Da migliorare la pulizia in camera, sulla testiera del letto c’era molta polvere. E il problema principale sono le zanzare, obbligatorie le zanzariere, le pareti erano tappezzate di uccisioni di questi animali.

• salvatore (4/5): - Il soggiorno presso non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo molto elevato (circa 350–375 € a notte). Le foto online risultano fuorvianti: le camere appaiono molto più ampie e moderne rispetto alla realtà. Dal vivo, gli spazi sono piuttosto ridotti e l’ambiente generale risulta datato, lontano dall’immagine proposta. Uno degli aspetti più deludenti è il bagno: è presente una vasca idromassaggio vecchia e poco funzionale, senza una vera doccia. Per lavarsi è necessario utilizzare un doccino manuale, rendendo l’esperienza decisamente scomoda e non all’altezza di una struttura di questa fascia di prezzo. L’accoglienza è stata praticamente assente: check-in gestito tramite codici senza alcun contatto reale, e il personale presente non è apparso particolarmente disponibile o professionale. Inoltre, mancavano elementi basilari: il telecomando della TV non era in camera ed è stato necessario richiederlo, con perdita di tempo. Anche la televisione stessa è molto piccola e datata. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è completamente sbilanciato. A queste cifre ci si aspetta un’esperienza curata, comfort elevato e servizi coerenti, che purtroppo qui non sono stati riscontrati. Non lo consiglierei, soprattutto considerando le numerose alternative disponibili a Venezia nella stessa fascia di prezzo.

Dalle foto ( e considerando il prezzo) ho pensato fosse un albergo 4 stelle In realtà è un affitta camere con una micro reception , impossibile fare la colazione , non c’è ascensore Il personale sicuramente cordiale che ha condiviso con me di non ritenere corretta la politica dei prezzi. Per il mio soggiorno all’apertura della biennale hanno praticamente triplicato le tariffe Io capisco alzarle un po ma ritengo sia disonesto applicare un tale moltiplicatore Tra l’altro la stanza minuscola senza armadio Se lo si paga 150/200 euro ci può stare ma personalmente non ci andrò più perché chi si comporta in questo modo non è serio

• Raymond (7/5): Great location...disappointing - The location is excellent. The suite we booked for 4 nights featured a jacuzzi tub. It was valentines weekend and we booked for this reason. Due to the drain plug being missing the jacuzzi bath was not usuable. No refund was offered.

La stanza era piccola ma perfettamente attrezzata. Il personale è intervenuto prontamente e supportivamente per limitare le conseguenze di un lungoblackout che ha coinvolto tutto il quartiere nel pomeriggio dell'arrivo. Code provided wldn’t open my room when I initially cked in at 9:00 pm, virtually. Had to call 3 x to get someone to correct the code.

• Paige (8/5): Super charming! Loved it - Loved it. We would definitely stay again. Staff was nice and helpful. We had a room with a terrace and it was delightful. Shower was great. Not a big room, but cozy and enjoyable (and I wouldn't call it small. I'd say typical big city or European hotel room size.) Critique: I could have used a drawer or a couple hooks on the wall to hang things, but that's fine. I'd prefer 11am check out, mais ca va. In general it's clean, cute, romantic. Great location too. It was my first time in Venice, my partner's second. The hotel is centrally located for exploring the city easily by foot. The room was quiet too, which was nice yet it was easy to get to the city hubbub.
