- Silva Trujillo (7/5): Bien - Ubicación No había toallas y servicio de lavado
- Carin (4/5): Enkelt rum - Nära tågstation Termini! Rummet var i behov av upprustning, då det var mycket som var trasigt och slitet.
- Tiziana (1/5): Pessima scelta - Niente Tutto
- Mathieu (4/5): Il decoro è altra cosa... - La centralità del posto Bagni maleodoranti
Scarico water perdente
Porta bagno rotta

- LionSERKANcan (5/5): Economic but not comfortable. Good for sleeping. - Location of the hostel , apart hotel ; close to the center, especially to the termini train station. The price is ok. Room was not quiet. Not clean and not comfortable but the price is good.
- Rebecca (5/5): -
- Milad Rafatizadeh (3/5): - AC was not working and if you request for it they gonna put it on lowest which means doesn't help at all
- Giuseppe (8/5): -
- Alessandro (7/5): -
- Diego (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tessa (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the location. However, this was a hostel, not a hotel. I spoke to the receptionist and she said it was registered with booking.com as a hostel.
I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION, AND I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BOOKING.COM NOT DIFFERENTIATING BETWEEN HOTELS AND HOSTELS.
AFTER THIS TRIP, I WILL NOT BE USING BOOKING.COM AGAIN The fact that it was not a hotel.
- Iman (6/5): Pleasant -
- Delzar (7/5): Good - Near to Rome Termini, and also 28 minutes walking to Colosseo, this is good for who want visiting the central city of Rome, and stay in a cheap place. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They have a good free wifi, And there are a lot of restaurants and stores arround the place, this is an excellent side of friendship palace guesthous, be honest if I one-day return to Rome reserve it again. I recommend for who want to visit Rome and stay in the cheap place this is the best place. I had problem with location, because there is only a small billboard on the door, this is makes finding the place difficult, I asked several places until I found it. that's why I recommend to put a big billboard tipe there name on it. And at the first night there wasn't a warm water, this was terrible, but for other day they fixed the problem, there wasn't shampoo for bathing, only hand washing shampoo were able, with one drying towel. And the baneu were smells bad.
- Amar (2/5): Very poor -
- Daniel (2/5): Not recommended, in spite of the great location - The Location is perfect 1/ the receptionist was rude and rebuked me for arriving a bit late; 2/the bad had bedbugs, and I was bitten terribly all weekend; 3/there wasn't even a glass for water; 4/the elevator didn't work; 5/the curtain did not open
- Stanka (4/5): We've survived because we weren't in the room - Food, drinks, restaurants are available until midnight but this is because of Roma Termini nearbiy To loud but air-conditioner can only be switched on directly (staff has to do this but not available 24/7). Bathroom doors very hard to open/ close. Pillows were terrible. Nothing in the bathroom to leave your clothes
- Gianfranco (2/5): Very poor -
- Renou (2/5): Very poor - On the first night the room smelled really from the bathroom and when we complained to the staff they didn't do anything and they told us to go the next day when the manager would be The warm water from the shower head did not flow properly
- Muaz (1/5): Bad - I didn’t like at all. Facility was totally messed. They gave me a room which toilet was not working properly. Everywhere was smelling like a garbage. Bed wasn’t comfortable.
- Sandra (7/5): Good -
- Adolfo (3/5): Expensive for such a low grade room - L Although having a private entrance to where my room was located, there were people talking loudly outside my room until 2am.
- Öykü (5/5): Passable - A minute away from the Termini station. Nice restaurants and bars close by. The staff let me store my luggage for free since I arrived an hour before the check in and they were kind in general. I expected a little bit more because of the amount of money I paid. Totally overpriced place. The building is a mess. I had a really hard time finding the hotel because there were no signs of it. Every time I opened the water, a sewage smell filled the room. The walls were not soundproof and I could hear the people in the rooms. The bed did not have a bedsheet and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. The wifi did not work at all and I had to pay 2 euros for an extra bathroom towel.
- Alessandro (7/5): Good - Central position and good price The Bath tub was not clean
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catalano (1/5): Bad -
- Mateo (2/5): Very poor -
- Eduardo (7/5): Good for a last minute place to sleep - Location, AC cold heat inside the room and night rate was equal cheap. Single bed was small but comfortable. For the size of the room a full bed would be better. Comforter was small for me I’m 6,0 tall. They charge €2 for a towel.
