- Rosibel Marquez (10/5): A gem in Krásná Lípa České Švýcarsko - The room was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable (a bit softer for my taste but it is only my taste), bathroom was quite big with a shower with a strong steam of water, and also the basin. Breakfast was very rich, a variety of bread, cheese, cereals, juices, and very good preparation of eggs. The restaurant a la carte was also very good. Sauna area very clean. We will definitely come back. Nothing.

- Petra (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert!!!! - Es war alles super! Im Bad könnte man ein Regal hinstellen, damit man Abstellfläche für die Kosmetiktasche etc. hätte.
- Katrin (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft, die ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ist. - Wie auch beim letzten Besuch wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Einchecken erfolgte schnell und professionell. Wir erhielten ein kleines ordentliches und funktionales Zimmer im ersten OG. Wir finden es sehr angenehm, dass das Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude liegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und üppig, es gab Obst, Gemüse, Müsli, Wurst, Käse, Eier in allen Variationen (Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet an den Tisch gebracht), Antipasti, Kuchen, für jeden etwas dabei. Wir möchten ein großes Lob an den Koch aussprechen. Er zaubert tolle Gerichte auf den Tisch. Sie schmecken nicht nur ausgezeichnet, sondern sie sind sehr kreativ zubereitet. Und auch das gesamte Personal ist immer sehr freundlich!!! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

- Pavel (9/5): Lovely place set in beautiful surroundings - Spotless rooms featuring a kettle and a tea selection, excellent breakfast, beautiful location right next to the House of Bohemian Switzerland with various trails through breathtaking landscape right next door. Friendly and polite staff. The price was slightly higher than I had expected, but it was definitely worth it after all!

- Alice (9/5): - Vzhledem k místě, kde se nachází budova, byl v pokoji opravdu hluk od hlavní silnice. V noci, jsme museli zavírat okna, abychom se trochu vyspali. Protože není v ubytování klimatizace v horkých dnech by to byl celkem velký problém. Jinak vše bylo perfektní.
- Hana (10/5): - Snídaně i večeře vynikající. Moc děkujeme za poskytnutí apartmánů (přestože jsme je neměli objednané), pobyt jsme si opravdu všichni užili. Chválíme čistotu apartmánů, pana kuchaře, personál i hernu pro děti. Určitě doporučujeme. Nic mě nenapadá, vše bylo v pořádku.
- Henrietta (9/5): We had a nice stay as a family - The staff members are all very kind and acted always professional. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of different offerings and we could try every morning something different. We were in a great room with a nice master bed. Upstairs were four single beds and our older children could sleep there. There was a small fridge -perfect for a few items and for medicals. The bathroom was very modern and everything neccessary was inside. We also rented a bowling lane and had fun playing. It would be nice to have a pantry kitchen in the apartment to prepare a snack or small meal. Definetely a nice place to stay!!! We'll want to come back again. The staircase in our room was a space-saving staircase and not suitable for younger children - too difficult and dangerous to use sleepely at night. We took the mattress down and our child slept next to the master bed. That was way better.
- Věra (10/5): Naprostá spokojenost - Skvělé místo, usměvavý, milý a pozorný personál, jídlo naprosto luxusní a všude čisto. Strávili jsme zde 5 nocí přes Vánoce a tak se nám tu líbilo, že jsme si pobyt o další 3 noci prodloužili. Velmi rádi se opět vrátíme, okolí nabízí spoustu zajímavých míst.

- Dmitrij Klassen (10/5): Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Verpflegung - Wir haben mit unserer Familie 6 Nächte in der Pension Lipa in Krásná Lípa verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, die Atmosphäre sehr familienfreundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen wurden täglich als Buffet angeboten – alles war frisch, lecker und abwechslungsreich, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Lage ist ideal für Familien und Ausflüge in die Natur. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können die Pension Lipa sehr empfehlen. 😊 Leider war der Parkplatz nach dem Schneefall nicht geräumt. Da der Parkplatz zudem eine Steigung hat, war das Wegfahren sehr schwierig. Man musste mit viel Schwung und starkem Gas anfahren, um überhaupt hochzukommen. Auch bei der Abreise war der Parkplatz noch immer voller Schnee, was sehr unangenehm und vermeidbar gewesen wäre.

- Matthias (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in der böhmischen Schweiz 😊 - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft wirkt etwas abgelebt ist aber sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen war sehr gut, böhmische Küche. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland. Die Betten waren gerade noch akzeptabel🥹die Kopfkissen weniger. Die Fenster in unserem Zimmer waren nicht kippbar.

Vynikající jídlo formou rautu z kvalitních surovin a velkým výběrem, kuchař si s tím fakt vyhrál, vše domácí a vymazlene. Tady se určitě vrátíme, stojí to za to! Byli jsme opravdu moc mile překvapeni.

