• María Alicia (1/5): Reparador. - Lo que más me gustó fue la cama. Me quedé en una habitación de cama doble con baño privado y fue acostarme en la cama y dormirme tal cual. Le doy un 10 a la cama, de las mejores que me ha tocado entre tanto hospedaje en el que he estado. Lamentablemente me hospedé solo una noche y salí muy temprano, no pude conocer más del recinto, pero la recepción del lugar con una exquisita decoración y estilo. Sería genial que tuviera algún servisio de alimentación. Yo llegué de noche e intenté pedir algo para comer pero no fue posible, todo lo que pedía desde las apps de delivery, terminaban cancelándome pese a que estaban funcionando. No conozco el sector y quizás quedaba muy a trasmano, la verdad es que desconozco.

• Mauricio Araya Rodriguez (8/5): Muy buena la experiencia - La habitación es pequeña junto con su baño, excelente y cumple lo solicitado. Las camas muy cómodas, el baño limpio y con agua caliente. Toallas limpias. A pesar de la limpieza de la habitación, la cual estaba muy bien, habían algunas tela arañas en una esquina, además de una arañita que se escondió en el guardapolvo y no pudimos matar.

• Jhonatan (1/5): Cero empatía por el viajero, busquen otra opción. - La señalización para llegar al Hostal La poca empatía de la dueña del alojamiento, ya que no me permitió ingresar por la hora en que llegué teniendo mi reserva confirmada. Ni siquiera salió a darme una explicación de por qué no me dejó ingresar, según lo que me comentó por citófono es que a esa hora ya no se reciben huéspedes. SI es así debería cerrar las reservas para esas horas. Además que el ingreso al hostal es un poco complicado, y los citofonos no sale especificado para que es cada uno.
• Mikael (1/5): Bad - Decent room I have some problems with the Hostal Napoli. The big problem is they try to claim I haven't payed which I have. Did in cash at the place. Second I had some problems with my stay. First when I arrived and was going to check in no was there and no one answered when I tried to call. Was outside for almost an hour before another guest arrived and let me in. And my key didn't work at the outside door so I was basically locked inside unless another guest let me in and out. Notified the hostel and they told me to use a remote which didn't work either. Couldn't leave the hostel at check out because no one was there until a construction worker let me out the garage door. Bathroom roof was leaking water from upstairs. Very loud building could hear everyone talking, walking, opening doors etc.

• Aneel (7/5): Good - The property is in a really quiet area of Valparaiso. The beach is only a 15 minute hike away. The staff were friendly and the kitchen area was clean. There are dogs around the property, so heads-up. The hostal is far from the centre of Valparaiso. It's about a 60 minute walk to the city centre, and the closest markets are about 20 minutes away. If you're planning to spend your time in Valparaiso making the most of the activities going on, then this isn't the best location. The windows don't have mesh, so be careful of mosquitoes in the evening. Sound travels easily in the hostal, so you can hear what's going on around you even with the windows shut.
• Nicola (7/5): nice property but very expensive for a basic room and no breakfast with the room - table to sit outside next to the garden and seating areas inside location not central had to take a bus everywhere. Dogs barking and people talking loud at night late.
