• Sara (6/5): Podría haber sido mejor en general. - La ubicación Mucho ruido por las noches. Las ventanas no aíslan bien y se escuchaba todo. Y el acceso un poco. Complicado si es la primera vez porque no explican bien dónde recoger las llaves. Dicen que te vayas a un punto, pero no te dicen que es la tienda que se llama igual y que preguntes dentro. Tuve que intuirlo. También hubo un problema al llegar que lo solucionaron dándome otra habitación pero ya el día siguiente tuve que estar pendiente de ir a cambiar las cosas de la habitación y entraron sin permiso teniendo mis pertenencias en la habitación.

I am all for ‘safety’ signs and literature but it was just thrown around the main living area and made it feel as if you sat in the canteen of a factory.

• Valentina (9/5): WEEKEND A FIRENZE - Il monolocale è molto bello, pulito e ha un buon odore. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e anche la ragazza al check in molto gentile. La posizione è ottima. A 10 minuti da tutte le attrazioni principali e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Forse avrei gradito una bottiglietta d acqua di benvenuto. Dato che c è la cucina e quindi vanno lavati i piatti sicuramente sarebbe comodo avere a disposizione uno strofinaccio che invece non c’era.

La foto di presentazione è assolutamente ingannatoria. Non c’erano finestre! Una apertura in alto e peraltro si sentivano rumori provenire dagli altri appartamenti. Pessimo!

• Marisa (10/5): Ottimo appartamento - Molto bello l’appartamento, pulito. La posizione comodissima a 10/15 minuti dai monumenti. A 5 minuti un ottimo forno dove prendere un buon cappuccino con pasta, My Bakery & Bistrot.

Gerade am Wochenende kommen immer mal wieder laute Menschen vorbei die ganze Nacht. Aber wenn man es weiß, einfach Ohropax mitnehmen, falls man einen leichten Schlaf hat

Appartamento ampio e confortevole, arredato con gusto, in palazzo antico, dotato di tutti i confort. scala un po'ripida e scomoda da affrontare con i bagagli, ma essendo un palazzo storico logicamente non c è l'ascensore, e l'appartamento comunque si trova al primo piano per cui non ci sono troppi scalini.

• Barbara (10/5): An absolute gem of an apartment in a traditional Florentine property. - Wow! - where to start? This is an amazing stylish apartment / large studio in a brilliant location. Walking distance of the station, and everything that Florence has to offer. So many great cafes and restaurants to choose from. It was so comfortable that one evening, after a very busy day, we stayed 'home' and watched a movie on Netflix. Perfect. It could not have been better - unless perhaps we could have stayed longer.

Because of the central location, you can hear a lot of the noise from the street (drunk people yelling, sirens, etc.) It's not the unit's fault of course.

The room was clean and the bathroom was great, shower was excellent. The bed was big and comfortable and the linen of the highest quality. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful There was air-conditioning, however it was either on or off and you couldn’t change the temperature in the room. As there were no windows the air-conditioning was very important and at times it was hot and uncomfortable. These are the only negative things we have to say. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
• Davide (10/5): Morden and perfectly location apartment. - Communication via app, text, and in person was fantastic and prompt. Nothing is too much trouble. Wifi was fast and reliable. Room/apartment was room and airy. Very well thought out. Had lots of living space, didn't feel everything was onto of you. Especially having a 5 month old. Quality travel cot provided with mattress protector and clean bed sheets. Location is fantastic, it's busy from early morning, imagine like being on Oxford street in London. Pros and Cons but we loved it as it was local to EVERYTHING. Safe and beautifully kept communal area. So easy to order food as the address came up straight away on the app. No lift, so with a 5 month old after a long day it was the dreaded part going up 2 flights of stairs. Thin walls and windows. You can hear every door opening people coming down then communal stairs, passers by at 1am in the morning (but this does not bother us) just want people to know. The above is just so before booking you get the full understanding as this might bother others. WE LOVED IT. THANK YOU.

