- Sotoeae (6/5): Buena ubicacion pero muy caro para lo que es - Lejos lo mejor es la ubicacion, se encuentra en un sector tranquilo de villarrica, cerca de la costanera, supermercados y bares la calidad de las estructuras, es un hostel construido con material ligero por lo que no tiene aislamiento ni termico ni acustico. Ademas, las escaleras de acceso son sumamente empinadas y no son aptas para embarazadas como fue nuestro caso (y esto no se menciona en la descripcion de la habitacion).

- Tamara Andrea (9/5): Recomendado! - La ubicación es maravillosa, llegas a todos lados a pie lo que optimiza la estadía al no tener que estar pendiente de buscar estacionamiento. Muy hermosa la vista al volcán y la salida al lago, don Eulogio muy acogedor, además llegamos antes y nos permitieron hacer el check-in sin problemas. Fuimos con nuestro bebé y todo muy tranquilo, la cama es súper grande así que alcanzamos perfecto los 3. La verdad estaba todo bien, si es por nombrar algo pediría que el desayuno fuera más contundente. Es la porción justa, uno no queda con hambre, pero estábamos acostumbrados a tener exceso de alimento cuando viene el desayuno incluido jaja Estefanía, quien sirve el desayuno, muy atenta y servicial.

Volcano & Lake- Wellness- - Mi nombre es Natalia Borelli, soy de Valdivia y y fui por un fin de semana a Villarrica, me aloje en el Volcano & Lake-Wellness- y lo que más me gustó de mi estadía y experiencia fue la calidez, alegría y muy buena disposición de las personas que trabajan en el Volcano, comenzando por el dueño, Don Eulogio, quien fue muy hospitalario, amable y agradable en todo momento y cualquier duda de alguna necesidad que tuve, la resolvió de inmediato. Me quedo muy contenta y satisfecha con este lugar, porque me hicieron sentir como en mi casa y muy comoda.En segundo lugar, se destaca la casa por ser un alojamiento con una excelente ubicación, con una hermosa vista al frente del lago y volcán Villarrica y a lado de la costanera y demás atracciones de la ciudad. También la casa incluye un desayuno abundante y exquisito, que lo recomiendo totalmente. Con respecto a las instalaciones, el Volcano cuenta con todo lo que uno necesita y me gustó mucho el que el Volcano sea una casa familiar y que trasmite un ambiente de mucha tranquilidad para poder descansar, desconectarte y disfrutar. Finalmente, el broche de oro del Volcano es que disponen de bicicletas y kayak, siendo una de las experiencias más divertidas y una tradición de la gente del Volcano que no te puedes perder hacer. Definitivamente volvería mil veces a quedarme y a disfrutar de la experiencia del Volcano, 100% recomendado, muchas gracias por todo y nos vemos pronto!