- Nicoleta (5/5): Still to improve very simple way, just print out a sheet on the floor where the reception is - Booking No visualization which floor, simple paper completely missing to advice
- Goksin (5/5): cost benefit is decent - Location and cost Bathroom Door was broken down, hot water was not enough temprature.
- Vinayk (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing Everything
- Kristina (1/5): bed bugs!! - location bed bugs!!
I was bitten by bed bugs. Bites just all over the body, starting from the neck to the legs. Upon arrival home, it turned out that in addition to bedbugs, there were also ticks, as they also found a subcutaneous tick that continued to bite. I spent a lot of time and money on treatment and tests. terrible place. life threatening.
- Haruto (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (1/5): Bad -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kara (5/5): Passable -
- Pietro (1/5): The worst ever hotel I have been in my life - Location No tv, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ,no towel no soap and one roll of toilet tissue for 4 days even though we paid for all that when we booked though you
Dirty, bed is sinking in the center and have some thing bite us
Every day we fight for air conditioning finally they move us to very small room with very low air coming out
- Asma (7/5): Good -
- Pasquale (1/5): Hotel very dirty, no (advertised) services, owner in Africa! Suspicious business! - The position, near the train station Termini Very scarse hygiene, hard to get to the rooms. (I had to go to the 4th floor, enter a keypad door, go through a hallway, then another keypad door, then go down 1 floor, another keypad door, and finally my room, Unreal!) The bathroom stunk bed, around the bad dust and hair clumps. The sheets and pillows had hair on and smelled. TV and WIFI, which I paid extra for, not working. There was no one towel (2 euros per towel, already paid for but not there). No shampoo, no shower soap, just hand soap. I went to the receptionist, a young man from Bangladesh, whose Italian was mediocre, so we ended up communicating in English. The men went to change the sheets in my room. At that point I asked to change room, get full refund if I left, or at least have half of the payment back. The receptionist said it wasn't possible. I asked to to speak with a manager or the owner. He said no one was there, and the owner was in Africa, Eritrea! He then showed me 3 other rooms, same story just a bit cleaner. It was getting late in the evening, I was tired from traveling all day and I had a flight to catch the next morning. I ended up choosing to stay in the last room shown to me. I really wanted to shower, do the check in and some email work, but it wasn't possible since no WIFI service. WIFI worked by the reception only, and supposedly there was a working TV there. Not what I paid for, and it was full of other people already. In addition, there was no hot water, I had to shower with cold water. That evening other costumers were complaining about no hot water.
The Hotel had no clear signs, hard to get to some rooms, very poor hygiene, no services which they advertise and get paid for. No one to speak to other then receptionist. The owner is in Africa! A shady and suspicious business at this point!
One unreal negative experience, something from a movie! Absolutely to avoid this hotel!!!
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Location Noisy
- Damon (1/5): Would never stay here again. - The location was good. Place wasn’t clean. We are covered in bed bugs bites. No towels. Barely any toilet roll. Wifi didn’t reach to room. Didn’t feel safe.
- Σπύρος (1/5): Disappointment - Only the location because is near the metro station Everything was broken. The toilet was with out door. We didn't have towels. The toilet was broken, we didn't have hot water, bedside table was broken. They didn't have Sockets for charging. Only one in bathroom. They didn't have clean sheets for the beds. Disappointment. Close that Hotel. Actually isn't hotel, neither apartment. Just a bad room.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -

- Ioanna (1/5): The most horrible hotel I have stayed so far. - First of all , you have a different name in the booking than in person, in person you’re called “ hotel beautiful “ so that counts as a scam Also , you have fleas in your beds, and it caused me to have an allergic reaction. As a result, I’m on antibiotics now, with flea bites all over my body.Plus the scamming about your booking name. I hope you guys are closed down soon.

- Anonymous (1/5): If you respect yourselves any, just skip this creepy place. Do not ever think about it. They are cheaters. They entered - I could not stay in this place because they cancelled our reservation on the last night. They moved our room to another place named Beauty Hostel. The place they send us was not ready at check in time also. They dont care about their customers. They cancelled the reservation. And the place they send us was too dirty. It was the most discusting place we have ever stayed. No air condition in 2023 and more hot than even Sahara Desert.
