• MAMANI ZUÑIGA (1/5): Pesimo - Nada Atencion al cliente pesimo. Son aburridos y mal humorados los recepcionistas y ningun momento cuando hize check out, pedi agua caliente un vaso y no quisieron darme y me cobraron de mas. Definitivamente no vielvo a ir a ese lugar.

Same staff come to female dorm at 23:00pm, open the door directly, mandatory told you to sleep and switch off the light without asking, zero privacy.

• Mila (2/5): Ужас - Очень позитивный парень на рецепции,это единственное что понравилось Кровати шатаются,шестеро в комнате спать невозможно,в душе ржавая труба,сырость,унитаз поломанный,стены грязные,дверь скрежет по полу ,полотенца за отдельную плату, одна простынь вместо простыни и пододеяльника,такого реально ещё не видела,ужас.

We arrived at the hostel and the staff was laying down the sofa, and looked angry when we asked to check in!!! When we checked out, another staff was having breakfast and gave no attention to us. There’s a kitchen, the staffs could use, but no for guests. Guests needs to eat in the terrace. PLACE WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY. Shower full of dirty and hair everywhere. I think if you want to open a HOSTEL, you must know AT LEAST how to be clean and deal with costumer. We felt extremely uncomfortable every time with the “staffs” do not book if you do not want to stress yourself during vacation.

Comigo e também as meninas que estavam no quarto também, parece natural dele , não tratar as pessoas com educação...precisei tomar um Che que preparei, no quintal e sem luz, pois o mesmo não permitiu ficar na recepção, onde ele mesmo , prepara suas refeições e come lá mesmo..ele pode...somente ele.. Parece que o mesmo precisa ter uma orientação sobre a qua é al filosofia de um hostel e não a hostilidade do atendente

• Peralta (1/5): Horror - Nada I stayed for 3 nights in Milan with a friend and chose MR Hostel because of its location (close to the metro and not too far from the city center) and because it was one of the cheapest options. I decided to upload real photos and videos to show what the place is actually like, since the pictures on Booking do not reflect reality. The cleanliness is extremely poor in all areas: kitchen, rooms, beds, common spaces, and especially the bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms, there was a stain of feces in the toilet that remained there for my entire stay without being cleaned. The service was also very bad. The staff was unfriendly and, in one case, directly aggressive: one of them treated me badly for not speaking Italian and even snatched my phone out of my hand to check the reservation code. On top of that, they were sleeping on the couch at the entrance, which gives a very unprofessional impression. I do not recommend this place at all. There are much better budget options in Milan.

Краще обрати інший хостел) - I chose this hostel because it was very convenient for me to get to the event that I was visiting Milan for. The hostel was 300 meters from its location and that was the main reason why I chose this hostel. And in general, it is not far to go from the main train station, it is convenient, by undergound train, or if you walk - in a straight line along Via Monza - very easy to find. Of course, it was also important that the price was quite reasonable, and these are two criteria that attracted me and were positive (location and price) I read that the ratings for this hostel were not high and thought that everything would not be perfect there. But everything turned out to be worse than I expected. First of all, the staff. A bit rude and inhospitable. When I arrived, the administrator was shouting at someone on the phone in Arabic, then started and left my registration, because went to continue quarrel outside. When I was already leaving the next day, I left at 6:30 in the morning. I went out into the corridor, where another administrator was sleeping, I said hello and asked if I could eat my sandwich at a table. (The tables were empty, no one was there. I just wanted to have a quick breakfast with my own food). Outside was a heavy rain. But the administrator said that this was not allowed and that "the hostel is currently closed, and the bar is closed" and asked me to leave. Although officially check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. I still had 3:30 hours.... As I mentioned, it was raining outside, so I had to eat a sandwich under the first canopy, where was dry place, just on the street. Secondly, the cleanliness and novelty of the rooms and the hostel itself. Frankly, the inner yard is full of some old things, with old half ruined car. The hall and rooms with old some gray colored furnitures. The restroom is very dirty. In general, everything there is old, broken or assembled from different components. I was disgusted to be there, in that restroom. Washing - even more so. So in general, you can spend one night there if there is no other way out. But it is better to choose another hostel. In Milan for the same price there are much better.

Llegamos a una mini habitación (supuestamente para 3 personas) en la que entrábamos de milagro. La ubicación por lo menos no está mal, está bien comunicada con el centro. No vale ni para dormir una noche, mejor gastar un poco más en algo mejor…. Pusimos una queja, y lo único que hicieron fue ofrecernos unas toallas, las cuales estaban llenas de pelos sin limpiar… Asqueroso… El sitio tiene potencial, pero se nota que la gestión es muy mala, las zonas comunes daban asco y olían muy mal…

• ZHERUI (1/5): - 预定4晚，刚开始只能看到女生床位，没多想就订了，结果到了线下要我每晚加15欧！我不同意想取消订单，老板假仁假义教我取消，结果我刚离开10分钟他在网上把4天混住的价格补充上了，且不想退钱。还好我没走远，然而我再回来店员告知我老板下班了，我就准备在沙发上坐着等他。我刚拿出食物吃一下就被店员大声呵斥赶紧离开，不然报警了。莫名其妙的，我又没妨碍你做生意，你们不给我入住要加钱，还要赶我走不给我退钱，强盗！赶紧关门吧

Se qualcuno ha problemi motori, non può raggiungere le stanze. - Camera minuscola al terzo piano raggiungibile senza ascensore, con ultima rampa (malandata) di scala in legno e primo accesso alle scale dall'esterno. Per non parlare della fortissima puzza di cipolla fritta. Pulizia molto scarsa. Doccia impraticabile. Nell'annuncio non c'era scritto che manca l'ascensore e dopo aver prenotato, pur facendo presente la difficoltà motoria, non accettano cancellazione

• Emily (2/5): We didn’t stay, we immediately left due to poor hygiene and security of the place. - Nothing We did not stay!! Especially for safety concerns as women. The room did not look as pictured, our beds were used and unclean. There wasn’t a proper room key which was super sketchy. The floors and bathroom were disgusting. The facilities were filthy, I’ve stayed in rough places, this was atrocious.
