The fact that there is no signage which tells you which way to go get breakfast and which way is reception. Also, there was a problem with network reception. I struggled to book Uber. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. I would still go back there.

And their breakfast is disgusting one of the male stuff was just as disrespectful the Nigerian guy.. Beware of the Racism at this place before you book here..

Oz (7/5): The QUALITY stay in Johannesburg, South Africa - Rosanna is a Chef! The breakfast was always a mystery; nevertheless; exceptional. When a GM of a Property is a Chef, and that GM oversee the Food service, what else can one anticipate? ONLY, excellence and scrumptious delights. Yummy! Above and beyond that; Rosanna is the consummate 'Guest Services Manager'; comprehensively. Not over emoting; Rosanna is profoundly resourceful. She is the engaging conversationalist and one can sit speaking with her for hours on end about global topics. She consistently aspires to go beyond what is expected of any Service Provider and that guarantees that guests will always return. Dinner is too provided for a diminutive fee! Yes. It's buffet style; you won't leave disappointed or hungry. Internet! It was NOT working at all during my stay; however, Rosanna gifted Data from her personal allocation so that we would not miss a beat from our work related commitments; responsibilities; thank you Rosanna for again going above and beyond to insure that your Property's Guest are not without the services as per your Online Contractual Agreement; integrity!
