• Rocha (10/5): Hostal mi casa, es como estar en casa..... - La hospitalidad de Patricia y Jose, la calidez, preocupación, atentos, siempre preocupados de cada detalle, orden, limpieza, comodad. Además un lugar tranquilo para descansar y su ubicación central cercano a todo, tb hay locomoción en el sector para traslados a otros sectores. Maravilloso lugar, con mi hija nos sentimos como en casa. Gracias por todo. Todo perfecto.
• Toshihisa (1/5): 半年間毎日ホテルに停まった中で最悪です - 隣にミニマートがあります 突然なんの説明も無く、宿泊拒否されました。 私のモーターサイクルは250kgあり、宿主の指示通りに前進で下り方向に駐車すると、バックで出られなく成るので断りました。重いバイクはバックで駐車するのが基本です。 Noと言ったら、話しも聞いてもらえず宿泊拒否して建物に籠り、出てこなく成りましたので、やむなく他のホテルを探しました。

• Isla (10/5): - Recibimos un trato muy gentil y cercano de parte de sus dueños que son muy atentos y simpáticos Pensamos que era un poco más cerca del centro ya que vinimos sin auto.. pero de todas formas uber funciona muy bien, rápido y económico.

• Claudia (10/5): Perfecto para una salida de dos - Tuvimos una muy buena acogida desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva. Nos dieron todas las indicaciones para llegar. Las personas que atienden hacen de tu estadia muy grata don tito y su señora se portaron muy bien con nosotros. Las instalaciones muy buenas, cumplen con lo que promten , la cocina compartida permite hacer tus preparaciones y salir a recorrer y al estar cerca del centro permite hacer caminable todo. Los pasajeros rrspetan el silencio que se pide de 22 a 8 Am.

• Tasmin (9/5): Felt like home! - The owners are very kind and helpful. They offered airport transfers and clothes washing for an extra cost. They were always very attentive. The place is very clean. It is just a little far out from the city centre but ok if you are happy to walk or if you have a car.

• Joseph (10/5): Lovely, relaxing home - Very warm, very cozy. I felt right at home and Patricia and José were exceptional hosts! The walls are thin so I could hear the other guests’ every movement.

We arranged an airport transfer with them which was smooth and well priced. The kitchen looked good but we didn't nees to use it. Bathrooms were clean as well. Great stay! Nothing :)

• Felix (8/5): Nice owners, overall good place to stay in Puerto Montt - The place has everything you need if you want to stay in the area and want to explore it with a car. Everything was clean and we could use the kitchen. You can walk from there to the city center and it is a really nice walk at the coast. The owners were very friendly and were taking good care of their guests. The kitchen and the common area is a little small and you can hear everything that's going on in the kitchen and other rooms.

• Tomas (9/5): Great stay in Puerto Montt - Great hostel in Puerto Montt! The hosts were very kind and made sure to take the time to show the whole accommodation. Additionally, they were very helpful with arranging excursions. The hostel is about 20 minutes away from the city center of Puerto Montt, which is walkable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which I liked. And the room itself was also excellent!

We were able to leave our bikes in the garage of the hostel, unfortunately however, the bikes were moved around in our absence and one was damaged in the process. Nothing serious, but it would have been nice to at least get an apology!

• Germain (8/5): Cosy and Warm Hostal - Patricia and her husband are super nice and warm people. The transfer arranged was a reasonable price and she even made a stop at the bus station so that we could buy our tickets in advance when she found out that we needed to travel to Chaiten in a few days (unfortunately office was closed). She dropped us off in town later as she was going the same way. The hostal is very cosy and clean. It is maintained extremely clean as I observed Patricia even spraying down the walls one time. The shared toilets are always kept spotless. Slightly far from things and Center of town, but close to bus stops and you can use app InDrive to get cheaper rides.

• Valerie (8/5): Very good - Great location for the waterfront, and hosts recommended a restaurant that turned out to have the best sandwich I've had in ages---just chicken with mayo, tomato, and green beans (a Chilean thing), but it was huge and delicious--at Fuente de Aji, a nice walk along the malecon from the hostal. Patricia and Jose were wonderful, and also provided airport transport (15) and bus terminal (5). The rooms are what you can expect for the great price. Very quiet and comfortable. If you are just passing through you might want to stay closer to airport. TONS of traffic!!!

• Anne (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts are super friendly and try to help you with all our questions. In the kitchen you have all the stuff you need and they have free koffee and tea. We arrived in the morning and we could get in the room early. Our room had no window and was very small. It’s not nice to spend time in there without daylight. The kitchen is too small to hang out there and a sign says you should just eat and leave again. There is no other room to relax. We could leave our bags at the hostel for a few days. When we came back some of our climbing gear with a value of 150$+ was missing.

• Natalie (10/5): Very comfortable place, where you’ll feel right at home. - Really comfortable place and the owners are so so friendly. We stayed for a night and felt right at home - the name of the place is very fitting. They’re also offering airport transfer for 15.000 Pesos, same price as an Uber. Jose even made sure we woke up on time, what a service! Nothing - it was really nice, especially for this price.

• Turysta103 (3/5): Poor - The room doesn't have any windows and it was small. Because of that it was stuffy and I woke up with a headache. A kitchen also doesn't have a window and while cooking it was smelly.
• Yorka (10/5): Exceptional - Mrs. Paty and Mr. Jose were always very attentive. All common places were always clean. All the stuff for cooking were supply so, very easy to prepare something at night. The bed was comfortable, then, I rested well. I don't have any negative comment of this place.

• Katharine (9/5): Very homely! - We loved starting at Mi Hostel Tu Casa as Jose and Patricia were really friendly and jolly! They had Christmas decorations up and it had everything we needed to feel at home ❤️ It's a little bit out of town but this wasn't an issue as Jose gave us a lift.

• Matthias (7/5): Good - Staff was nice, the hostel was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The location is not central at all, but since there's nothing to do in Puerto Montt itself, that's not as bad as it might be in other places. Walking back from the city to the hostel at night leads you through some areas which might not be super comfortable, although we didn't have an issue personally. Not particularly close to a supermarket, although there are small stores around.
• Jane (9/5): We will return again! - We loved how cute and cozy the rooms were. The communal space is plenty for the number of rooms that share it. The bed was super comfy. We will return on our way back through.
• Paulo (7/5): Good - Check in was easy and fast. The owner is friendly and chatty. Hot water in the shower works just fine. Wifi is good. Room is small but comfortable. Close to a minimarket in a quiet neighbourhood. A bit far from the city centre. They only accept cash.
