Guest Reviews
- Rose (9/5): -
- Manuael (10/5): -
- Nick (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Nothing No breakfast, location on a pavement. Room was a converted shop front and was obviously being used for someone else's permanent bedroom. Very unfriendly and peculiar as they wouldn't allow my friend to carry my case to my room, they wouldn't even allow her over the main threshold. No fire regulations in place and the sheets looked used. The toilet door had no lock on it.
- Jonathon (4/5): -
- Roslyn (5/5): Passable -
- Tabitha (10/5): Exceptional - The property manager was lovely, the place was amazing, it was great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
- Michelle (1/5): Don’t , just Don’t - Nothing, it was a scam. Will be taking it further. The room was obviously double booked and Ombudsman will be contacted Was totally messed around with booking and check in. Was told to meet in a carpark. Told them to forget our reservation as it was such a hassle and I was still charged the full amount of over $800 ( shared bathroom).
- Heaney (5/5): Passable - Amazing staff support. Opened up a t 1am for me.
Rooms a little dated and musky . No aircon
Think 80's sheek Rooms need freshening and need aircon
- Troy (1/5): Bad -
- Kirky (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all All of it
- Helena (8/5): the owner was very caring and friendly. - security, I am a girl travelling alone, my flight was at night. I can't get transport and Tracy the owner offered to come and pick me up and offer me dinner as everything is closed. She was lovely. the price seemed high for a shared room, although Tracy offered me a whole room for myself to rest better.
- Ashleigh (1/5): Owner is a scammer - Nothing the owner is a scam artist The owner is a scam artist.. Booked this accommodation for an employee, paid $500, the address was faulty, poor to no communication from the owner. also found out that this property is being rented out on Flatemat to live in. So do not book this property 100% SCAMMER!!!!!!!!
- Juan (1/5): Bad -
- Maunoa (1/5): Terrible!Falsely advertised, shared room with pull out beds.Extremely expressive for what's offered. - Arrived at a house, not a professional hotel/ motel set up. Upon arrival, told to sleep on a pull-out bed in the middle of a living room next to another paying guest. Very disappointed the booking ad didn't appropriately reflect what was being offered. Didn't end up staying in this accommodate due to false advertisement.
- David (1/5): Stay Away! False Advertising - Couldn't list anything to like Misleading and false advertising. Was advertised as a single apartment. It was an old office building turned into a make shift rooms (separated by a hanging bed sheets). Everyone had a bed but were sharing the room with little to no privacy. Not what we had booked or paid for.
- Eugene (3/5): Never again. - Beyond the proprietor and easy access, nothing really. Communal toilet/bathroom separate from bedroom. Small bed. No internet (required for my business travel). Extremely noisy (road noise). Finally, the price for the accommodations WAS WAY OVER PRICED ($350AUD/night for a bed and communal bathroom...seriously?)!!! The Grand Chacellor just down the street does not charge that much for much nicer accommodations.
- Sonia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jeremy (5/5): Passable -
- Angela (6/5): The cost was extremely high, especially for a single room with share facilities. - The location was good, very close to my work and within walking distance to cafes. The host was friendly and looked after me. The shower was extremely small. The bathroom facilities requires a lock.
- Lorena (10/5): a short stay in Townsville - Tracey, the owner, is so nice and helpful.
My room was comfortable and clean and the property is only 5 minutes walking for the city center.
I really recommend.
- Russell (1/5): Never again. Will not recommend to anyone. - Nothing Very poor facilities & was charged an unacceptable amount simply because of a high demand for the weekend due to a sporting event in town. Felt ripped off.
