O rooftop poderia estar funcionando, chuveiro com baixa pressão de água e só funcionava o chuveirinho, pois a saída de água principal estava com problema. Quarto pequeno, nas fotos parecia maior.

So i paid twice... when i asked them, they denied that they charged it to the card and said it was bookings fault... No keys for the rooms. Which made me feel not too save.

• Lauren (8/5): - + Friendly staff + Great location + Free tea and coffee Cold showers (normal in this part of Colombia) not a + or - but FYI for future guests - beds were very lumpy/uneven - AC at night was freezing and no blanket (and no control in the room to make it warmer). I had to dress in all of my warmest clothes to be able to sleep.

• Eric (3/5): Super noisy - quite disappointing stay - Location, cute inner yard, balcony in room. We stayed only one night and the neighbors were playing music SUPER loud from 00-03. I went to ask the staff to do something about it, but the party continued. I wish I had booked another accomodation. They gave bracelets (like in a nightclub) at check in, which felt very cheap and like tagging animals. There was no free water for customers (which should be an essential, like in most of places) and the shower in the room was out of place. Also I don't understand why not let people check in, if the room is ready.

• Mario Jorge (3/5): no lo recomiendo para nada - La cercanía con la ciudad amurallada y con getsemani. La cocina bien equipada. No tenían WiFi, no tenian agua caliente en los baño (me dieron como excusa que en Cartagena hace mucho calor y que por eso no se necesita agua caliente), el muchacho de recepción no era muy atento y no daba solución a nada.

• Tami (10/5): Excelente - Los chicos de recepción son muy amables. Tenías disponible café gratis las 24 hs. Aire acondicionado excelente y lo m jor de todo es su ubicación, en pleno Getsemani y a dos cuadras máximo de la torre del reloj por lo que se puede ir caminando a la ciudad amurallada, recorrer Getsemani y a pocos minutos del aeropuerto, de boca grande y las letras. Se puede descansar, es un lugar súper cómodo y céntrico. Punto extra los chicos de recepción que son muy amables e incluso uno de ellos que estaba a la madrugada nos hizo compañía hasta que el tour nos pasó a buscar así que 10/10

• molina (7/5): - Me gusto mucho la ubicación del lugar Los chicos de recepción super buena onda, siempre dispuestos ayudar , sobre todo, Pedro, 🎶pedro Pedro Pedro 🤭 No había wifi Había zancudos q termino picandole a mi amiga muchisimo No había un deposito extra de agua para inconvenientes con el fluido del agua en la zona, cuando nos quedamos, se corto el agua en toda la zona y no había agua para las habitaciones todo un día fue incomodo, sobre todo por el calor que hace, y una de mis amigas estaba un poco mal del estómago y bueno fue malo para ella Me cobraron por algo que no rompí y tuve que pagar.

• Paola Truzzi (5/5): - La ubicación. En pleno barrio de Getsemani. Tenes todo al alcance. Excelente ubicación - Habitaciones: mucha humedad en las paredes. El olor era insoportable. Camuflan la humedad en las fotos (fotoshop?, ya que las imágenes subidas a la app no coinciden claramente, y la habitacion era la misma - notese los adornos). - Ruidos molestos: a quien le toque la habitación P1 Twin (frente a la cocina) no dormirá. Si bien hay una limitación en el uso de la cocina (de 7am a 12pm), los huéspedes la usan en cuenta horario. Sin Internet casi toda la estadía (tuvimos la última noche antes de irnos). Terraza en "reparación", sin bar disponible. El cual no notificado previo a la estadía. NO hay agua caliente.

• JotaEle (9/5): Bueno, bonito y barato - Buenas instalaciones del hostal, con habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas, muy agradables para la estadía. Además, se puede hacer uso de una cocina compartida, lo que permite ahorrar algo de dinero y disfrutar de un buen café. Lo mejor es que existe una regla de descanso a partir de la medianoche, la cual se respeta, lo que contribuye a un ambiente tranquilo. La ubicación es excelente! Todo me gustó; como único detalle a mejorar, la habitación podría tener un poco más de luz natural, pero es algo muy menor.

• Marco (9/5): Bello e centrale - Hostello molto bello in centro di Cartagena, zona centro storico. Camere da hostello, letti piccoli, bagno senza finestra, abbiamo preso la cameranprivata da 4. Il rooftop era da sistemare. Nel complesso per quello che abbiamovpagato è ok. C'è lavanderia nuova, cucina in condivisione e una tartaruga gigante che gira per la hall. Bagno senza finestra. Sistema doccia rotto, finto nuovo.

