to retrieve from the key box as instructed. All was good. Some people might find the decor a little dated, but for the value for money, it is perfectly fine.

Thicker curtains to block out the light would be better, and being close to the railway you could hear some train noise, but both of these did not spoil our stay.

The room was a great size and the bed was comfy. They even offered complimentary Czech home made cake in the dining area. Super happy with my stay.
