- Carolin (1/5): Einmal und nicht wieder - zentrale Lage, Nähe der Europa-Therme Standard-Zimmer mit schmutzigem Teppich, sehr veraltetes, defektes Mobiliar; sehr mangelhafte, oberflächliche Zimmereinigung; liebloses und billigstes Frühstück (selten bzw vorher nicht so gesehen) trotz angeschlossenen Cafes; Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht! Kritikpunkte wurden auch vor Ort angesprochen... Einmal und leider nicht wieder!

- Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in the centre with parking, near Europe Spa (really a few meters). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. I was satisfied with my stay here. Recommend!
- Siew (6/5): Hope they’ll change a new mattress in future - a small kitchen is build in The mattresses and pillows were too soft and the bathrooms bathroom was not proper cleaned.
