• Ceren (3/5): Apart from the great location, the property was unfortunately very dirty, old, and plagued by unpleasant odors. - The location of the property was excellent. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The apartment was extremely dirty. Especially the bathroom and the kitchen were completely greasy, filthy, and in a state that made them absolutely unusable. In addition, the building is very old and had a persistent, unpleasant moldy smell. There was also a terrible odor coming from the bathroom drains. Overall, the condition of the apartment was highly disappointing.

De wasmachine (niet gebruikt) oogt vuil. De diepvries ligt in het ijs en in de koelkast ligt onderaan water De dampkas is vies en de oven bijzonder vuil onder het aangekoekte vet Dus : keuken zo goed als onbruikbaar Het appartement is globaal aan een renovatie toe Gordijnen, badkamer, bepaalde meubelen

• Paola (8/5): Bella, ma da sistemare - La casa è centralissima, pulita, adeguata per due persone, dotata di wifi e silenziosa. Pulita anche la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Il proprietario molto gentile. Il bagno sarebbe tutto da rivedere, la mancanza di una saponetta, anche piccola, per lavarsi le mani è stata antipatica, l'odore in casa di cantina/muffa è stato molto fastidioso in particolar modo nella camera da letto.

• Angeles (8/5): Excelente ubicación, excelente trato del anfitrión. - La puntuación que le doy es gracias a que Camine fue en todo momento súper atento, pendiente de todo y respondiendo al momento tanto para el check in como para el check out. Además, dispone de una sala para dejar el equipaje totalmente gratuito a sólo 5 minutos de la habitación. Muy contentos por todo ésto, gracias Camine! Otro punto muy a favor es la ubicación, excelente en pleno casco histórico, no es necesario coger transporte público para nada. El alojamiento en general necesita mejorar, aunque la cama y las almohadas son cómodas, el resto es muy justito por el precio que se paga por la habitación.

• Rocky (7/5): Simple Stay in Santa Croce - Great location right in the middle of Santa Croce, a lovely area. Everything was decent, clean, not much light but not too bad. It was overall quite comfy. A few technical issues, mostly solved quite quickly. It’s quite dark in the flat, to be expected in florence because of the narrow streets. There’s not much else to say.

Начиная от коммуникации (меня игнорировали 2 месяца) и заканчивая увиденной квартирой, где было настолько грязно и неприятно, что странно что нет тараканов. Квартира максимально убитая: ужасно грязный и порванный диван в гостиной, непонятные мешки с мусором, которые стоят внутри квартиры. Отвратительно грязная кровать с грязным постельным бельем. В апартаментах очень темно, сыро и холодно. Увидев всю картину - я написала менеджерам с просьбой вернуть деньги или же заменить жилье. В ответ на все получила отказ. Я не понимаю, как с людей можно брать деньги за подобные аппараты. Это чистой воды обман и мошенничество! Написала поддержке и из 320 евро мне вернули 32!! Это просто смех!! Мое путешествие было испорчено! Я была вынуждена экстренно искать новое жилье и платить втридорога!

Очень удобно,что лифт приезжает прямо в квартиру. После длительных прогулок каждый лишний шаг считаешь. Очень приятный хозяин. Встретил и заселил раньше времени. Хотелось бы ремонта в ванной и в комнате хотя бы какой-то комод. Вещи было неудобно хранить. И в кухне добавить посуды,бокалов.

The apartment had everything we needed for a couple days. It was a little dark, and the wifi did not reach the bedroom. However, it was a good stay

It doesn't get much better, it was perfect for us to go explore the city early in the morning, have lunch and then come back to this place for a nap 😁. The facilities are functional and all we needed (we didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that). Great value for money. We got all we needed and expected for this place at this price, so we don't really have anything bad to point out.

Stanza accogliente e pulita in cui é disponibile anche una cucina in comune

Carmine merita un elogio per come ci ha accolti in struttura, come ci ha accompagnato nel check in e check out, per la sua immensa disponibilità e gentilezza. Ama il suo lavoro, rispetta i suoi clienti e tutto ciò viene sempre ricambiato

Pas de micro-onde, pas de bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso en panne... Pas de torchons... Salle de bain vieillotte avec joints endommagés et pomme de douche qui fuit... Appartement très sombre... Pas de lumière naturelle... Décoration très sommaire dans la salle avec de vieux canapés... Taxe de séjour de 6 euros par nuit et par personne.

