• amy (10/5): Wonderful place, superb host, highly recommend it! - This is a great place —lovely host, who really goes out of his way—above and beyond. Super-clean, and in a great neighborhood. Terrific base for being in Naples, and for excursions. It would be nice if the bathrooms had a bit more room for toiletries, but they’re brand new and there’s plenty of space for suitcases and several shelves. And a Nespresso maker in the room. And a great bar across the street for breakfast and gelato.

Tanti dettagli in camera, come le luci e le prese vicino ai letti, anche quelli alti. Bella l'idea di lasciare l'acqua a disposizione (sia naturale che gasata) e qualche snack e confetti gratuitamente. Bel gesto Il personale molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze sia in fase di check-in che check-out. Bagno comodo, molto pulito. Migliorerei il kit del bagno, manca un po' di spazio per appoggiare il beauty e ... introdurrei la colazione, se non in struttura, almeno in qualche bar limitrofo.

Muy bien ubicado en la mejor zona de chiaia No hubo recepción física en toda la estadía todo era vía WhatsApp. Las primeras noches estuvimos solos pero la última que hubo otros viajeros se notó que las paredes tienen problemas de acústica. El ingreso al edificio no es a la calle sino que da al estacionamiento

• Denis (10/5): Great place and even better host! - The location was great, close to the coast with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The host, Marco, was amazing and helped us in many ways. He helped us book a trip to Pompeii and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do in Naples. He was very helpful with small requests we made about housekeeping. Finally, he organized a car to the airport at a very reasonable price (cheaper than a taxi). I would definitely stay here again!

• Hillary (10/5): Excellent service and a very comfortable stay. - Marco went above and beyond. We were leaving a very disappointing Airbnb experience and couldn’t seem to get a taxi. We started walking and Marco was communicating with me the whole time. He found out that taxis were on strike and asked me where we were located and sent a private driver to pick us up within minutes. He also arranged a tour to Pompeii and a driver to take us to the airport. The hotel is small, clean and very comfortable. We were in a perfect area to explore Naples on foot.

Most delicious gelato I’ve ever eaten! Marco was incredibly helpful with tour information and would always reply quickly. Only one towel rack.

He really goes the extra mile to give his guests the best stay as possible in Napoli (tips, information etc) The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Napoli, with lots of shops, cafes, a supermarket and restaurants around the corner. The nearest metro station is Chiaia and there is also a taxi stand just around the corner from the property. It is about a 15 min walk to popular tourist sites such as the Spanish Quarter, main shopping streets, Teatro San Carlo, Palazzo Reale and Galleria Umberto I. The apartments are situated inside a (quiet) residential building with 24/7 security, so it all feels very safe. The rooms.are very spacious, comfortable and spotless. We really liked our stay and would definitely recommend Alma Suites to anyone traveling to Napoli. We liked everything.

Very close to the trendy Via Chiaia, Piazza dei Martiri, and just a stone's throw from the Lungomare. The apartment's interior was cozy. The bathroom was new. We had complimentary mineral water, coffee capsules, and herbal teas every day. The host was very friendly and always willing to help and advise us. He was very easy to work with, arranged our transfer to and from the airport, and offered us a late checkout to facilitate our departure logistics. If we return to Naples (we definitely will, as we loved the city and there is so much to see and do in this area), we will stay in this apartment!! Nothing to say. Everything was perfect, so we cannot say anything negative! Thank you for everything!

I was under the assumption that this was a hotel and was looking for a hotel when we arrived, very deceiving, the suites were basically a few apartments in a building. Very hard to find the first time around. The entrance is through the underground garage of a building, only a very small sign. I wish it would have been explained better when making the reservation, I would have known what ti look. Once we had it figured out it was easy and our stay was fine.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Marco was amazing. He parked our car & allowed us to stay late for our flight. It was really quiet & very clean & updated. Good communication via whatsapp. Kinda tricky to find the place you if don't look closely at the sign.

• Rebecca (10/5): Wonderful place to stay for seeing all that Naples has to offer! - Our arrival was from the ferry port. A $20 cab for four with luggage. A little hard to find it by Google Maps as it is tucked into a quiet area in the shopping district, but management did communicate to us in advance. We booked two rooms and both were very clean, quiet, superb bedding and we appreciated the little details like water, coffee, snacks, wine etc...Walking distance to everything in Naples...from high end designers to local food and shops. We only wished we had more time in Naples to experience this amazing city! Thank you Claudia and Marco for your hospitality. We plan to be back again for more fun in Naples. Nothing. Ask management for details on location. Google Maps will take you near but signage is hard to find.
• Itay (9/5): a very nice and clean place in the centre of Napoli - the big room and the cleanness of the room the location and the staff the water pressure in the shower is very bad. other then that everything was ok
• Nicolo (9/5): Superb - excellent location and very comfortable recently renovated apartment
