What you see on the website is exactly what you get to the place. The place is near a shopping Mall called Ferndale on Republic and also near petrol stations In the Queen Room, the lights are not all working they should fix that issue.

• Julie (7/5): The stay was pleasant, nothing too great or too bad - Cleaners came every day to clean the facility. New towels, bedding and toilet paper was given. The staff was friendly and the front desk had a 24- hour service. There was an AC to keep the room cool There was only one light in the main room, there used to be three, but those bulbs were removed. There are people talking and being loud right outside the room early in the morning.

I had booked and paid for my stay through booking.com before checking in, when I had arrived to check in the next day, the lady at reception told me that my payment hadn't been cleared therefore I don't have a room? However I did pay for my stay the night before, she blamed it on booking.com and said that I must cancel my booking on the site and book again at the reception. That just sounds very scammish, because I had come from a different province I didn't have a choice but to pay again for a room I ended up paying R1000 for 1 night stay ? I have taken all necessary steps to try get my money back but Alimop still refuses to respond to me. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this place, they will scam you properly.
