- Wilmer (7/5): Amabilidad y servicio al cliente - Ubicación El día de Hoy 24/03/2026 siendo las 06:23 am bajé a Preguntarle a La señora que atiende que si la reserva Venía con Desayuno incluido y con Groserías me respondió que no que tenía un valor de $10.000 yo le dije listo espere le pregunto a la otra persona a ver que me dice, cuando bajamos a Desayunar. Al dirigirnos a ella Preguntó Sin decirle buenos días a la otra persona… YA SE VAN?, yo le dije no. Bajamos a Desayunar, a lo que respondió LA SALIDA ES A LAS 12, me pareció una falta de Respeto que faltando Casi 6 horas para la salida del Lugar ya te estén prácticamente echando del lugar Cuando tu única Intension era bajar a desayunar ya que la persona que me acompañaba Salía temprano para su trabajo! Deberían CAPACITAR mejor a su personal de servicio.. por esta Razón No vuelvo más y era mi primera vez y tampoco Será bien recomendada Que Vergüenza!

- Jaer (7/5): - La limpieza , todos los días se cambiaba sábanas y se hacía limpieza a la habitación La persona que hace las reparaciones no maneja calidad, la habitación con 5 echapes distintos, unas paredes con enchape como si fuera un baño, y con unos parches de papel contac, el ingreso al hostal muy incómodo una reja con un candado que para abrir hsy q hacer maromas, y el lavamanos de la habiparece de juguetes, tiene una llave q no se lava ni un dedo

- Shawn (1/5): - Nothing I booked this place for carnival (Friday). There was no prepayment, should have been my first clue and booking should know and do better. Midnight before my check in this place that calls in self a hostal sent me a message saying they had no electric or services. BasicAlly telling me the reservation is canceled. I sent booking a message saying I believe they rebooked my room at a higher price to somebody else and that I would go over there( it’s a 10 minute walk and find out) I waited for a reply from booking nothing. I walked over and saw that was no signage or clue that it was a hostal. I knocked and pressed the button no answer. Electric and wifi was working.I waited for 10 minutes and left. Hours later with still no response from booking I had little choice but to leave town so I found a bus to Santa Marta. The hostal sent me a message later in the day after I arrived in Santa Marta acting like nothing happened. I believe it was a scam or they rebooked the room. Booking didn’t get back to me until much later. Not sure if I was charged. Booking has the ability to eliminate these situations from the start. Even a child could figure this out. So they must make more money by making this kinda of behavior possible.

- Mari (9/5): Cómoda y divertida - La piscina es deliciosa, además que tienen la opción de desayunar en el lugar. La ubicación es fantástica, puedes llegar muy facilmente a restaurantes y centros comerciales que se encuentran caminando incluso. Cerca hay lugares para bailar también No tengo nada de qué quejarme con este establecimiento, creo que pueden mejorar los jabones que dan, por el valor siento que pueden ofrecer un poco más.
