• Laura (9/5): Vicinissimo all'Ospedale del Mare. - Camera ampia ed accogliente, ben strutturata e con materasso comodissimo. Cosa non da poco, bagno spazioso e pulito. Il Sig. Vito si è reso disponibile fin da subito, accogliendomi nel pomeriggio inoltrato nonostante il mio ritardo per via dello sciopero dei treni e mi ha usato l'accortezza di farmi trovare una bottiglia di acqua fresca in camera. A disposizione anche l'occorrente per una bella tazza di tè caldo o di caffè. Nulla da obiettare, anzi, dispiaciuta del fraintendimento con gli ospiti della seconda camera per via di un telecomando forse poco funzionante della pompa di calore, ma il Sig. Vito ha poi risolto brillantemente il problema.
• Marika (10/5): - La struttura è moderna e si trova in una zona ben fornita, in termini di servizi e negozi. La camera è moderna e pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort. La cordialità dell'host è, poi, un valore aggiunto! Ideale per permanenza breve e lunga. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

• CLAUDIO POMPEO (8/5): Qualcosina da migliorare, ma siamo stati bene - La struttura si trova al piano terra di un condominio, in una zona tranquilla. La camera è sufficientemente spaziosa così come il bagno (finestrato), dotato di tutti i sanitari e di un’ampia doccia ad angolo. L’arredamento è minimale (scaffale al posto dell’armadio, solo 1 sedia senza scrivania, due comodini di metallo senza abat-jour), ma dotato comunque dell’essenziale (tv a schermo piatto, condizionatore con pompa di calore, piccolo frigo, prese elettriche vicino ai comodini); inoltre la nostra stanza affacciava su un terrazzo dove, oltre ad una lavatrice, c’era un tavolo con due sedie. La posizione è periferica, siamo al confine tra il quartiere di Ponticelli e il comune di Cercola, nella zona est di Napoli, per cui è sicuramente adatto per chi si sposta in auto (peraltro vi è il parcheggio privato), meno per chi è a piedi, in quanto i collegamenti con il centro città non sono efficienti (comunque a due passi è sia la fermata della Circumvesuviana sia quella del bus 116). Ho apprezzato: la pulizia; la presenza di una sala comune attrezzata con cucina (completa di forno, frigo e acqua fresca a disposizione, tostapane, bollitore e macchinetta per caffè a cialde); materasso confortevole che, unitamente ai buoni infissi e all’affaccio su una strada secondaria, ha garantito un ottimo riposo notturno (che è l’aspetto principale a mio avviso); l’affabilità e disponibilità dell’host, che ci ha anche accompagnato con l’auto a San Sebastiano al Vesuvio, evitandoci così di prendere due bus o di farci una lunga scarpinata. Le persiane sono quelle classiche, con le assi orizzontali inclinate e fisse, e quindi non impediscano completamente il passaggio della luce in aggiunta a tende che non sono completamente oscuranti per cui se si è abituati a dormire al buio la mattina la luce potrebbe dare fastidio, specie nella bella stagione; la mancanza delle abat-jour sui comodini unitamente al fatto che l’unico interruttore per la luce centrale è accanto all’entrata; infine ho trovato troppo complicato il sistema operativo della tv.

• Timéo (6/5): - La chambre est grande, moderne et de qualité. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux messages. Tout se fait à distance pour l'utilisation des clés etc, et les indications sont mauvaises et incomplètes. La porte avec un code ne fonctionne pas à chaque fois.

Area in comune provvista di tutto quello che può servire dal caffè ai bicchieri,scottex, bottiglie di acqua a disposizione degli ospiti, asciugamani.... Più attenzione nella pulizia. La doccia sporca e mal curata.

• Claudio (6/5): Ci vorrebbe un pò più cura.. - Seconda camera con ampio letto, staff veloce nelle risposte e suggerimenti, check-in rapido, comodissimo posto auto in cortile recintato con cancello elettrico, prezzo economico. Testiera del letto in tessuto poco igienico, box doccia piccolino (1mx1m circa) con porte a soffietto con muffa che necessitano una pulizia profonda. Nessun gancio in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani (un asciugamano testa, pochini), frigorifero rumoroso che disturba durante la notte, un lato della cornice della porta del bagno staccato e appoggiato a qualche modo. Certo è economico ma un pò più di cura non guasterebbe..

• Gosia (5/5): - Mieszkanie było duże, miało wyposażoną kuchnie i taras. Blisko lotnisko :) Mieliśmy problemy z wejściem do lokalu i dogadaniem się z właścicielem po angielsku, wszystko zajęło sporo czasu. Mieszkanie miało sporo ubytków/zniszczeń. Klimatyzacja w sypialni była zepsuta, właściciel nas nie poinformował wcześniej o tym... Okolica nieciekawa, bardzo głośno i brudno.

• Kristina (7/5): Good - the location was close to the hall that we needed, also metro and bus station were very close. Bakery, shop and good pizza place were very close too. The aircondition worked very well. The shared kitchen was very well equiped. even though there was a language barrier the owner did his best, don't be afraid to ask! The neighbourhood was vey dirty, but you get used to it. The toilet did not have a seat. And one night we had a cockroach in our room, but it was inly one and i think it came from the outside.

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - I've haven't had the privilege to meet the owner because I made all the reservations from Sweden but I can assure you that he is very service minded. He's a fast replier on WhatsApp and helped me through a difficult time when my mom ended up at the hospital. He arranged everything from an extra night's stay to taxi and even a pizza delivery. I don't know how I'll be able to thank him for everything but I'll be sure to keep him in my prayers.

(The restaurant Trattoria E Pizzeria Da Nancy has the best pizza and the price is very low) The room was comfortable and has everything you need. You can even clean your clothes in the washingmashine.

• Dimitar (9/5): Place is nice, owner is great - Owner is really nice and helpful. Great person. The place is nice too - comfy bed, bath is fine, free parking. Napoli is not for everyone. Dirty and noisy city. Neighborhood is strange - partially quiet, but still a lot of traffic. Metro is not exactly a Metro. There is a train station with trains to the center in every 1 hour. The station seems not very safely.

The owner (Vito) is really nice, he showed us everything and was always fast to respond additional questions via WhatsApp. The appartment is in a new (or renovated) building. The room itself is dark, it doesn't have much natural light (maybe other appartments have more). The area is a bit dirty (even for Napoli standards). Getting to the appartment after 20h takes around 30 minutes by bus from the center (during the day it is faster to use train to Ponticelli station).

• Alin (7/5): Good - room size ok, air conditioner, the room was very clean, private parking wich is very important in Napoli...If you have a rented car it is a perfect location because of it's proximity to the airport, it is very important to avoid the infernal Napoli traffic the whole place is actually made by 2 apartments transformed in a small hotel- 9 rooms with private bathrooms, on the ground floor of a regular residential building on the outskirts of the city of Naples... the residence is ok and seems clean but lots of garbage around; no reception; very thin walls, you can literally hear every noise from other rooms, upstairs apartments, outside ....a ride to Napoli city center takes around 35-40 minutes by public transport, and during the night the surroundings can be a little bit scary
