The apartment was clean, but there was mold in the refrigerator (it looked like it had been turned off and closed without being allowed to dry). The internet was very unstable and not available in all rooms. But the most annoying problem was the lack of hot water. There was no hot water at all in the evening. In the morning, only two of us could take a shower.

Я думаю, что это случайность потому-что всё остальное было отлично и снимать бал за это не стану.

• André (9/5): - Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Frühstück und das angebotene Abendessen waren sehr gut Aufgrund des sehr schön ausgebauten Landhauses, wäre es schön wenn sich alle Gäste sich bezüglich der Geräuschpegel etwas zurückhaltend bewegen würden.

Там у них проходить ремонт приміщень.

Toll renoviertes Gebäude und supergemütliche Zimmer. Lecker Frühstück mit auf Wunsch frisch zubereiteten warmen Speisen. Ganz nettes Personal. Man fühlt sich pudelwohl und will gar nicht mehr weg.

• Gabriele (8/5): Eine schöne Zeit beim ersten CZ Urlaub - Sehr freundliche Betreiber und Personal. Trotz stressigen Alltag ging das Wohl der Gäste immer vor. Man kann sich frei bewegen und bekommt notwendige Infos zu Unternehmungen. Das Frühstück war immer sehr frisch und vielfältig. Das Romantische Perlbad für Paare mit lebenden Magnesiumsalz ist sehr zu empfehlen. Und sein Geld wert. Gäste die die Bewegungsfreiheit trotz Ruhezeiten extrem ausnutzen und daher andere Gäste von Ihrem Schlaf abhalten. Was der Betreiber allerdings sofort unterbunden hat. Katzen im Restaurant. Obwohl wir Katzen lieben. Das es in der Booking Beschreibung heisst es gäbe ein Restaurant, was so aber nicht stimmt. Da sehr sporadisch gegrillt oder überhaupt gekocht wird. Eher als grosse Küche im Haus zu sehen, wo es mal essen gibt oder auch nicht. Dann muss man nach Karlsbad oder andere Orte fahren, denn vor Ort gibt es keine Lokalitäten, wo man mal hin könnte ohne Auto.

• Antje (10/5): Leckeres Essen, Panorama-Terrasse und herzliches Personal mitten in der Natur - Es ist ein mit Liebe gestaltetes Areal, wo man sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste kümmert. Wir kamen nach einem heißen langen Fahrradtag eigentlich zu spät für die Küche an - dennoch bereitete man uns das nette, zuvorkommende Personal leckere Pizzen zu und zapfte frisches Bier. Der Blick von der Terrasse ins Erzgebirge ist traumhaft und zu den Füßen spielen kleine Katzen :) Die Selbstbedienungsbar haben wir nicht genutzt, war aber ein nettes Feature. Das Frühstückbuffet war außerordentlich üppig und lecker, sodass wir die perfekte Stärkung für die nächste anstrengende Etappe hatten. Auf booking.com ist die Unterkunft kurzfristig vorab nicht so gut zu erreichen - das ist nicht schlimm und sollte man nicht immer voraussetzen, aber vielleicht hilft es ja anderen Reisenden ;) Da das Personal auch perfekt Deutsch spricht, wissen wir nun für den nächsten Aufenthalt, dass kurz telefonisch Durchklingeln die einfachere Kontaktmöglichkeit ist.

Duża różnorodność, jedzenie świeże i na bieżąco przygotowywane. Urocza lokalizacja, piękne widoki. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna.

• Guembri (4/5): Ist ausreichend aber entspricht nicht der Beschreibung - Die Lage Das Zimmer hat nicht wie beschrieben einen Ventilator und ist auch nicht schallisoliert. Zu dem ist die Unterkunft nicht sauber. In der Dusche ist Schimmel, es liegen überall Haare von fremden Menschen und im Teppich sogar Tierhaare. Das Zimmer war voller Spinnengeweben, es lag Dreck auf dem Boden (sogar eine Tablette) und unsere Bettwäsche war schmutzig und kaputt. Nachdem wir diese Missstände angesprochen haben, hat die Mitarbeiterin unser Bettlacken neu bezogen (wo die Löscher waren) und die Bettwäsche gelassen, weil sie gesagt hat, dass ist von der Wäscherei und da kann sie nichts für. Auch in einem Handtuch waren Löscher, dieses wurde jedoch ebenfalls ausgetauscht, nachdem wir Bescheid gesagt haben. Auch wollte ich erwähnen, dass bei booking stand, dann man für 14€ Halbpension dazu bekommt. Hier angekommen liegt der tatsächliche Preis bei 23€ p.p.

