- Angela (10/5): Grandioses Frühstück - Das Zimmer war eher eine Suite und kann als kleine Ferienwohnung mit Kochmöglichkeit gesehen werden. Das Frühstück war überwältigend:ein Traum für jeden der gerne reichhaltig und lecker frühstückt und gestärkt in einen Wandertag starten möchte. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert. Da gibt es absolut nichts zu sagen.

- Denisa (1/5): FREEZING Apartment, Terrible Support, Hidden Fees - The breakfast staff were helpful, and the breakfasts were good — at least we had a place to warm up, since the heating in our apartment wasn’t working. This was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant stays we have ever had. For half of our stay, we were left without any heating whatsoever. We reported the issue to the staff immediately during breakfast, and they assured us they would inform the management and arrange a fix. When we returned from skiing hours later, nothing had been done. No one had even attempted to check the boiler. The apartment — located in the basement — was absolutely freezing. We had to push the issue again, and the owner finally appeared around 9 PM. No apology, no sense of responsibility — just a casual remark that “the boiler sometimes shuts down.” Freezing in winter after a full day on the slopes is not a minor inconvenience. It is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking disregard for guest comfort and safety. To make matters worse, at checkout the owner did not acknowledge the situation at all and offered no compensation. Instead, he demanded payment of a city tax that had never been properly disclosed anywhere before booking. The only mention in the listing was a vague line stating “Additional charges may apply.” Nothing more. No explanation of what charges, no indication of the amount, and certainly no mention that a mandatory city tax would be added. This kind of hidden-fee practice is not only disrespectful, it is in direct conflict with EU consumer protection rules, which require all mandatory charges to be clearly stated upfront and not concealed behind vague wording. Future guests should be extremely cautious. Expect heating failures, zero accountability from management, and attempts to charge undisclosed mandatory fees at the end of your stay. This property operates far below any acceptable standard of hospitality.

- Caitlin (9/5): - The location is great. Easily walkable to train station, bus stops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the dining area for afternoon snacks,coffee,tea and some game board time. Staying here brought back happy memories of my German grandmothers home. Our room had a nice view of snow covered mountains. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Nice variety of everything. We stayed in a king bed room with a sofa and it felt crowded. The walls are thin so we could hear neighbors in hallway. But we did expect that a little knowing how old the buildings are. Wish the pillows were a little firmer but its not a deal breaker especially if you're tired after a day on the slopes etc.

Selten so ein reichhaltiges Frühstück gesehen - schon allein deswegen muss man eigentlich wiederkommen! Neu renovierte Zimmer mit riesigem Flachbildschirm. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Eigenes Spielzimmer für die kleinen Kids und on top eigenes Zimmer mit Billard und Airhockey für die großen Kids/Erwachsenen. Kostenloser Schlittenverleih aus der Garage. Am Nachmittag on top Kaffee/Kuchen/Eierlikör for free. Sucht seinesgleichen! Sehr sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

- Waldemar Dudziak (8/5): - Doskonałe śniadania z dużym wyborem produktów. Dostęp do stołówki w której można było napić się kawy i herbaty oraz zjeść ciasto domowej roboty. W nocy było słychać dźwięk przelewanej wody.
- Ines (7/5): - Netter Chef und freundliches Personal Leider befand sich unser Zimmer genau in dem Gebäude, in dem die ganze Woche gebaut wurde. Wir wussten vor Anreise nicht, dass wir im Baustellenbereich untergebracht sind😕
- Karin (10/5): Es waren 2 Tage Auszeit und haben uns trotzdem daheim gefühlt. - Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab rund um die Uhr die Möglichkeit eine sehr breiten Auswahl an kostenlosen Getränken , das Frühstück war eine riesige Auswahl an herzhaft und süß. Ab nachmittags gab es nochmal Kuchen und Plätzchen. Fällt uns einfach nichts ein

