• Desiree (7/5): - Gute Lage und Anbindung zu Bus und Metro, Aircon und Ventilator vorhanden, Schallschutzfenster, das Schlafzimmer hübsch renoviert.. Direkt gegenüber ein sehr gutes, ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Die Räume sind relativ dunkel. Es gab keine Küchenausstattung außer 2 Gläsern und einem Wasserkocher, auch keinen Kaffee oder Tee.

• Guest (5/5): «Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία με παγωμένο νερό, υγρασία και δωμάτιο που στερείται στοιχειώδους άνεσης.» - «Διαμονή γεμάτη ταλαιπωρία: κανένα ζεστό νερό και πολύ δυσλειτουργικές εγκαταστάσεις.» Δυστυχώς, δεν βρήκαμε κάτι θετικό σε αυτή τη διαμονή που να αντισταθμίζει τα σοβαρά προβλήματα. Έλλειψη Ζεστού Νερού: Επιστρέψαμε το βράδυ κουρασμένοι και ιδρωμένοι και δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό. Ήταν παγωμένο. Το πρωί, παρά το μήνυμά μας και την επιβεβαίωσή τους ότι θα το διορθώσουν, το νερό παρέμενε παγωμένο. Αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε και να επιστρέψουμε το μεσημέρι μόνο και μόνο για να κάνουμε ένα μπάνιο. Αυτό ήταν απαράδεκτο και κατέστρεψε την εμπειρία μας. Δυσλειτουργικό Δωμάτιο: Η τηλεόραση ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρή, ίσως 10 ιντσών, τοποθετημένη σε μια σπασμένη και γερμένη βάση στον τοίχο, η οποία δεν γυρνούσε, κάνοντας τη θέαση από το κρεμάτι αδύνατη. Στο ταβάνι υπήρχε έντονη υγρασία (έχω φωτογραφίες). Στενάχωρη Τουαλέτα: Ο χώρος της τουαλέτας ήταν εξαιρετικά στενός και δυσλειτουργικός. Όταν καθόσουν, τα γόνατά σου ακουμπούσαν στο ντουβάρι μπροστά σου. Ήταν μια κλειστοφοβική εμπειρία. Άβολο Ντους: Υπήρχε μόνο μια σταθερή ντουζιέρα ψηλά στον τοίχο. Δεν υπήρχε εύκαμπτο λάστιχο με ντους, γεγονός που έκανε το πλύσιμο των ποδιών ή το μερικό πλύσιμο αδύνατο. Έπρεπε να γίνεις όλος μούσκεμα. Έλλειψη Υποστήριξης: Δεν υπήρχε κανένας στη ρεσεψιόν (που ήταν απλώς ένα ντουλάπι) όταν χρειάστηκε.

• Erica (6/5): - Il maggior punto di forza di questa Struttura è senz'altro la posizione: vicinissima alla Stazione e alla fermata della Metro B Castro Pretorio, in un quartiere ricco di bar (con cui, visto il prezzo pagato a notte, si potrebbe pensare di stipulare una convenzione per offrire una colazione), ottime trattorie tipiche romane e bei locali. Inoltre, la camera e il bagno erano ben puliti. La Struttura è totalmente da ristrutturare: la Reception è un armadio con dentro un computer all'ingresso (il che ostacola moltissimo il passaggio); le pareti della camera necessitano di un trattamento antimuffa e di una rimbiancata, oltre che di un'insonorizzazione in quanto si sentivano distintamente tutti i rumori provenienti dal corridoio e dalla camera adiacente; l'armadio ad angolo è datato, molto piccolo e poco funzionale, con un minitelevisore sopra difficile da guardare per la posizione e le veramente esigue dimensioni e per le casse usurate che distorcono l'audio; il frigobar era spento; in bagno non c'è un punto d'appoggio e la tenda della doccia, oltre che essere antigenica, non trattiene bene l'acqua.

• Denisa (10/5): Cinstit - camere curate, baia curată (curățenia se face zilnic de către un angajat), oamenii amabili, zona este perfectă pentru atracțiile turistice, ne-au lăsat și să facem check-out la 11 în loc de 10, peste stradă este un bar cu o cafea genială. Concluzia este ca m-aș reîntoarce la această locație! Șederea a fost destul de plăcută, însă noi am avut un zbor târziu, mai exact am ajuns la cazare pe la aproximativ 23:30 și când am sunat la sonerie/bătut la ușă la recepție nu ne a răspuns nimeni (inclusiv i-am sunat și mesaje pe whatsapp). Am stat cam o oră (în care eu am crezut ca o să rămânem homeless o noapte în Roma) ca după să ne ajute o fată care locuia aici să sune la un număr de pe ușă la care nouă nu ne-a răspuns nimeni și să vorbească până la urmă cu domnul de la recepție care adormise.

