- Agnieszka Kalecińska (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja i klimatyczny pobyt - Pensjonat jest w świetnej lokalizacji, poza ścisłym centrum miejscowości– bardzo blisko szlaków na Śnieżkę czy Śnieżne Kotły i tras spacerowych do czeskich bud, więc to idealna baza wypadowa, na czym nam najbardziej zależało. Sam obiekt to trochę podróż w czasie do lat 90., z takim kolonijnym/sanatoryjnym klimatem 😊, ale wszystko jest czyste i zadbane - w pokoju jest czajnik, kosmetyki i lodówka. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, a śniadania naprawdę smaczne i przygotowane z dużym zaangażowaniem. Jeśli ktoś szuka klimatycznego miejsca w dobrej lokalizacji, to zdecydowanie warto. Pewnie tutaj wrócimy, bo stosunek ceny do jakości usług jest bardzo dobry. 😊 Warto jedynie zwrócić uwagę, że za zameldowanie po godzinie 20:00 pobierana jest dodatkowa opłata w wysokości 400 koron. Dla nas nie był to problem, ale dobrze mieć to na uwadze przy planowaniu przyjazdu.

Pokoje przestrzenne z lodówką i czajnikiem. Wszędzie bardzo czyściutko. Obsługa bardzo miła i życzliwa. Śniadania urozmaicone - dla każdego coś dobrego. Położenie obiektu niedaleko centrum. Nie było takich rzeczy.

- Stefan (9/5): Schöner Skiurlaub - Tolle Lage, schöne Aussicht, gutes Frühstück, mit Ski zum Skibus nur 2 Minuten, bergauf etwas länger und ohne Ski. An der Bushaltestelle fahren alle 4 Skibuslinien, man kommt also überall sehr schnell hLift Medvedin die eine Haltestelle kann man auch bequem in ca. 10 Min laufen, es gibt rechtselbisch eine Fußweg. Vermieter hat uns einen guten Preis für Leihski-Set gemacht, und uns nach unserer Ankunft zum Skiverleih (in Pension Monika) gefahren und auch wieder zurückgebracht. Ski+Schuhe wurden auch wieder in der Pension abgeholt, alles unkompliziert. Prima. Restaurantempfehlung "Bär" war sehr gut, noch günstiges Restaurant in Spindlermühle. Freundliches Personal und freundliche Gäste. Verschiedene Matratzen im Doppelbett, 1x mit spürbaren Federkernen, 1x Kaltschaum o. ä, das dritte Bett war in einem kleinen Zimmer, mit auch für mich unbequemer Federkernmatratze. Wohnung recht hellhörig, nachts war es gleichzeitig ruhig.

- Agnieszka (8/5): Miejscówka godna polecenia! - + lokalizacja (200 m do skibusa), 650 m do stacji Medvedin (jak skibus nie przyjechał, to szłam z dzieckiem pieszo w butach narciarskich - bez stresu) + czystość obiektu + bardzo smaczne śniadania (choć monotonne, codziennie to samo) + narciarnia z suszarką do butów + wspólna przestrzeń z mikrofalówką, czajnikiem, gdzie można sobie posiedzieć w gronie znajomych - brak posypania czymkolwiek podjazdu - solą czy piaskiem (lodowisko!) - wyjście w butach narciarskich było dużym wyzwaniem (chociaż w innych pensjonatach zauważyłam ten sam problem) - monotonne śniadania (chociaż były bardzo smaczne)

Dla narciarzy dużym atutem jest wygodne pomieszczenie do przechowywania nart i butów. Lokalizacja idealna – przystanek skibusów znajduje się tuż obok. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, a kontakt z właścicielami/obsługą bezproblemowy i sympatyczny. Na pewno planujemy tu wrócić😉

- alina (9/5): - Nice hotel. Attentive staff. Well-equiped rooms, including a boot and ski drying area and a mini kitchen. The rooms were warm and cozy. Good breakfast. The city center is 7-10-minute walk You should be attentive and compare prices. My booking price was 520, but the hotel charged 550 and said it was supposed to be so. I'm a little bit confused and disappointed. It shouldn't be like that on this platform. And now I am in touch with the booking support service to find out how it is possible.

- Marzena (10/5): - Bardzo dobre położenie pensjonatu . Blisko na szlaki turystyczne a także do centrum, na przystanek autobusowy znajduje się o 3 minut drogi od pensjonatu. Smaczne śniadania, miejsce parkingowe, czyste wygodne pokoje a także dobry kontakt z właścicielem stanowią dodatkowy atut. Mogę polecić ten pensjonat wszystkim którzy wybierają się do Špindlerovego Mlyna na górskie wędrówki,, narty czy na wypoczynek. Dodam jeszcze że my byliśmy z naszym psem - pensjonat akceptuje pobyt z psami. Myślę że na pewno jeszcze wrócimy do pensjonatu Anna.

Wygodne, duże łóżko. Parking wystarczający. Blisko do szlaków. Ogólnie spoko. Kawy do śniadania nie dało się pić, przydałby się ekspres z prawdziwego zdarzenia.

Majitel sympatický a velmi ochotný - zapomněli jsme ve skříni trička a pan Bárta nám je odeslal poštou domů. Toto ubytování opravdu doporučuji a určitě jsme zde nebyli naposled. Děkujeme.

- Johana (10/5): An amazing weekend in Krkonoše, would definitely recommend - The property was clean and in a great location, the room was comfortable and the daily breakfast had everything we needed! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and assisted us in ski rental, tips for the mountains and helped us get to the ski lifts. The hospitality of the staff was amazing and really made the whole trip :)

- Robin (9/5): Superb - Son's favourite. We have stayed there 3 times now and he loves to return. The view from some of their rooms is amazing and calming, nothing beats sipping a coffee and looking through the window to nature, especially when it's snowy. A great value for its price. The staff is always super helpful and nice.
- Karolína (8/5): Very convenient place to stay if you want walking distance to both, city centre and a ski resort. - Pension is located in a quiet part of the town with walking distance to the centre. it's really convenient to walk to the Medvedin ski resort. Also, good breakfast with a lot to choose from. Local sweet pastry was a bonus. There is nothing to report here. Oh, just one thing. Make a better coffee for breakfast.

A few minutes walk to very good restaurants. In the room a small fridge, kettle and cups. There is also a communal kitchen with equipment. Dog friendly place! -

- Jagoda (8/5): Friendly, customer - centred staff, good breakfast included, not accurate beds description - Friendly, customer - centred staff. Good breakfast included (boufet, various kind of bread/ ham/ tea, fresh cake, etc.). Comfortable apartment with sitting area (couch, coffee table), comfy bed, clean, nice view. Good location - 10 minutes by foot to the town center. I could come back to Pension Anna. :) Room description not fully accurate - on booking.com "1 single bed and 1 sofa bed and 1 large double bed" while in reality it was 1 double bed and 1 single bed with an extra bed that can be pulled out of the bed. (In addition, only picture of bathroom while clicking on the room option in the offer, so not possible to see in advance how the room exactly looks like.) It would be not comfortable for 4 adults to sleep this way , so we called the staff after entering the room. Fortunately, he arrived after few minuts, was nice and understanding - and gave us another room instead.:) Check-in by calling (to find out how to check-in and enter the building and the room) - not very convenient, especially if there would be rainy or cold outside. It would be more convenient to receive all details by message/ email after booking the room. As a plus, all needed details provided by the phone, in detailed, nice way, in my language (Polish).