Der Angestellte der Rezeption hat uns in der zweiten Nacht ein altes Handtuch gegeben, um die Mäuse am Eindringen ins Zimmer zu hindern und es hat funktioniert. Mäuse im Zimmer. Haare im Bett und auf dem Boden. Sehr hellhörig. Klimaanlage nicht regelbar. Das W-Lan ging während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht.

• Karen (8/5): Idéalement situé mais très animé - Cet hôtel est en plein cœur de Getsemani, on ne peut pas être mieux placé ! Réception 24/24 utile selon vos heures d’arrivée. Cuisine commune et thé/café à disposition. Le corollaire est évidemment le bruit… certaines chambres sont un peu à l’écart mais la chambre familiale est directement dans les parties communes et en face de l’entrée qui donne sur la rue la plus passante de Getsemani…

• Daria (2/5): - Lokalizacja Straaaasznie głośno w nocy, nawet nie tylko z ulicy, ale recepcja i jej nocne pogaduszki nie dają spać. Klimatyzacja jest głośniejsza niż autostrada w szczycie sezonu, a ledwo co chłodzi. Do tego nieznośny zapach grzyba w pokoju.

• Martin (4/5): Did not expect hostel like this - Walkable distance to the city centre. We were given room where you could not fully close the balcony roots with a gap of 2cm. Mosquitos bothered us in the lobby already. When we pointed that out lady just laughed and said that there are no mosquitos, rude! They offered us another room without a window. There was hair in the shower even after we pointed that out and lady "cleaned" it.

• Michele (8/5): Convenient location but generally very noisy - Location BUT it was very noisy most nights. I spent 5 nights there in total. Sometimes it was other hostel guests not being respectful of the rules re noise other times it was people in the place next door or in the street. However, I guess most hostels in Getsemani are noisy! Appreciated having a balcony although it wasn't very private. The staff were helpful & friendly. Communal kitchen although I only used it once. Appreciated being able to leave some luggage behind for a few days @ 5000 cop per day. I felt the hostel has seen better days. Some general maintenance would be appreciated. Shame about the rooftop area. Sat up there one evening & enjoyed the cool breeze but most of it has been neglected & now a dumping ground. My mattress was a bit on the soft & lumpy side.

• Larissa Cristina (10/5): hostel muito bom, bem localizado e os funcionários são uns queridos - Localização muito boa, sendo um bairro seguro e que pode visitar todos os pontos turísticos andando. Atendentes muito amigáveis e solícitos as nossas perguntas. Chuveiro não tem agua quente mas isso não é um problema pq a cidade já é quente. Wifi oscila um pouco, mas nada que atrapalhe drasticamente trabalhar. Não tem produtos para tomar banho (shampoo/condicionador)

• Julie (4/5): - J’ai demandé à rester une nuit de moins car j’avais des soucis médicaux, l’établissement a refusé malgré le fait que je venais de sortir de l’hôpital et que je devais repartir vite chez moi pour me faire soigner. Si vous êtes une femme qui voyage seule, faites attention aux hommes étranges qui traînent dans cet hostel.

• Priscila (6/5): - Funcionários muito simpáticos e muito atenciosos. Além disso, valeu pela localização, perto de tudo. Infelizmente a cama não era boa. Fazia barulho para cada movimento. O ar-condicionado pingava em cima do travesseiro e na primeira noite tivemos que dormir com o travesseiro molhado. Na recepção consegui uma toalha para que pudesse usar o travesseiro, pois infelizmente eles não tinham um sobrando de noite. O quarto em si era bonito, com uma varanda, mas a cama poderia ser melhor.
• Alison (8/5): Great value great location friendly staff - Amazing location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Coffee available 24/7. Despite being a hostel, quiet hours imposed. Store baggage for very minimal cost. I was only there for about 7 hours due to late flight in an early boat the next day but was perfect for that.

• Jen (8/5): Central and clean - There’s one dormitory room with 2 lower and 2 upper bunks. The other rooms are doubles, a triple and a family room. Cleaned regularly, coffee available. Cooking facilities are sufficient to make a simple meal. Close to Getsamini, easy walk to museums, and near the meeting place for walking tours. My top bunk was the most difficult of the 2 bunks to access, and was too high for me to reach, as I’m small.