- Adriana (9/5): Celkovo hodnotím pobyt ako super a rád by som sa tam niekedy vrátil a aj do toho ubytovania. - Poloha super na spoznávanie nádhernej prírody. Penzión a izby čisté, útulné, postele pohodlné. Recepcia milo prekvapila ústretovosťou a s malým občerstvením vo forme ovocia, nealka, sektu a cukroviniek. Raňajky na vysokej úrovni, rozmanité, takže každý si vyberie. Mínus - na základe polohy penziónu a širokej ponuky cyklovýletov v okolí, by som očakával možnosť zapožičania bicyklov. To mínus by som dal nielen penziónu ale aj mestu, nakoľko možnosť zapožičania bicyklov absentovala aj v meste a jeho širšom okolí. Miestnosť na uskladnenie bicyklov v penzióne bola.

- Ramona (10/5): Wir waren zum fünften Mal da und kommen wieder. Das sagt doch alles!!! SPITZENMÄSSIG - Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker und vielseitig. Wir hatten HP gebucht. Ein großes Lob an die Küche, dem Koch und dem ganzen Servicepersonal! Auch die MA in der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Petr (10/5): - Naprosto skvělé stravování Hluk projíždějících aut pod okny pokoje ve večerních a ranních hodinách , s tím se ale nedá nic dělat 🙂
- Jiří (5/5): - Velký výběr. Pokoj nebyl klimatizovan. Velké vedro i přes zapnutý větrák. Otevřením okna do silnice nešlo spát. Pokoj měl uvnitř podkrovní místnost, která nebyla uklizena- rozházené matrace, peřiny a polštáře- asi po předchozích ubytujících.

- Lukas (9/5): Celkově velká spokojenost, určitě doporučujeme. - Čisté, dobře vybavené (TV, fén, lednice), velmi ochotný a milý personál, bezva snídaně, super sauna za dobrou cenu, místnost pro uložení kol, parkování u ubytování. Menší pokoj při vícedenním pobytu, nabídka restaurace na večeři spíše menší a dražší, polopenze možná ale také docela drahá.

- David (10/5): מתחם לינה ובילוי מוצלח, חדר משפחה מרווח מאוד - חדר משפחה מרווח מאוד, נקי ונוח. קבלה נוחה ומהירה. אהבנו מאוד את מסלולי הבאולינג במקום ארוחת בוקר טובה למדי. אכלנו גם ארוחת ערב בסגנון בופה שהייתה נחמדה.

- Hana (8/5): - Snídaně, čistota a úroveň ubytování, vybavení, ochotný personál. Je hodně slyšet projíždějící auta a pokoj se nedal vyvětrat, nefungovala okna na ventilačku.

- aliaksandr salaveichyk (6/5): - Отель в центре городка. Недалеко продовольственный магазин. Хороший завтрак ( почти на 4 звёзды). Приветливый персонал. Рецепция отеля находится совсем в другом месте, в другом отеле. О чем не говорится при бронировании. Пришлось спрашивать прохожих, звонить по телефону. Номер очень маленький, все окна выходят на оживлённую дорогу. Очень душно. Холодильник и чайник отсутствуют.

- leonid (10/5): Es war einfach für uns perfekt 👌 - Tolles Zimmer ,viel Platz für 6. Personen. Ein ganz tolles Frühstück, eine tolle Auswahl . Die Umgebung ist toll viele Restaurants. Auch eine Bowling-Bahn war in dieser Pension. Die Kinder waren alle happy In unseren Zimmer war es ziemlich heiß , aber wir hatten ja auch die großes Apartment mit Dachgeschoss 😉

- Veronika (7/5): - Snídaně byla bohatá a dobrá, jen u teplých pokrmů mi občas chyběl popis, o co se jedná, když to není na první pohled zřejmé. Např. ve snídaňových fazolích byl párek, což člověk na první pohled neodhalí. Pokoj vkusný, útulný, jen přímo pod střechou, takže snížené stropy, o které jsem se párkrát bouchla. Podkrovní pokoj v jeden z neteplejších červnových dní nebyl úplně nejlepší. Klimatizace to moc nezlepšila. Chodby se zavazadly poněkud úzké. Výhled na parkoviště...

- Tomasz (9/5): - Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Pokój niewielki, ale bardzo w porządku, wyposażony w czajnik z herbatą i kawą; wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka. Nasz pokój wychodził na przeciwną stronę niż ulica, więc było całkiem cicho. PółMieliśmy nocleg ze śniadaniem i kolacją w cenie. Posiłki w formie bufetu, duży wybór, nawet gdy przychodziliśmy dość późno, zawsze było dużo jedzenia. Śniadania smaczne, kolacje w porządku - ani złe, ani wybitne. Piękne wnętrza wspólne pensjonatu. Duży plus za wyremontowanie i wykorzystanie starego budynku, a nie tylko budowanie nowych. Pokój miał bardzo słabą wentylację - nie było jeszcze upałów, a wewnątrz było bardzo gorąco. Teraz wystarczyło otworzyć na oścież okna, ale wyobrażam sobie, że w lato, to może być większy problem.
