Verouderd appartement. - De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan universal studio’s, hollywood hotspots, the griffith observatory, six flags… maar wel wat drugsgebruikers en daklozen in de buurt. Oude apparatuur, keuken, kastjes. De muur mag een keer opgefrist worden. Wasmachine deed het niet, water liep niet weg. Dat heb ik doorgegeven. Wellicht wordt het inmiddels vervangen.
- Barbara (4/5): With maintenance, repair and attention, this could be a great apartment. - Apartment is spacious, 2 rooms separated by main living room and kitchen layout was good. Easy to get into and leave apartment, free parking was great. Dated furnishings, not a proper living room set, just odd and end cushions to sit on. Main sofa had a makeshift tablecloth over the seating portion to cover damage. Apartment faces N La Brea--very busy and noisy street so sitting out on balcony was not a real option. Toilet paper holder in first bathroom was broken and not replaced. Carpet was old and dirty, in need of deep cleaning or replacement. Walls in all the rooms were badly scuffed everywhere. Simply use a wall cleaner or repaint please! This place needs more maintenance before renting out.

- Mario (9/5): Nice comfortable apartment to relax in after a long day walking in LA - Clean, sizeable, comfortable apartment. Exactly as described on booking.com profile. Whilst location was good for Hollywood Stars walk and Runyon Canyon and downtown, just need to be cautious at night if walking around surrounding streets. Also a manual for the apartment, for use of washing machine etc. would be handy.
