• Sylwia (8/5): Było bardzo dobrze - Obiekt w genialnej lokalizacji. Pokoj czysty . Pamiętajmy że to nie hotel 5 gwiazdkowy . Łóżko wygodne, pościel czysta, ręczniki na życzenie wymieniane. Łazienka w dobrym stanie toaleta działa prysznic w środku czysty . Pan z obsługi bardzo przyjemny. Domofon nie działa więc najlepiej wcześniej skontaktować się z obiektem i potem pisać przez Booking że się jest . Jeśli ktoś wie że to nie hotel tylko pokój to polecam. Szczerze tam tylko spałyśmy bo przyjechałyśmy zwiedzać. Po drugiej stronie stacja i wszędzie blisko. Ja polecam ! Zepsuta spłuczka- trzeba było zakręcać wodę bo przecieka. Po za tym wszystko oki

Además nos dejaron una toalla muy sucia y la cama super incómoda, colchón deformado, almohada sin forma, al aire no funcionaba bien, tuvimos que abrir ventanas. La comunicación inexacta, llamábamos al número puesto en booking y nos decían que no existía, entramos al edificio gracias a que otra persona nos dejo entrar, un lío. no es un lugar tan bonito, como para estar esperando afuera con tus maletas.

We thought it would be ok to choose something af - The person who came to open the door for us before check in was super friendly and kind. We had a hairdryer, free water and toilet paper for the stay. unfortunately I don't think it was disinfected or cleaned properly, I left with skin fungus, many problems and irritations due to the sheets or towels, we don't even know, but we know that they appeared there and now we have to get treatment... in the morning you couldn't keep the window open at 8am because it smelled terrible of cooked onions from the streets, there was quite a lot of noise and the only advantage is the price and the area. but the hygiene was not ok and both me and my partner have skin problems.

• Soleil (6/5): Aufgrund der Möglichkeit mit spontane Late Check Out anfrage War unser Trip gerettet - Die zentrale Lage zur Termini Station war perfekt für uns, wir fanden zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar, wir hatten das vierer Zimmer, somit mehr Platz, wir hatten warmes Duschwasser, nach kalten Regentagen richtig perfekt gewesen, wir hatten ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und daneben der Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Kühlschrank, so konnten wir Trinkwasser haben. Wir haben unseren Check Out um 30 Minuten verschieben können, das war so nett, hat uns den Stress rausgenommen. Der Mann der häufiger anwesend war, wir leider den Namen nicht wussten, war super herzlich, Verständigung war kein Problem mit english und italienisch. Die Kissen waren eigentlich gemütlich. Es hat ein Badezimmer Mülleimer, der ist super praktisch. Wir hatten ein Welcome Wasserfläschli erhalten, sowie Duschgel und frische Dusch/Handtücher. Wir haben das Gefühl das Zimmer leidet unter zu wenig guter Lüftung, es hat hier und da schimmel und eins der weissen Kissen, versteckt unter Dekokissen war auch gefleckter grüner schimmel, Das war erschreckend, der Balkon könnte mal sauber gewischt werden, alles an der Möbilierung ist in die Jahren gekommen, einige kaputte Stellen an Tische, Stuhl, Badezimmerkommode wollten wir nichts rein tun, da war sogar noch ein gebrauchtes Taschentuch vergessen gegangen.

I phoned the number, no answer. We were standing on the sidewalk with our luggage. I finally emailed and someone came to let us in. Elevator did not work to that floor, had to carry luggage from either the floor above or below.

• Jimit (6/5): Quite Average. - Our intent was to stay very close to Roma Termini as we were traveling to another city by train. We were asked to pay extra 20 Euros as we checked in late. This was in no way our fault as the flight was delayed plus it took us a long time to clear the immigration. We were late by just 20 minutes but the manager was insistent that we pay the late check in fee which in my opinion was unfair to us. We were very tired and hence we just paid it off.

• Krois (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Nichts Das Zimmer befand sich in einem unzumutbaren hygienischen Zustand. Das Badezimmer war großflächig von Schimmel betroffen, es roch stark muffig und feucht, die Bettwäsche sowie der Boden waren verschmutzt bzw. befleckt und mehrere Gegenstände im Zimmer waren beschädigt. Zusätzlich befand sich ein Krabbeltier/Insekt in der Dusche. Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder dem erwartbaren Standard. Besonders wegen des starken Schimmels bestand aus meiner Sicht sogar ein gesundheitliches Risiko.

Misleading and false advertising about air conditioning and TV with cable and soundproofing - none of this was true. Contacted the owner who refused to accept or refund us for part of our stay. The fact that they falsely advise the facilities and take your money is a disgrace. I wish I could share videos of the building works but sadly only photos can be uploaded.

• Alessandro (7/5): - Struttura abbastanza comoda se non si hanno grandi pretese. Ideale per spezzettare viaggi più lunghi, vicinissima alla stazione termini. Staff cordiale e accogliente. Idoneo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera pulita per quanto riguarda le lenzuola e il decoro. Solo il vestiletto della testata del letto matrimoniale risultava leggermente usurato, magari sostituendelo si riuscerebbe ad ottenere una migliore impressione.

