Dommage qu'à la réservation personne nous ait recommandé de réserver une table pour manger le soir. En arrivant c'était complet pour manger.

The hotel itself is through the car park of another hotel, it doesn’t have any external signage.. so you have no idea you are going to the right place.. The car park is a gravel, not kind of material that gets you boots and cases covered in sand and grime, there was no parking available on first night so we dumped car in a restricted parking bay for the restaurant near the road..oh yeah and when you check out.. you don’t do it at the hotel.. you have to speak to another guest that’s speaks English, work out you go to another hotel, not the one next door, the one back on the man street and pay your tax there.. okay.. this is normal.. mmmm

Nach dem Skitag kann man in der hauseigenen, liebevoll hergerichteten Sauna entspannen. Ein absolutes Muss: abends in der Drax´l Stuben essen ! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Beds were unfortunately quite old and worn out, not the kind of matress you’d want to sleep on after a day of skiing. Staff is a lottery - some days they were very kind and friendly, some days I felt I was bothering them by just being there.

- Anja (9/5): - Die Lage ist wunderschön an einem kleinen See mit Blick auf die Berge rundum. Besonders das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mir wurde sogar ohne Reservierung und als Alleinreisende ein Tisch frei gemacht und obwohl ich aufgrund des vollen Restaurants gewarnt wurde, es würde länger dauern war das Service und Küche mehr als flott und das Essen wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, klassisches Einzelzimmer - sehr klein und übersichtlich, aber mit Balkon!

Because of the busy time I wanted to order some food but I couldn't even as a hotel guest ! I was asking the young blonde lady for take away and eat in the room... but I was refused every single time so I had to order from elsewhere take away and eat in the room anyway... I don't understand that ...

- František (5/5): Vánoce 2025 - Dobrá poloha a okolí, dobrá snídaně, čistota. Náš pokoj (502) byl umístěn přímo nad kuchyní, jejíž provoz byl v pokoji značně cítit. Přes naši stížnost u personálu a následně i u majitele tento s tím nic neudělal, personál se snažil pachy přehlušit vonnými prostředky, bohužel nedostatečně. Lyžárna nemá sušáky na boty. Kapacita míst v restauraci k večeři není dostatečná, i pro ubytované je možné jen s předchozí rezervací, nicméně v okolí jsou i další restaurace.

- Dagmar (8/5): Klidně bychom penzion navštívili znovu - Lokalita, příjemné prostředí, bohatá snídaně, krásné wellness, čistota Málo personálu, což bylo ale možná dané termínem těsně před Vánoci. Na snídani jsme si objednali míchaná vajíčka, ale po 20 min čekání, kdy se nic nedělo objednávku zrušili. Ale najedli jsme se dobře i bez míchaných vajíček.

- Sven (6/5): Ich hoffe das man mit konstruktiver Kritik umgehen lernt und daran arbeitet, dann kommen wir gerne wieder. - Günstige Anbindung. Spa-Möglichkeit außer Dienstags und Mittwochs. Lokal im Haus. Rustikal oder Antik heißt nicht dass es schmutzig sein muss, siehe Bad und Zimmerboden oder das Löcher in den Bettlaken sind.

- Mladen (8/5): - Soba je bila velika i uredna, ali ventilator u kupatilu je nevjerojatno bučan (neispravan). Ventilator u wc-u me je izluđivao koliko je bio glasan. Nakon što sam otišao rano bez doručka počelo je slanje poruka i zivkanje da platim turističku taksu. To što nisam bio trošak za doručak domaćinu nije ništa vrijedilo. Nakon što sam dokazao da sam turističku taksu platio osoblju na ruke novčanicom od 5 eura nisu mi se niti ispričali na smetnji!

Als vergessen wurde mir die Kurtaxe zu berechnen, bekam ich aber sofort eine Nachricht

Alleen de jonge man in de keuken. Onduidelijkheid hierdoor ook waar ik mijn toeristenbelasting moest betalen bijvoorbeeld. Dit bleek verderop in het dorp te moeten. Vreemd en ook heel onpersoonlijk bij vragen die hebt.

- Martin (8/5): Gemütlich Pension in guter Lage - Gemütliche Pension in guter Lage, Auto konnte unkompliziert sogar länger als die Buchung abgestellt werden. Gutes Frühstück. Die Anmeldung war etwas kompliziert. Trotz vorheriger Meldung aller Reisenden für die Stubai-Card musste jedes Zimmer nochmal einen eigen Anmeldezettel ausfüllen. Zur Zahlung der Ortstaxe musste man dann noch in ein anderes Gebäude die Straße runter gehen.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht nur lieblos eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr dunkel und nicht sauber, die Betten durchgelegen und der Badlüfter unerträglich laut. Viel Luft nach oben - schade bei dem eigentlich schönen antiken Haus!