- Ana (1/5): Bad - Near the Termini Station, but isn't a very safe area. I dont recommend this hotel because the reception guy called Saloon it is the most rude person I ever know. He made my first day in rome the worst possible.
- Silvana (4/5): Cheap hotel in central Rome - The hotel (or hostel) is located 100 m away from Termini in central Rome, which is very convenient if you arrive by bus from the airport, and is even more convenient if you arrive late as the market in the terminal is open until 0 h to still grab some quality food. It is noisy outside, but less than near touristic attractions. Reception is on the 1st floor and open 24/7, which was one of the decision criteria as I had a late flight (private rooms automatically excluded as it was not possible to check in past 22 h). The other criteria were location (central) and price. I had low expectations for the price for a single room with private WC. Was happy with the location (even if not the prettiest in the city), it is about 2 km from all interesting places, the most distant, the vatican, is 5 km away. A towel was extra for 2 EUR, city tax is paid cash upon check in (3.5 EUR/day). The room was on the third floor, was spacious, the shower worked well and had hot water. had to enter 3 codes to get in the room and out of the building. Personnel was friendly - despite my late arrival. For breakfast, there is a superb coffee shop next door with excellent coffee and magnificent sandwiches and pastries. I believe that with little effort the owners can convert the room in a nice one and charge a bit more. First, everything was very dirty, floors, toilet, a cleaning is not so difficult. Second, they could make things work if advertised: with 38 C outside, the air conditioner did not work, neither did the fridge and TV, nor the reading lamps. What I really did not like was the bed, which was not a bed but a sleeping couch, parted in the middle and very uncomfortable.
- Pedram (2/5): A bad experience! - The location of the hotel was the only positive feature. The bathroom was dirty. The water pressure of the shower was very low. Water would not flow easily into the drain since the drain was stuck with so much dirtiness and hair. The air conditioning system would not work. Towels were not in the room and were provided after the request.
- Andrea (3/5): BEDBUGS! - Being out of there. Just an awful place, not worth the price.
It was the last place with a room available in the area; next time I'll rather sleep with the homeless people at Termini station.
- Nikolaos (7/5): Good - as described, decent location
- Pietro (3/5): Poor - Nothing No soap no towel not good service for shower
- Caleb (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maria (5/5): Passable - Great location. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff wasn't the most pleasant at times. The room wasn't ready when we arrived.
- Sinagra (7/5): Good - Location - close to the central train station Towels were not provided free
The entrance to the suite of bedrooms was by means of a very noisy lock mechanism
- Olha (1/5): Bad - This is the worst hostel which I've ever visited. I've booked a private room for 2 person, but instead of this room they gave me two beds in the dormitory. So I had to prove them that I've booked a private room. Finely they gave not the room which I saw in booking, but another awful dormitory room. It was impossible to sleep there due to the permanent noise from the hostel administrator, who was speaking to his friend so loudly!
Awful place!
- Fábio (1/5): Bad - completely dirty!!! disgusting!!!
- Mohamed (1/5): super unclean and uncomfortable - I don’t know where to start, literally Nothing!! everything!!
super unclean
no clean sheets or beds
no hot water
terribile value for money
even the staff were frustrated from all the complaints received by the guests
- Daniela (3/5): Poor - It is directly at the train station, so great to have access to the Metro and trains and shuttle to airport. The blanket was missing. It seemed dirty. Towel was missing even though I paid for it. He gave me one after I complained. The room I had seemed to be a hostel room and became single. Also, it took me a long time to find this placec as the "hotel" is inside a building and only a floor.
- Erjola (2/5): Very poor -
- Rebecca (2/5): Very poor -
- Aristidis-elias (5/5): Passable -
- Mykyta (8/5): Very good - wi-fi is not working at room
- Carolina (1/5): Bad -
- Sergio (8/5): Very good -
- Malaica (4/5): you need to clean the rooms more often and there is no rag no wifi just clean more - only the receptionist the room that i purchased was not the room i stayed they transfer me to somewhere else and i dont like it its so hard for me to find the locations
- Angelika (2/5): poor !! - the location run down hard to find. no sign on the house. no towels. hardly any sockets. only italian TV channels. why is no ibis budget or B&B At the train station ? Mafia ??.
- Ελένη (4/5): Disappointing -
