Had to call to be who - Always happy to have a tub but this one was a gigantic jacuzzi tub that took some time to fill and never came to close to covering the jets. Also the tiled stairs up to the shower and tub were excessively slippery so we lined the steps with towels to prevent injury. See above!!

- Twee (8/5): Overall they really make such a great effort to make up for their short comings that I couldn’t be mad at them if I want - I like how clean it was upon entering and the quietness of building. I was really confused why the breakfast is a block away at their other location? Plus both doors were lock so when they buzz me in , it only open the main door. All the reviews showed the breakfast at 64 duomo, the booklet in the room says nothing either.

Frukosten serverades på en takterrass tre minuters promenad från hotellet. Kylskåpet på rummet innehöll olika drycker som var gratis. En liten rolig grej är hissen, där du måste lägga i 10 cent för att få åka.

Complimentary drinks in the fridge. Great bathroom with products. The breakfast was at a separate location roughly 3 minutes down the road with lots of stairs but the roof terrace was nice. There were no staff on site but you could contact help by WhatsApp and they responded very quickly. There was no breakfast tea or instant coffee in the room.

- Alisia (10/5): Top Lage und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt! Alle waren sehr freundlich. Obwohl unser Zimmer an der Straße war, war es sehr leise im Zimmer! Der kleine Balkon hat es noch perfekt gemacht! Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war sehr lecker und das Ambiente war echt toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Wir können nichts Negatives aussetzen!

Dort angekommen hat es sich aber als Glückstreffer herausgestellt - das Frühstück ist auf einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse (Rooftop) und ist einfach nur super! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Diletta and Sergio, together with their team, including Enzo and the rest of the crew, take exceptional care of absolutely everything. From the very first moment, you don’t feel like a guest, but rather like a long-awaited friend who is warmly welcomed. This special atmosphere carries throughout the entire stay and makes it something truly unforgettable. The rooms are simply fantastic. You would never believe it when you first arrive from the street at Via Duomo 78 – it looks rather modest and typical for Naples from the outside – but the moment you step inside, an entirely different world opens up. It really feels like heaven. The rooms are like an absolute palace: stylishly designed, full of attention to detail, incredibly clean, and radiating a sense of comfort and relaxation. The hosts are perfect and take care of everything – truly perfectly. No wish remains unfulfilled, whether it’s recommendations, little extras, or simply a friendly conversation. A special highlight is the rooftop terrace: an absolute dream! The view, the atmosphere, the feeling of freedom – it is just as impressive as the rooms themselves and invites you to simply enjoy the moment. The absolute star, however, is the little poodle Silvieto, who wins everyone’s heart with his charm and adds a very special, personal touch to the stay. In general, everything is beautifully thought out and designed with great care. Diletta anticipates your every wish – such attentiveness and warmth are truly rare. I haven’t seen such a wonderful hotel in Naples in a long time. Even though it is “just” called a bed and breakfast, it is so much more – it is an experience. Diletta and Sergio take care of everything so well, it truly feels like being in heaven. I have seen many hotels, including in Naples, but this one is absolutely outstanding. - Jean (9/5): Lovely Accommodation & Hosts - The hosts were incredibly kind, and the breakfast on the terrace of a historic building was truly charming. While the building itself is old, the apartment is modern and very comfortable. Parking can be quite expensive in the area. Parcheggio De Santo charged us €60 per day for our four-night stay, which felt excessive, even considering the limited availability nearby. If you’re arriving by car, it might be worth considering Parking Cavour, which is a bit farther away but currently lists a daily rate of €40 on its website.

Comme c’était précieux d’être accueilli, soutenu et accompagné en français … Nous recommandons ce lieu pour toutes les attentions apportées. Tout était parfait.

Camera molto spaziosa e ben arredata, con materassi comodissimi e bagno ampio dotato di sauna e vasca idromassaggio. Colazione molto buona , con buffet ben fornito con prodotti tipici del territorio, che viene servita su una soleggiata terrazza dalla quale si possono ammirare i tetti di Napoli. Consigliatissimo!!

Muy limpio todo y cómodo Las fotos del portal no son las que aparecen en la web, y nos asustamos al llegar porque está sin renovar. Aún así repetiríamos si volvemos a Nápoles, pero me habría gustado saber cómo era el portal de donde llegábamos. Es verdad que nuestra cortina estaba rota, pero rápidamente nos la arreglaron. El desayuno muy bien, pero recomiendo desayunar en habitación porque si no hay que esperar.

Room was extremely comfortable, modern and well maintained. There were 43 stairs to our room - will vary based on the two properties this operates from. However they did assist with taking our luggage up which was truly appreciated.

- Tom (10/5): - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im 4heavens sehr genossen. Die Lage ist zentral, gleich beim Dom. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad aus Marmor ein Traum. Das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet. Und vielen Dank an Mattia für die vielen guten Tipps für die Stadt!

He also went out of his way to make my anniversary extra special which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful with a great view. Great location. Un desayuno sencillo pero a la carta. La cama de 10, por tamaño y comodidad. A un paso de todo para ver una ciudad con muchas posibilidades.

Situata nel centro storico di Napoli, consente facilmente di rivivere la Napoli di un tempo anche se, nel bene e nel male la Napoli di oggi è cambiata parecchio da quando ero ragazzino. Disponibilità e gentilezza del Sig. Vincenzo rendono il soggiorno semplice e gradevolissimo, fatto che, accompagnato da un alloggio pulito e confortevole sotto ogni aspetto hanno creato un’atmosfera che ha contribuito a rendere indimenticabile questo pur breve ma intenso soggiorno. Lo raccomando vivamente così come ho fatto con mia figlia che andrà a fine mese!!! Nulla

We were booked at short notice on our part with a very knowledgeable and friendly personal guide for a tour of Pompei and Herculaneum and they also arranged for a taxi to collect us for a trip to the island of Procida. and a return to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and serviced every day.

- Anna (10/5): Super welcoming, very central, a perfect stay! - Our stay at 4Heavens Naples was perfect! Diletta messaged us the day before our holiday to ask about our arrival time, and she was already waiting for us when we arrived at the door. She was super friendly and even showed us the best places to eat in the area and gave us a few tips for sightseeing. The windows of our room faced the inner courtyard so it was very quiet during the night. the bathroom was very spacious and had everything you could need - multiple towels, body lotion, shampoo + conditioner and toothbrushes + toothpaste. the rooftop for breakfast was only a three minute walk away and beautiful! we got fresh cappuccino and omelettes every day, and the staff was super friendly. the location of the hotel was very central on Via Duomo, and only a ten-minute-walk from the M1 and M2 metro stations. the archeological museum was also within walking distance. all in all, I can absolutely recommend staying at 4Heavens - it made our stay in Naples so much more pleasant!

L'acccueil, rien à dire là dessus, hôte très disponible via Whatsapp. Manque de maintenance au niveau des sanitaires : robinet qui a une fuite, le pommeau de douche mal fixé et la porte de la douche déboittée. Sinon, rien à dire.

There’s a well-stocked minibar with a variety of choices. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop of a nearby building, where you can enjoy stunning views while you eat. This was honestly the most welcoming and thoughtful service I’ve experienced in all my travels around the world. I highly recommend it!

- Beth (10/5): Nice rooms. Excellent location. Wonderful staff. - The breakfast was wonderful! Plenty of delicious choices and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect! We walked everywhere and explored new sites every day! The room was cleaned every day. I can not think of a thing that we were not happy about.