Clean room with a comfortable bed and they were very nice to put a crib all ready for our girl. Staff was attentive (virtually) and responded quickly to any messages sent. AC was strong. Quiet room. The room felt a little claustrophobic at the end of the hall without an accessible window. Also, bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach which meant it was clean which is great, but the smell persisted whenever we used the sink. (Maybe just the city water!)
• Sm (10/5): A spacious, beutifully designed and clean apartment in the heart of Florence. Perfect for couples. - The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was gorgeously decorated with modern fixtures mixed with a traditional Italian look. Extremely spacious with room to spread out in the open plan living room/bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and luxurious as were the pillows and bed linen provided. Plenty of storage and hangers were provided as well as the usual amenities such as a kettle, a coffee machine and the bonus of two TVs that both had Chromecast installed to cast your shows/music. The kitchen was compact but very smartly designed with plenty of storage, cutlery and crockery provided. The bathroom was also well designed with branded toiletries supplied. There was also an additional seating area with a sofa bed, a dining table and other seating options throughout the apartment. The location is a big positive of Provenzale Casa. The apartment is located over a boutique designer shop in the designer shopping district of Florence. It is around 20 minutes walk from Unita tram station that takes you straight to the airport and is one stop away from the main city train station, Santa Maria Novella. The apartment is also less than 25 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio bridge, the Duomo and Palazzio Vecchio. As the location is central and there are bars nearby, the streets can get a little noisy at night so light sleepers may not enjoy their stay. Those with heavy luggage, small children, pushchairs or wheelchairs will find it difficult to use the stairs up to the apartment as there is no lift/elevator.

• Sam (10/5): Huge, clean, modern apartment in prime location - Huge apartment that’s clean and has modern furnishing. Only two of us stayed so did not sue the pull out couch. Our room didn’t face the street so we didn’t have any issues with noise. Nice location only like 10 mins walk from the main tourist sites. You need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, no problem for us but something to consider. You check in at the clothing store nextdoor so you can only store luggage during their opening times. It’s called Provenzale if you want to check the open times work for your needs.

A bit noissy in the morning because of passing cars ( for me), but my husband and child were not disturbed by this. We will definitely comme back once again when travelling to Florence.

• Natalia (8/5): Overall good value for money. We enjoyed our stay! - Location is good, overall comfort is fine It is very difficult to open all kitchen cabinets without injuring yourself. The same comment is valid for the cabinet in the bathroom. It seems like all doors open to a wrong side and there is a huge risk of pinching your finger or that you bump by your head into the door (when you are opening kitchen cabinet).
• Aikaterini (9/5): Nice apartment in a perfect location right in the city center - Perfect location right in the center of Florence and close to main attractions. The apartment was clean and tidy, located on the first floor. The communication with the staff was quick and very helpful. They also offered to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out. As it is in a very central location, it might get quite noisy when windows are open. However it is totally quiet when they are closed.
• Amy (10/5): Highly recommended - This is an excellent base for a trip to Florence. It's within walking distance of the train station and major sights in the city. The room is huge, with a large and very comfortable bed. We slept so well here, the shutters block out a lot of light, so the room was dark. Bit of noise in the mornings from the street below, so I'd recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Was fine for us, but note there is a flight of stairs up to the apartment and no lift. Would have been nice to have more coffee pods for the machine. We were there 3 nights and there were only 4 pods. Would have expected at least 1 each per night. There were plenty of tea bags though.

The room we stayed in didn’t really have a window, (just a window to a window, you can see in the property pics) and I knew that beforehand, but it didn’t matter at all to us because we weren’t in the room all that much. There’s several wonderful restaurants close and a wine window! There’s also a laundry mat nearby if you need to wash some things to get by. Would note that you check in/out thru the a clothing store next door with nice people. Would definitely recommend!! Nothing

• Hannah (9/5): A lovely comfortable short stay in Florence - Big and spacious, comfortable bed and seating areas. Black out shutters where a great addition made sleeping very easy. Great location to walk to all major sightseeing destinations. Bins not emptied in bathroom prior to our arrival. The carpentry around the kitchenette door was quite poor. Information booklet in the room was all in Italian which made it difficult for us to understand.
