• Mary1507 (10/5): A casa, in familia - Tutto. In pratica si entra a fare parte della familia non appena si entra in casa. Sergio e Rossana sono due persone eccezionali. La casa, la camera e i bagni sono molto puliti e accoglienti. Inoltre l'hostal si trova a pochi minuti da Caracoles e dalla stazione dei bus. Ho avuto necessità extra e Rossana e Sergio si sono prodigati per aiutarmi. Non potevo avere più fortuna

Du petit déj au soleil à la bière au jour tombé, tout fut parfait. Claudio et sa femme sont très gentils et disponibles. Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits et en avons ajouté une tant les alentours sont merveilleux mais également en raison de notre bien-être à l’hostel Ayni. Ceci restera un point fort de notre séjour au Chili. Rien !

• Katarina (10/5): Super confortável e extremamente bem localizado - Simplesmente incrível! Eu e meus filhos passamos uma semana no quarto triplo. Super confortável, com aquecimento para o frio e ventilador forte para os momentos de calor, limpeza impecável, ducha de água quente e forte no banheiro, Internet que funcionava super bem, pertinho da Caracoles e de mercadinhos onde podíamos comprar água e lanches. Rossana a anfitriã nos recebe divinamente bem e faz de tudo para a sua estadia ser ainda mais especial. Amei! Nada. Tudo perfeito!

• Guest (1/5): Nos sentimos maltratados - La Ubicación El personal del hotel fue rudo con los huéspedes. Imponiendo horas de llegada y reglas absurdas a las mujeres como tener que desmaquillarse antes de acostarse. Una de las turistas se molestó tanto que decidió irse del hotel. Quisimos disponer de la habitación pero la arrendaron y no nos devolvieron ni un dólar. Lo peor fue el soborno. Nos ofrecieron devolvernos el valor de una noche si les calificabamos bien. Un comportamiento deplorable!

Das Auto parkt an der Straße vor der Tür. Dadurch wird es insgesamt zu einem Ort, an dem man sich gerne aufhält.

El lugar es muy bonito, con vistas espectaculares desde el patio, y la atención de Claudio y Rosana fue excelente, muy cercana y amable. La ubicación también es muy buena, ya que está cerca de la plaza.

The apartment is impeccably clean, and the location is great - 4-5 minutes by walk to Caracoles. There's a nice terrace from which you can see Licancabur and other mountains.
• Sybille (9/5): Eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für die Erkundung der Atacama. - Schon der Empfang war außerordentlich herzlich. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Hostal ist sehr gut gelegen. Ins Zentrum läuft man nur 5 min. Einen kleinen Minimarkt gibt es direkt gegenüber. Das Zimmer und das Hostal insgesamt sind sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. Kaffee & Tee. Perfekt zum Erholen zwischen oder nach den Touren ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge.

• wendy (10/5): Beautiful, Central, and Comfy - This Homestay was a highlight of my trip. The family is kind, warm, accommodating, and helpful at all times. I even locked myself out of my room at night and they helped me solve the problem even though they were out for the evening. The home is beautiful, with lovely outdoor spaces and lovingly chosen decorations. The views from the patio are worth it alone! You are about 1 minute from the central intersection where tours meet. I will not stay anywhere else when I return. Honestly can’t think of anything!

• Gangsik (10/5): 삼촌네나 할아버지네에 묵는 느낌이에요. - 숙박이 편했어요. 주인부부 내외는 스페인어만 사용하시니 번역기 미리 준비해가는 것이 좋아요. 현장에서 1박 연장했다가 투어 일정 상 다시 1박 취소하게 되었는데 흔쾌히 환불해주셨어요. 테라스 뷰가 정말 좋아요. 수건 하나 제공되며 따뜻한 물 잘 나와요. 현장 결제 했는데부킹닷컴 금액보다 비쌌어요. 제가 갔을때는 카드기 고장으로 현금 밖에 결제가 안되었어요.

No incluye limpieza/aseo si contratas menos de 5 noches. Si consideramos que es desierto y la harta presencia de polvo, un aseo cada 2-3 días es indispensable considerando el valor diario.

