Gladys (7/5): It is a clean nice place but they do not put safety first by regular maintenance of this nice facility and the staff did - It was very clean. Our room had a broken lock, we had to move the wardrobe at night to block the door, thus totally not safe. The staff did not respond well to the issue of this broken lock. The bathroom lock was totally missing. In the mornings we had to call colleagues to open for us from the outside. There was no normal beverages (tea/coffee/sugar/water in most of our rooms, no microwave and kettle in some. Only a two plate small stove in our family room.