• Elif (5/5): Top Lage, aber leider mangelhafter Komfort und Sauberkeit - Wir waren zu zweit für einen Städtetrip in Rom und haben gemischte Erfahrungen gemacht. Hier ist unsere ehrliche Einschätzung: Das Positive: Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Personal & Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation vorab sowie die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen reibungslos und absolut professionell. Das Negative (leider überwiegend): Obwohl der Empfang herzlich war, konnte die Unterkunft selbst nicht überzeugen: Defekte Ausstattung: Die Toilettenspülung hat vom ersten Tag an nicht funktioniert. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go und hat unseren Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigt (wir mussten teilweise öffentliche Toiletten am Bahnhof aufsuchen). Sauberkeit: Die Hygiene im Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es war leider überhaupt nicht gründlich gereinigt. Schlafkomfort & Hellhörigkeit: Das Bett war leider sehr unbequem. Zudem sind die Türen und Wände so dünn, dass man jedes Geräusch vom Flur und aus den Nachbarzimmern hört – wir konnten die Nachbarn sogar schnarchen hören. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

• Стевановић (6/5): - Lokacija je super, tu je glavna autobuska i metro stanica, od aerodroma autobus vozi direktno do smestaja i nazad. Sav gradski prevoz i metro staju 3 minuta od smestaja. Soba je dovoljno velika. Ima nedostataka, klima jako slabo greje, bilo je hladno, prozori ne dihtuju kako treba jer su stari. Topla voda je nestabilna, treba po par minuta da krene i zna da se menja toplota. Na ulazu u zgradu stoje unutra kante za smeće koje prilično smrde. Lift je iz praistorije, jedva radi, stalno koči. Svaki put smo morali da izađemo na spratu iznad ili ispod jer na našem vrata nisu radila. Jedan dan dok smo bili van apartmana neko je ušao u sobu i samo namestio krevet, a nije rečeno da će neko ulaziti. Io credo che Booking pubblicizzando questa struttura Prada anche un po’ di credibilità,dovrebbe visitarle e rendersi conto delle strutture che vengono pubblicizzate. Una struttura che non risponde al telefono ma solamente ai messaggi scritti su Booking. Ma andiamo nel dettaglio. Sono stato circa 20 min davanti al portone citofonando e contattando la struttura telefonicamente ma, telefono staccato e al citofono non rispondeva nessuno. Ho deciso così di scrivere su Booking e magicamente risponde e mi dà un codice per salire. Arrivo al 2 piano e mi apre un ragazzo che non parlava nemmeno bene l’italiano e la prima cosa che fa è farci pagare 28 € di tassa di soggiorno per 4 persone e solo dopo ci chiede i documenti . Nel corridoio che porta alla stanza ci fa notare che c’è uno phon e un ferro da stiro per 2/3 camere. Ci apre la porta della camera e li viene il bello,una camera fatiscente, mobilia rovinata testata del letto consumata materasso che standoci sopra era pieno di avvallamenti. Corredo del bagno per quattro persone c’erano 4 teli per la doccia…ma la cosa più clamorosa è che la doccia l’acqua veniva male e fredda!!!!! Nel bagno non c’era il Bidet ( credevo che solo i francesi non dotassero il bagno del bidet) . Ultima ma non per importanza la televisione non funzionava !

• Schwarze (4/5): - Zentrale Lage, netter Mitarbeiter beim Check-In, schnelle Antwort auf Mailanfragen Wir mussten erst per Mail nachfragen, wie wir Zugang zum Gebäude bekommen. Einrichtung defekt (Toilettensitz, Duschkopf, über Lattenrost waren Bretter gelegt zum Stabilisieren etc) oder abgewohnt. Die Zimmertür klemmte und es gab nur 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier. Für fast 90€ hätten wir schon einen Grundstandart erwartet.

• Shawn (1/5): 1 - Nothing. This place clearly wasn’t ready to be an air b and b. I have photos to prove it. From the onset the room was not what was advertised. Dirty headboards,shower head broken, bathroom door would not lock. Vanity lights would not work. Toilet seat broken, TV didn’t work. Asking for a full refund. I would not refund this place to my worst enemy. You may want to contact the fire Marshall because of the key and lock situation. You can’t exit quickly if you needed to. In the event of an emergency.

Oda da nevresim yoktu.Sadece yatak ortusunun altinda carsaf var o da kayip duruyordu,sabit degildi.Banyo da klozetin temiz su gideri bozuktu,su akitiyordu.24 saat su akiyor,iklim krizi varken buyuk ihmal.Gurultusunden uyuyamadik.Klima eski ve bozuktu,gürültülü calisiyordu,odayi isitmiyordu.Havlular eski,yipranmis,temiz olsada anlasilmiyordu.Terlik yoktu.Yatagin bir tarafi cukurdu,icine cokmus.

• Constanza (1/5): Decepcionante - No lo recomiendo para nada, el recepcionista muy mal educado con una actitud muy hostil y poco empatico en ayudar ya que no sabíamos italiano ni inglés. Mal olor en la habitación y espacios comunes.
