Pedro Antonio (10/5): Un lugar muy acogedor - Tiene estacionamiento afuera y es seguro, duchas con muy buena presión de agua caliente, Un buen detalle es que durante el día hay un espacio abierto con agua caliente, azúcar, té y café. La gente muy amable y los huéspedes muy respetuosos. Aquí se cuida el espacio común. El comercio alrededor cierra temprano. Pero no depende del hostal. Le quitaría elementos a la decoración. Dejaría solo lo Mapuche y culturas ancestrales de Chile.

La cama de la habitación crujía bastante. Como recomendación, a lo mejor podrían renovar estos elementos para un mejor confort en el hospedaje.

Mario (6/5): Buen hostal aunque tuvimos algunos inconvenientes a nuestra llegada - Hostal con buena ubicación, cercano a la entrada a Valparaíso, habitaciones y baños limpios. A pesar de que solicitamos por favor poder llegar una media hora después del check out y nos habian aprobado la solicitud finalmente igual nos pidieron llegar a la hora preestablecida por lo cual tuvimos que apurarnos para llegar. Habia reservado una habitación de 2 camas, la compartía con un amigo, pero finalmente nos entregaron una cama doble, y como ya se habia ido la recepcionista y por la hora y cansancio finalmente nos tuvimos que quedar con esa.

Monika (10/5): Recommended - Fantastic location, we took it because of the bus terminal close by. The room was small, but absolutely enough for two people. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean. It wasn't noisy in the night. The owner is super nice, she was waiting for us for the check in, she let us store our luggage on the second day. The possibility to use the fully equipped kitchen is a great advantage. Hot water is available in the lobby all day long. Super cute cats on the terraces.

Dwight (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay here. The private bedroom was very clean and bed very comfortable. The private bathroom was super clean also. There’s a kitchen available for use, a washing machine for laundry and a line to hang clothes for drying. The lady who manages the hostel is very nice and welcoming. She speaks clearly and slowly, which allows someone with basic Spanish to understand. There’s a friendly cat that I liked having around. The location is a 5 minute walk from O’Higgins Plaza. One issue is the noise from the water pump that turns on and off every 5 seconds. This can be a bother at night if you have the room that is closest to it. Overall, a good experience. 10/10

They were so kind and friendly and went out of their way beyond our expectations to help us when we needed it. We felt like family staying here! The location was also a walking distance within the Valparaiso bus terminal, the beach, stations and buses and shops/market. Hallan (8/5): Great value! - The accommodation itself was nice. It has a great rooftop lookout. Oh, parking in Chile is a thing and these people have free parking, which is great. Very minor, the room was small; it had a double bed and just enough space to put out a carry-on suitcase. If you travel with lots of belonging, might be an issue.