Grazie a una stufa elettrica è possibile gestire autonomamente gli orari di riscaldamento. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Il patio comune, con poltrone, divanetti, amache e una vista mozzafiato, è semplicemente paradisiaco. • Daniel (10/5): Fantástico. - La habitación es muy silenciosa, las camas, muy cómodas. La zona común, con hamacas y vistas a los Andes, es una maravilla. El personal te hace sentir como en casa. Nada.
• Paul (9/5): Excellent petit hôtel très bien placé et propriétaire très sympathique - Très beau petit hôtel dans le centre de San Pedro de Atacama. À moins de 5 min à pied du terminal de bus et à moins de 10min à pied du centre actif de la ville. Très bien aménagé et très confortable Le propriétaire est très sympa et souvent là pour aider. La terrasse a une vue incroyable et c'est très agréable d'y déjeuner Il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuners comme indiqué sur Booking. Seulement de quoi faire des boissons chaudes. La salle de bain, les toilettes et la cuisine sont communes. Mais il n'y a pas trop eu de problèmes, l'hôtel était peu occupé quand j'y étais. Le plus gros problème était qu'il y avait un velux dans ma chambre qui n'avait pas de volet ou rideau. Il y a donc toujours de la lumière dans la chambre (Soleil le jour et éclairage public la nuit)

• Sergio (10/5): 1000% recomendable - Muy buena atención, Claudio y Rossana fueron muy amables, siempre atentos, muy serviciales y disponibles siempre para lo que necesitaramos. Pudimos entablar conversación facil con ellos. El hostal es muy bueno. Igual a las fotos, con agua caliemte, pieza muy comoda, no se paso nada de frio (aparte nos prestaron un calefactor, pero que utilizamos poco). Todo muy limpio y muy bonito, de un diseño muy de la zona, con colores vivos y con detalles esteticos agradables y bonitos. Terrza preciosa con vista al Volcan Licancabur. Excelente ubicación, a unos 7 minutos de la calle caracoles, ques es la calle peatonal de San Pedro por lo que para ir para alla era facil y simple. Claudio y Rossana nos dieron siempre datos para que nuestra estadia en San Pedro fuera agradable. Nada que reclamar del Hostal.

• Sabine (9/5): Great place to be in San Pedro if you like to have peace and quiet too! The Foto shows the view from the terrace. - Hostal Ayni is a beautiful place to stay in San Pedro. My room was very comfortable, the hostel is very clean and Rossana and Claudio are very welcoming and warmhearted hosts. I stayed all in all five nights and it was no problem storing luggage while I went on a four-days-trip to Uyuni. The terrasse is just great, sunny until early afternoon. Hostal Ayni is located very close to busy Caracoles street and to the bus terminal but still far enough to have peace and quiet. Thanks for having me with you, Rossana y Claudio! Long-time Travelers like me sometimes need to do a little washing, only by hand. It would be great if there was a small place to hang up one or two pieces. I didn’t ask for that and I am quite sure Rossana and Claudio would find a solution. :-)

Le déjeuner n’est pas inclu dans l’hébergement, mais la cuisine est super bien aménagée et les déjeuners sont souvent inclus dans les tours guidés pour visiter les attractions de la ville

Podíamos usar a cozinha, que era bem equipada, para preparar o nosso café da manhã. A área externa tem uma mesa com uma vista sensacional para o vulcão! O casal, Claudio e Rossana, administradores do hostal, são uma simpatia e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Nos sentimos em casa! O hostal é muito limpo e arrumado! As toalhas de rosto dos banheiros coletivos são trocadas diariamente.Sempre que vagava um quarto, eles trocavam toda a roupa de cama e de banho e limpavam o quarto para poder receber o próximo hóspede. Super recomendo essa hospedagem! Ficamos num quarto de frente para a rua e as vezes o barulho das vans dos passeios, vindo buscar os hóspedes no hostal, incomodava, mas nada demais,depois voltávamos a dormir.

Although the bathrooms are shared, there was barely a moment when it would be occupied. Despite that the hostal doesn't provide breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen is available for the guests.

La atención de los dueños es cordial y nos facilitaron las dependencias para esperar nuestro bus guardando nuestro equipaje. La cocina y comedor son un poco pequeños pero cumplen con lo necesario para dos personas.

Le rapport qualité-prix est un peu décevant. Cela fait 2 mois que nous voyageons au Chili et normalement pour ce prix, le petit-déjeuner est inclu. C est aussi le seul hostel qui nous a facturé les taxes.