• Ashatonian (10/5): - The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and sincere. The receptionist was always happy to help and satisfy our requests. The fridge was out of power but that didnt bother us. You can always ask the receptionist.
• Edward (9/5): - Location was very good and the staff was kind and helpful. Otherwise it was a room and a bathroom, nothing too notable. It was clean and there was plenty of space for two people. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor so the floor got wet after every shower which was annoying. I also wish there was a combination safe instead of a wardrobe with a key.
• Barbara (7/5): very basic and oldie, but clean and in a strategic position - Perfect if you need to reach Termini Station, the National Library and Sapienza University. The room was spacious with a large window, also in the bathroom. The Anas Prime staff were nice and helpful The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every sound from one room to another. There is a hostel in the building, so it is not particularly quiet anyway. Also, I had to pay 7 euro per night (cash) as City tax, but the structure is comparable to a 2 stars hotel.

• Elisabed Chikobava (7/5): - The location was amazing, with easy access to public transportation and 10 minutes walk from Termini station, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The smell was unbearable; there was clearly mold in the bathroom, making it unpleasant to return to the room, forcing us to keep the window open all day, and both the room and bathroom needed renovation.

• Elena (8/5): Ett prisvärt boende nära Termini. - Vi hade ett 3-bäddsrum. Rummet var fint dekorerat och hade alla möbler för bekväm vistelse. Sängarna var bekväma. Rummet hade en utmärk planering med 2 avskilda sovrum, en balkong och eget kylskåp. En stor mataffär och ett apotek ligger 5 min ifrån. Vi föredrar att ha vattenkokare på rummet men vattenkokaren stod i hallen och var gemensam för flera andra rum. På byggnaden mittemot finns en stor fläkt som låter. Om man stänger fönster så försvinner ljudet nästan helt, men med öppna fönster är ljudet tydligt.

• Arri (9/5): - Ubicacion, esta a pocas cuadras de Termini, te permite usar tren y subte de manera frecuente. Acceso sencillo caminando, zona segura. Edificio tranquilo. Super recomendable. La primera noche no fue ideal. Pero al dia siguente se resolvio el inconveniente, de alli en adelante la estadia fue impecable. Hubo excelente predisposicion para resolver la confusion.

La amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. La comodidad de la camas y almohadas Por la noche al dar a una calle de restaurantes, se escucha el bullicio de la gente.
• Gabriela (8/5): Quarto grande, ótimo atendimento e localização. - O quarto é bem parecido com o das fotos, apesar de termos conseguido um quarto maior, e foi ótimo! A localização é ótima porque é bem perto da estação Termini e tem muita coisa pra comer por perto a pé. O aspecto antigo do quarto acho que não condiz com o valor; pode melhorar as móveis ou o banheiro, que não é tão moderno. Mas isso é um plus. Tivemos uma ótima estadia para 1 dia. A e colocar travesseiros mais confortáveis e menos duros, com mais opções de cobertas também porque como o aquecedor ficava no outro cômodo, ficou um pouco frio no quarto.

• giuseppe (1/5): la struttura potrebbe essere accogliente ma non è consigliabile. - degna di apprezzamento la sola camera con letto matrimoniale. discreta la pulizia e le dotazioni. accoglienza premurosa ma solo tramite wapp, non siamo riusciti a parlare col personale in italiano. accesso molto limitato in corridoio lungo e stretto, parzialmente occupato da un mobile utilizzato dal personale che presidia l'accoglienza. televisore molto piccolo posizionato in alto, difficile la visione delle immagini. tavolo difficilmente usufruibile da 4 persone, siamo stati costretti ad usare servizi di ristorazione per colazione e pranzo esterni alla struttura. angolo cottura nel disimpegno del bagno. bagno normale ma con sanitari e rubinetteria usurati, la tenda doccia non è igienica. il letto supplementare è posizionato dell'ingresso privo di luce ed areazione diretta.

Плитой не пользовались ни разу так как не было необходимости. Еесли уезжаете рано, в 5-6 утра, входная дверь в здание может оказаться закрыта, предупреджайте о раннем выезде заранее.

• Eszter (5/5): - The staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is close to Termini station. Our room faced the backyard, where a large compressor ran noisily throughout the day. Fortunately, it shut off once the attached restaurant closed for the night, but don't hope to sleep with an open window. Noise was also an issue indoors—you can hear neighbors clearly, especially when they use the bathroom—so earplugs are a must. The Wi-Fi was another disappointment: although we could connect most of the time, it rarely loaded anything, so we eventually gave up on using it.

• laura (7/5): - posizione perfetta per la raggiungere la stazione, Nahid è un host gentile e disponibile. camera grande. arredamento un po' datato, ventola nel cortile un po' rumorosa.
• yotsimar (10/5): Perfecto lugar para ir con la familia - Fueron muy amables con nosotras, tuvimos un percance con mi abuelita y en menos de 5 minutos llegaron a ayudarnos, todo el personal fue muy amable, sin contar que nos esperaron hasta las 3 am que llegáramos del aeropuerto y nos orientaron con el taxi. Sin duda volvería Absolutamente nada, todo muy bien

• Joanne (8/5): Central place, reasonable price - The room was kept clean on a daily basis. Clean towels, clean sheets everyday. The staff was super helpful, friendly, kind and understanding. I'd go again if I had to. Keep it up. The bathroom was too small and claustrophobic .

The walls were thin and could hear furniture being moved across the ground and loud voices late at night. Decor is a little dated.
