Pur essendo centrale, per arrivare alla struttura occorre arrampicarsi a piedi su una salita, scomoda se hai devi bagagli pesanti (anche se con le ruote poichè la pavimentazione stradale è tale da non consentire lo scorrimento delle stesse). Много приятно място за кратък престой с чудесен изглед от покрива и място за сядане отвън. По мислено е за всичко, хладилника е зареден. Лесна и бърза комуникация със собственика. Всичко ни хареса.

• Horatiu (2/5): No parking spot despite different information! - Great location! Very polite and hospitable owner! Clean house and perfect for short trips! The property stated that they offer “parking”, which in the end turned out to be a public parking at the end of the street, and only in the case you find a free spot. All turned out like this: searching for almost 3 days a parking spot after more trips through the city, searching even 40 min through streets for a spot, parking 3-4 streets away from the accommodation This is not normal!!!!! That is why my main criteria when booking is “parking place”! It ruined the meaning of the trip from start! This is a “confort” i pay for and i didn’t have it! Shame for misleading the guests!

• Jacky (7/5): Don't leave money around - Central location. Good-sized room. I was glad it had heating and plenty of bed covers. TV worked and WiFi worked a lot of the time but dropped out periodically. I appreciated the owner meeting me with the key and telling me which way to head to fortress and town and recommending restaurants. I was horrified when I got back to my room one day to discover money had been stolen. Nothing else seemed to be missing. I was about to call the police then wondered if the owner had come in and taken it. I rang him and was shocked to find he had! Earlier in the day he'd asked by WhatsApp if I was in the room and could pay him. I said no and that I'd be there later or the next day. The previous day I'd prepared the money so that I would be ready whenever we arranged to meet. I'd left it on a table so that I could give it to him. Instead of arranging a time to collect the money, he entered the room when he KNEW I wasn't there, didn't tell me he was going to do that, didn't tell me he'd been, and didn't leave a receipt so I knew he'd been. He didn't clean the room, make the bed or empty the bin. He ONLY went in to look for money! I eventually asked him to send me a message to confirm I'd paid him as I've had issues previously with owners who take a cash payment, don't provide a receipt then tell booking.com you've not paid so that they then get paid twice. He sent the message. I can't believe the owner makes you pay for every sachet of coffee you use. The bed sheet is for a much smaller bed so doesn't tuck under the mattress and wrinkles under you when you try to sleep

• Ligia (9/5): Superb - A nice place to spend a few days in the old town of Veliko Tarnovo. The owner made it easy for us to check in late, and made sure we had all we needed for our stay. Easy stay in touch with the guests all the time, we appreciated that a lot. The area is quiet, with typical houses up the hill, with nice views over the river and the fortress. Just few minutes away from the most touristy part of the city, with cafes, restaurants and artisan shops. Parking can be tricky, as the parking lot close to the accommodation can be packed all the time, so you may need to chase a spot in other parking areas several streets away. This is a family-friendly and pet-friendly place.

• Maria (8/5): Convenient location but no more - The location is great! It's a one star accommodation, that's what you get. Make sure to get a quick shower or there'll be no hot water for a second person. Everything is for sale, including coffee/tea. There is no picture to the specific unit you are booking, so prepare to be surprised by the layout. Parking is (if space available) at the town public parking (for free!) but it is a 200m down a very steep street so be prepared to carry your luggage up that street 🤩

• Batiri (10/5): Great stay in the heart of the old city - The host was very friendly! We also enjoyed the opportunity to dwell in the heart of the old city. It was great that we lived in a tiny house, we hardly heard our neighbours, and no sound of passing cars - very silent, great place for a good night sleep. Even with a small child ☺️

• Schneidero (9/5): If you go in Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo old town it is a must see place. - The location is in the center of the old town and near everything you like… museums, café bar, fortress… There are some renovated houses. You can find some nice café bar like Samurai Specialty Coffee Shop and museums like Museum of illusions. Near accommodation it is a free parking but you are not sure that you will find a place if you want to go to Arbanassi for example and to come back. The city has a unkempt appearance and many houses are about to fall down.

Upon entering the house, there was a smell of dampness, but it was not disturbing. The owner was very kind and helped us with information.