- Ralf (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthal - Das Zimmer war super, geräumig, super sauber, großes Zustellbett für unseren Enkel, obwohl wir das gar nicht verlangt haben, riesen Fernseher. Türe zur Terrasse , sehr kinderfreundlich, super Frühstück mit einer Riesensuswahl auch für Kinder. Sehr schöner großer Spielplatz. Nachmittagskaffee, Kinderspielzimmer,Billiardzimmer, Airhockeyy. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.
- Karl-Heinz (9/5): Nettes kleines Hotel mit exzellentem Frühstück - Ein nettes kleines Haus mit gutem Service - Nachmittags Kaffee/Tee und kleine Snacks und Süßigkeiten kostenlos. Frühstück war außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und gut. Restaurants zum Abendessen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
- Polanská (10/5): - Pokoje i spolecne prostory byly velmi utulne, ciste, hezky zarizene. Velmi mne potesilo vybaveni pokoje (prekapavac+kava, vyber caju, jar...). Snidane byly vyborne a moznost obcerstveni behem dne (kafe, caj, buchta, susenky...) byla uzasna. Velmi doporucuji i pro rodiny s mensimi detmi (dole je detsky koutek, hriste pred barakem). Personal byl velmi mily.

- Anita (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und günstige Lage am Bahnhof - Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Wir konnten die Tiefgarage noch weitere zwei Tage über die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts hinaus buchen, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Das Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

- Ann (9/5): Heel gezellige, kleine 'stube', voelde heel warm en gezellig aan! Fijne hosts, heel familiaal - heel vriendelijk ontvangst ook al kwamen we erg laat toe. Alhoewel de keuken daardoor reeds toe was kregen we op een mum van tijd een lekker schaaltje vol met brood en kazen. Het ontbijt was heel gevarieerd: van alles wat op kleine schaal: van vis tot vlees, verschillende soorten kazen, uitgebreid theeassortiment, heel wat chocoladesoorten, etc... Rustige omgeving als tussenstop en ideaal om de volgende dag tussen de bomen te gaan wandelen niets

- Beatrice (10/5): Perfekter Wanderurlaub mit toller Pension - Das ist eine super Pension, Frühstück sehr lecker, wird sofort aufgefüllt, wenn etwas alle ist. Der Kuchen am Nachmittag ist sehr lecker und kostet nichts zusätzlich. Das Getränkeangebot ist ausreichend, man bezahlt einfach am Abreisetag. Den Bus kann man mit der Kurkarte kostenlos nutzen. Wir hatten das Turmzimmer, alles neu und komfortabel mit Blick auf den Großen Arber. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Sehr netter Vermieter, Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Ort hat viele Gaststätten und hat die ideale Wanderumgebung.

- Claudia (8/5): Gerne wieder für einen Kurzauenthalt. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Für Wanderer oder Kurzaufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück ausreichend, alles vorhanden und immer frisch nachgefüllt. Besonders nett ist die nachmittags Jause mit Kaffee und Kuchen die im Preis inbegriffen ist. In der Hochsaison ist Parken unter Umständen etwas schwierig, nur am Straßenrand möglich. Gerne wieder für einen Kurzaufenthalt👍

- Rolf (9/5): Wenn wir wieder nach Bayrisch Eisenstein kommen sollten, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier um Unterbringung nachsuch - Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen und mit großer Zuvorkommenheit behandelt. Das Zimmer, das Bad, wie auch alle anderen Räume waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war sehr heiss. Dass ein Ventilator vorhanden war, entdeckten wir bei Abreise. Aber für das Wetter kann ja der Wirt nichts. Ein Hinweis auf das Vorhandensein eines solchen Ventilators wäre angesichts der Hitzewelle Anfang Juli aber hilfreich gewesen. Einzig die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen, was bei angenehmeren Schlaftemperaturen aber vielleicht auch nicht aufgefallen wäre.
- Hana Soukup (5/5): - Šumava, cyklotrasy,málo lidí. Do penzionu jsme jeli už po 4. Velké zklamání....je to staveniště. O víkendu byl klid....málo míst k parkování, zastavěná okna v jídleně. Bohužel, příště pojedeme jinam.

- Wilhelm (7/5): - Das tolle, gemütliche Zimmer mit einem guten Bett und einem geräumigen Bad haben mir gut gefallen, auch die Gemeinschaftsräume und das reichhaltige Frühstück. Ich konnte die Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer hören. Und dass im Haus reichhaltig rote Verhaltenshinweise verklebt sind, wirkte auf mich nicht gerade einladend.
