• Βαλέρια (10/5): - Αυτό που μας άρεσε περισσότερο στο κατάλυμα ήταν η τοποθεσία του. Βρίσκεται περίπου 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Κολοσσαίο, κάτι που το κάνει πολύ βολικό για εξερεύνηση της πόλης. Δίπλα υπάρχουν αρκετές επιλογές για φαγητό (τύπου γρήγορο φαγητό), καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ, ενώ ακριβώς από κάτω υπάρχει και φαρμακείο. Επίσης, πολύ κοντά υπάρχει στάση μετρό, αλλά και λεωφορεία που σε συνδέουν εύκολα με βασικά σημεία της Ρώμης όπως η Φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι και το κέντρο της πόλης. Η καθαριότητα ήταν επίσης πολύ καλή, με καθημερινή φροντίδα μέρα παρά μέρα, αλλαγή και στρώσιμο κρεβατιών. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και περιλάμβανε κρουασάν, κέικ, φρυγανιές και άλλα συνοδευτικά, καλύπτοντας καλά τις ανάγκες μας για ξεκίνημα της ημέρας. Επίσης, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος και άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του, κάτι που έκανε την επικοινωνία πολύ εύκολη και βοηθητική. Σε ό,τι αφορά τα σημεία προς βελτίωση, στο δικό μας δωμάτιο το air condition υπολειτουργούσε κάπως και δεν ήταν πάντα επαρκές. Επίσης, θα ήταν προτιμότερο κατά την καθαριότητα να γίνεται και αλλαγή στις πετσέτες, ειδικά σε διαμονές εβδομάδας. Θα βοηθούσε επίσης να υπάρχουν κάποια βασικά είδη πρώτης ανάγκης διαθέσιμα (π.χ. παυσίπονα ή αντίστοιχα). Η τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο έπιανε κυρίως ιταλικά κανάλια και δεν ήταν smart TV, κάτι που για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα γιατί είχαμε λάπτοπ, αλλά για κάποιους επισκέπτες ίσως να είναι περιοριστικό. Γενικά, αυτά δεν ήταν ζητήματα που επηρέασαν τη διαμονή μας ή μας χάλασαν τη διάθεση, απλά μικρές προτάσεις για πιθανή βελτίωση.

• Laura PAUL (7/5): Bon emplacement - L'emplacement est idéale pour visiter Rome directement à pieds. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et pizzeria en pieds du logement pour déjeuner et dîner sans trop s'éloigner. Le baignoire à remous est grande et permet de pouvoir se détendre après une bonne journée de marche. Les instructions envoyées uniquement par messages étaient suffisamment claire pour accéder au logement et à la chambre, malgré que nous n'ayons jamais vue de réceptionniste ou le propriétaire. La chambre est dans un appartement divisé en plusieurs chambres. La notre était la première qui donne directement sur l'entrée et la salle à manger. Nous avions beaucoup de bruits des passages des autres locataires et aussi de la machine à café tôt le matin. Le petit déjeuner est un peu light. Uniquement des produits industriels en sachets. Il y avait du jus de fruits et du lait dans un petit frigo, et une machine à café.

• Virginie (10/5): - L'emplacement est idéal car proche de tous les transports, commodités. Le propriétaire est très réactif ! Le petit déjeuner est correct et prenable à n'importe quelle heure Le seul point négatif est l'isolation. On entend pas mal les voisins ( bruits de douche, rideaux électriques, petit déjeuner dans la pièce commune juste devant la porte de la chambre). Mais cela n'empêche pas de passer une bonne nuit !

• Domnica (10/5): Esperienza meravigliosa. ❤️ - Ho soggiornato presso Jazz Style Roma e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è particolare e curata, con un’atmosfera piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’idea del nome e i piccoli dettagli a tema all’interno della struttura: il mio compagno suona in un gruppo e fa jazz, quindi abbiamo apprezzato ancora di più lo stile e la particolarità del posto. La posizione è davvero strategica: si può raggiungere praticamente tutto a piedi e, in più, la metro si trova proprio sotto, quindi comodissima per spostarsi. Pulizia impeccabile. Noi abbiamo scelto una stanza matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio… davvero top! Il proprietario, anche a distanza, ha gestito tutto in modo impeccabile: sempre reperibile e super disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la gestione dei bagagli dopo il check-out, che ci ha permesso di goderci la giornata senza pensieri. Lo consigliamo sicuramente ad amici e parenti e, senza dubbio, torneremo anche noi!

Era specificato paga in struttura, che come mi è sempre successo si paga al checkout, invece ogni giorno messaggi per farsi appagare subito, veramente angosciante. Piuttosto mettete il paga subito.

• Lesley (9/5): Good place to stay - The room inside the secure apartment was comfortable and good value for money. It was very nice to have the continental breakfast available throughout our stay. A 5 minute walk to the San Giovanni metro station which links to the attractions or to the main train station Termini where you can change to other train lines. The host was quick to respond to communication. There was a misunderstanding as to which room was ours. The photo instructions given were more complicated than could have been. Perhaps putting a number on each door rather than a photo of a white corridor and pointing to a white door. Also maybe putting the key card in an envelope with our name on rather than leaving it in one of the books.

• adalgisa (10/5): Ho apprezzato la struttura e la città di Roma è sempre Splendida! - L'ambiente era confortevole, pulito, accogliente e anche con un atmosfera particolare: gli arredi e i richiami al jazz li ho molto apprezzati. La colazione libera, senza vincoli di orario e con diversi snack e bevande messe a disposizione H 24, affidandosi al rispetto dell'ospite della struttura, è stata una formula di fiducia e di accoglienza ben al di sopra delle aspettative. La camera ben arredata e spaziosa e l'ambiente silenzioso hanno consentito di avere momenti di relax che per chi viaggia per lavoro sono davvero preziosi. La struttura, inoltre, si trova in una zona molto bella e servitissima di Roma. Un breve ma ottimo soggiorno

Punteggio massimo soprattutto per la vasca idromassaggio con luci colorate modulabili ed accesso diretto dalla cabina doccia ed il letto comodissimo. Tutto funzionante alla perfezione. Terrazzino piacevole con sedie e tavolino. Staff sempre presente da remoto. Pulizia ok. Vicinanza alla metro, alla splendida cattedrale di San Giovanni in Laterano, ai negozi ed ai supermercati, ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie. Migliorabile la colazione, magari facendo trovare al mattino prodotti non confezionati (es. torte e brioche) ma freschi e magari tipici di Roma. Comunque vasta scelta presente con biscotti, fette biscottate, caffè, cappuccino, latte ecc...

• Wengang (10/5): Convenient, safe, and comfortable - The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shopping, the subway, and buses nearby. The environment is safe and quiet. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bedding were very comfortable. While the breakfast selection wasn't a lot, it was enough for us. We felt right at home during our two-night stay.

I also like the cleaning services for the rooms that was excelent and the communication with the host was very good and helpful. Overall it is a nice place to stay for a vacation in Rome if you seek a quiet,clean room. Everything was perfect.