• Roswitha (8/5): Urlaub mit Hund 🐕 - Die Chefin, sowie ihr Personal waren immer um unser Wohl besorgt. Sie konnten Deutsch sprechen u verstehen. Es gab eine Bar an der man sich Getränke holen konnte auf Vertrauensbasis. Zum Zeitvertreib gab es eine Tischtennisplatte, Dart u Kicker. Sowie für kleine Kinder eine Spielecke. Noch zu erwähnen der Pool. Man sollte in der Beschreibung auf einen allgemeinen Sitzbereich für alle Urlauber hinweisen. Ich hatte es so rausgelesen, dass direkt an unserem Zimmer eine kleine Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten ist.

• Manurie1070 (9/5): - Ruhe und Entspannung. Man muss nicht weit reisen, das Gute liegt so nah. Bei der Zimmerauswahl sollte man auf ein Apartment zurückgreifen, größer und heller. Zu berücksichtigen ist, dass viele Familien mit Kindern da sein können. Der Pool ist niedlich aber ausreichend, sofern die Temperaturen passen. Alles in Allem sehr schöne Lage, Tierfreundlich und herrliche Aussicht. Für Pferdefreunde zu empfehlen. Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern. Dusche leicht veraltet, schwankendes W lan.Das sind aber nur kleinere Mängel, die durchaus verkraftet werden können.
• S (8/5): - Sehr ländlich gelegen auf einem alten restaurierten Hof. Essen und Verpflegung im hauseigenen kleinen Restaurant war qualitativ Top. Etwas am Hang gelegen mit gutem Blick in die Tallandschaft. Gesamt hat es einen guten Eindruck gemacht und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zum Teil etwas abgenutzte Bereiche wie zum Beispiel:der Spielplatz und Haus/ Zimmereinrichtung. Der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände ist kostenpflichtig ,das war uns erst nicht bewusst. Ist nicht teuer, sollte aber vielleicht gleich am Parkplatz beschildert sein.
• Melissa (6/5): In die Jahre gekommener Bauernhof, der mit Wellnessangeboten lockt - Der Pool war schön für kleine Kinder. Der Spielplatz war schön, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und schmuddelig. Die Betten waren viel zu hart. Eine Poolliege wäre kaputt, so dass ich als ich mich zurück lehnte mit dem Hinterkopf auf den Asphalt aufgeschlagen wäre, hätte meine Freundin mich nicht zufällig aufgefangen. Das ist extrem gefährlich!
• Hoxhaj (7/5): - Ruhige Lage in der Natur, etwas außerhalb von Karlsberg Habe Familienzimmer und Doppelzimmer gebucht, habe ein Appartement mit zwei Zimmer und 4 Betten + Doppelzimmer bekommen. Konnte das DZ nicht stornieren, da uns ja das Appartement gereicht hätte. Leider von booking.com falsch gemanaget!

• Diogo (9/5): Lovely Pension - It was our second time in Dvur Stran. We stayed again on a 2 bed apartment. Love it, kids love the surroundings and the cats wondering around... Good facilities and good food. Highly recommend for a cosy weekend out. Close enough from Karlovy Vary, but enjoyably far enough to get the peacefulness of the country side.

• Oleksandr (3/5): Poor - We were 2 couples and have chosen 1 appartment for 2 nights for amount 367 EUR with following conditions offered by Booking: - open air swimming pool - it was very important as we wanted to sunbathe near the pool - a big apartment 72m2 with 2 bedrooms (on the photo the flooring was parquet) - 7,5 km from Karlovy Vary Center - free parking place -free WI-FI What we got in fact: -an apartment under the roof with an old carpet flooring of about 50m2 with 2 very small bedrooms -swimming pool for children (the dimension appr. 3x6 meters) -this very small village Stran is placed in 15 (!) km from Karlovy Vary Center without any shops or whatever travellers may need... (we drove from there several times to Karlovy Vary and it was 20-30 min journey to one side) - the girl from Reception said that the parking place on the territory (the photo where the white car stands) costs 100Korun/night, and the place outside on a hill (you can see a black car there) - it is free of charge... -WI-FI was so slow and we had to use our mobile nets Before booking this apartment we had an option of 2 separate rooms for the price 408 EUR in a Spa Resort Sanssouci with a huge pool and breakfast included and free parking as well. But as the weather was very hot we decided to book Dvur Stran for the reason of open air swimming pool. In fact we spent 1 day in Thermal Swimming pool and sunbathed there +150EUR /4 people /3 Hours. I have added pictures of the room we expected to have while booking the apartment. Complete discrepancy between expectations and reality, do not recommend this place.
• Martin (7/5): Excellent family holiday - Great family vibe. Beautiful sunset views. Decent quality rooms and beds. Friendly crew that will go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. Restaurant is really very basic. Airco needs maintenance.