• Heiner (9/5): Authetisches Hostel mit tollen Gastgebern - Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten etwas mit der Höhenkrankheit zu kämpfen und sie haben uns gleich ein passendes Kraut gegeben und sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Unterkunft war auch sehr sauber, was für uns wichtig war, da wir eine Spinnenphobie in der Familie haben. Die Außenküche hat uns sehr gefallen, alles war auch hier sauber und wir konnten uns gut das Frühstück oder andere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Im Badezimmer haben wir häufig einen unangenehmen Geruch festgestellt, der zwischendurch weg war und dann wieder da. Wir konnten uns das nicht erklären und glauben eigentlich nicht, dass er auf mangelnde Sauberkeit zurückzuführen ist. Aber gestört hat uns das doch. Außerdem stimmen die Hunde des Viertels des Nachts manchmal größere Bell-Konzerte an, aber das ist sicher etwas, mit dem man leben muss.

• Rodriguez (10/5): Como en casa - Hostal Ayni es un espacio muy acogedor. Rossana y Claudio son muy amables y serviciales, es como estar en casa. La habitación y los espacios comunes siempre están limpios. Además el hostal se encuentra muy cerca del casco histórico de San Pedro y a pasos del Terminal de buses, eso me acomodó bastante para viajar en la madrugada con dirección a uyuni. Recomiendo su alojamiento, volvería sin duda.

This might not be for everyone, as you’re basically in a room in the house of the property owner, but considering the price it was decent. Aircon in the room was loud and not effective.

• Lima (8/5): Apesar da distância do banheiro para o quarto, foi uma boa estadia. A internet poderia ser melhor. - A localização é ótima. É bem perto da rua Caracol, sem estar no meio do barulho da rua. Poder usar a geladeira do hostal, bem como fogão e louça para cozinhar foi um ponto forte. Eu não sabia que era necessário pagar em dinheiro, fui comunicada disso somente no hostal, o que me fez pagar uma taxa de saque. O banheiro fica longe do quarto, de modo que é um pouco incômodo.

Mr. Claudio and Rossana were very awesome..!! Friendly and willing to guide us around the town m. There was not a dedicated reception area for a quiet conversation with new guests.

• EUNHAE (10/5): 아타카마에서 여유로운 숙박 - 가정집 홈스테이 하는 기분이에요! 주인 아주머니, 아저씨가 제가 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있도록 많이 배려해 주셨고, 성격도 유쾌하셔서 정말 좋았어요. 스페인어만 사용 가능했지만, 제 짧은 스페인어 실력으로도 소통이 되었고, 번역기로 대화하는 것도 재밌었어요. 매일 부엌에서 맛있는 요리도 해먹을 수 있었고, 무엇보다 테라스에서 보내는 시간은 잊을 수 없는 좋은 시간이었어요.

Este es un hostal atendido por los mismos dueños, Rossana y Claudio fueron muy amables durante toda la estadía. Me volvería a hospedar aquí sin duda. .
• Coline (10/5): Super hostal - Hostal très joli avec petits espaces verts et vue sur les volcans. Nous avions une cabane avec chambre, sdb et cuisine extérieure pour nous. Très agréable. Literie et (très grande) chambres impeccables. Des hamacs et des fauteuils à l'exétrieur. L'hostal est très bien situé, juste à côté de la rue principale et du départ des excursions et en même temps éloigné du bruit. Quel que soit l'hôtel entre 13h et 17h il fait chaud partout mais en extérieur c'est tout à fait vivable à l'ombre car il y a toujours une petite brise. ça ne nous a pas empêché de faire la sieste dans la chambre malgré tout. Nb: les navettes pour aller à l'aéroport vous déposent et viennent vous chercher directement devant les hôtels donc pas d'inquiétude là-dessus. Rien

• Lorenz (10/5): Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hostel mit super netten Gastgebern. - Das Hostel ist wunderschön gelegen. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über en Ort zum Vulkan Licancanbur. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Insgesamt ist das Hostel äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Zum Terminal de Autobuses sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, so dass man definitiv kein Taxi braucht. Bsonders praktisch, wenn der Bus Nachts fährt. Claudio und Rosanna sind super herzliche und liebe Gastgeber. Sie haben alles getan, damit unser Aufenthalt super angenehm war. Claudio hat zum Beispiel unsere Buskarten vom Terminal abgeholt, weil wir über Tag unterwegs waren. Wenn wir wieder mal in San Pedro sind, dann werden wir wieder dort wohnen. Es gibt übrigens auch super gemütliche Cabañas.