Ci sono asciugamani, bagno schiuma/sapone e phon Il riscaldamento è buono La doccia sembra piccola da fuori, ma in realtà è molto grande e comoda. La pulizia non è delle migliori: ho trovato peli, capelli su asciugamani e letto. L'appartamento è un po' spoglio, e alcuni mobili rovinati. Internet non prende bene, continua a scollegarsi. La porta non si chiude a chiave. Non ci sono tapparelle e nemmeno tende oscuranti per le finestre in cucina e in camera.

Would not pay more than 35 euros for that. - - The location is central and close to everything you need - Affordable price. - We were given basic toiletry items (shower gel, soap) Unfortunately we have experienced quite a few unsatisfactory things: - the host is not responsive and friendly (did not reply to any of the messages on booking for 3 weeks) - the door lock was broken, you could only shut the door but not lock it from the inside - the cleanliness of the place is questionable - the bed sheets require replacement - constant noise, coming from the streets and the house appliances - very poor internet connection - no curtains in the kitchen - the kitchen was extremely dirty, with almost no utilities - the apartment needs urgent renovation, the furniture is very used, many cracks - the heating isn't enough even when it's turned on high, the apartment is very cold and dark - the floor needs better cleaning

• Maurizio (10/5): Excellent stay in the ancient city center of Florence - Excellent location, very near to "Piazza della Signoria" and the Uffizi museum. The room is comfortable and there is an elevator to reach the room (I had room n.3). Therefore, I would recommend for people using wheel chair. The bathroom is ok. Unfortunately, the telephone signal is almost absent. This is not a fault of the property, but it depends on the thickness of ancient walls of the house. Once you book the room, be prepared with this issue. On the contrary, the internet signal was good enough to call outside with whatsapp application.

The hosts were extremely helpful and even sent us a detailed video explaining how to access the apartment, which made check-in very easy. We also requested an early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us. Really a smooth and pleasant experience. highly recommended! Everything was nice nothing to complain about!

• Enes Erdem (1/5): iğrenç ötesi - hiçbir şeyi Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü “otel” deneyimi. Otel mi pansiyon mu belli değil. Odaya girdiğim andan itibaren her şey tam bir hayal kırıklıydı. Tuvalet yoğun bir küf kokuyordu, gerçekten iğrençti. Odanın her yeri aşırı pisti; toz tutmuş yüzeyler, kokan yataklar ve hijyenle uzaktan yakından ilgisi olmayan bir ortam. Yatakların telleri sırtıma batıyordu, yorgan bile lekeli ve kirliydi. Isıtma cihazını çalıştırdığımda odanın içine dayanılmaz bir koku yayılıyordu. Oda giriş kattaydı ve kapı doğru düzgün kitlenmiyordu. Gece boyunca sürekli dışarıdan sesler geldi; birileri bir şey taşıyormuş gibi. Saat 1–2 civarında defalarca uyanmak zorunda kaldım. Tatilim bir noktadan sonra keyif almak yerine “bir an önce bitsin” diye dua ettiğim bir şeye dönüştü. Buradaki olumlu yorumların bir tanesinin bile gerçek olduğuna inanmıyorum. Her şey aşırı derecede pisti. Ömrümde gördüğüm en pis mutfakla karşılaştım; böyle bir hijyen seviyesini açıklamak mümkün değil. Ayrıca ev sahibine 9’da geleceğimi söylememe rağmen defalarca “Saat 9’da mı geleceksiniz?” diye sordu. En sonunda bana ancak 11’de bagaj bırakabileceğimizi söyledi. O zaman neden sürekli 9 diye ısrarla sorduğunu anlayamadım. Çok tuhaf bir iletişim tarzı var. Güvenlik konusunda takıntılı ama keşke aynı titizliği temizlikte gösterselerdi. Bu kadar pis, düzensiz ve rahatsız edici bir yerde konaklamak sağlık açısından bile riskli. Umarım buradan bir hastalık kapmam.
