• Giovanni Giuseppe (4/5): - We have been asked to move our check-in for 2 hrs (from 17 to 19) without any apologies or compensation proposal. We then find out that the reason was another customer leaving later (probably a regular customer). The facility was not as shown in the pictures, and was not super clean (the bin in the toilet was quite rusty and walls cracked and dirty). I usually never give bad reviews but It would take very little effort from the management to fix those kinds of stuff that almost upset me. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful with us.

È situato in una posizione centrale, vicino al Policlinico, comodo alla metro e vicino a fermate di tram e bus. Tuttavia, alcune pecche, pur risolvibili, non rendono onore alla struttura: 1) nessuno ad accogliere alla reception, solo contatti telefonici 2) alle lamentele circa lo stato della doccia, mi è stato risposto in modo poco gentile che "comunque la doccia era funzionante"! 3) self check-in solo dalle ore 17 in poi (un po' tardino) 4) saliscendi della doccia rotto (ci siamo dovuti ingegnare per riuscire a fare una doccia, sollevando la levetta, non certo comoda) 5) la testiera del letto, in ecopelle era molto rovinata 6) la rete a doghe cigolava parecchio

Primero llegamos y el hotel estaba completamente en obras, parecía abandonado; no creía que ese era el hotel. Entré con mi pareja y no me recibió nadie. Había obreros pasando de lado a lado y trabajando en lo suyo. Después de esto, llamo para ver qué pasa porque no entendía nada. Para mi sorpresa, me dicen que tengo que hacer el check-in por mi cuenta, sin darme ningún tipo de indicación. Atrás del mostrador había un montón de llaves; cojo una, abro la habitación y todo sucio como si hubiese alguien. Cuando pasa esto me quedo sin palabras. Vuelvo a escribir por WhatsApp y superirrespetuosamente me dicen que coja una llave cualquiera y suba. Encontramos una habitación limpia, dejamos nuestras cosas y nos fuimos (tampoco nos quedaba otra porque los obreros estaban haciendo ruido). Al día siguiente nos despertamos y nos fuimos a visitar; volvimos a las 15 de la tarde y la habitación no estaba hecha. Las luces del pasillo se encendían solas por la noche, el pasillo increíblemente lleno de polvo y sucio a causa de las obras, la cama incómoda, el mango de la ducha y el tubo rotos. Infinidad de cosas... Era un regalo para el cumple de mi pareja y en vez de un regalo fue una pesadilla. Es increíble cómo puede existir este tipo de hoteles en Booking; no son aptos para que tenga estancia la gente, ya que están en obras y no hay absolutamente nadie de personal. También me hicieron pagar a través de un link que me enviaron en WhatsApp, fuera de Booking, y no me fiaba mucho. Sé que no me van a devolver el dinero, pero es para replantearse denunciar; por lo menos que avisen que están en obras y cómo se hace el check-in, creo que es lo mínimo.
• Zdenka (5/5): - Pokoj je na první pohled moc pěkný. V pokoji měl být k dispozici trezor, žehlička, rychlovarná konvice. Nic z toho nebylo. Po ubytování jsme zjistily, že svítí pouze jedna žárovka z pěti, nefungoval ovladač k TV a klimatizace fungovala jak se jí chtělo. V celém pokoji byla hromada fleků od "rozpláclých" komárů - na posteli, zdi, dlaždičkách, závěsech, gauči. Po kontaktování ubytování nedošlo k žádnému vyjádření, informaci, nápravě. Nebyl nikdo, koho bychom mohly kontaktovat osobně. Vše probíhalo online.

Other reviews were pretty harsh with regards to the rooms not being ready at agreed check in time, and granted, she was cleaning the room as I got there (at 5), but she was fast, kind and attentive. Zero problems w check in :) There was a cigarette burn in the sheet. Squished mosquito remains on the wall (i get it, there were 8 mozzies in the room at sleep time). The shower - the water tap was fully broken, but still usable, albeit difficult. The location is a little out of the way, but still in a quiet street.

Kontakt był świetny z opiekunem do póki nie zadałem pytania o te rzeczy, odpisał tylko że zapyta kierownika i potem już cisza to samego końca pobytu.

No 24h reception, the entry was done with a code that we only received when we arrived in front of the place, so we stayed a bit in fear that we have made the payment, and we might not get the code to enter the building. 🤣👌 But eventually, all was good.
• Lina Marcela (5/5): - Ubicación, la manija de la ducha estaba dañada, toallas limpias y hacían aseo a diario y te cambiaban las toallas y caneca. El aseo, es muy sucio. Vive en permanente remodelación ya que me di cuenta revisando comentarios anteriores y está empolvado nivel 100 de 10, escombros en las afueras, nunca hay nadie en recepción, hay un dispensador de agua desconectado y lleno de polvo y los tarros del agua a la entrada llenos de polvo. Lámparas sucias. Cuando entras parece una casa embrujada de videojuego.

Ottime le finestre/luce tranne che la pianta attaccata al muro e alla finestra. Probabilmente sciupa anche la finestra. chiamerei un giardiniere a potare la pianta e rifare il giardino. • GAEL (1/5): A terrible experience - Nothing 1. Very dirty: curtains with blood stains, sofa with stains, hairs on the blankets. 2. Very noisy: it is near a hospital and you constantly hear the ambulances and general traffic. 2. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The blankets we had for a double bed were too small on the sides. 3. Very complicated to check in: they constantly changed the time and no one was there to meet us.

• Valeria (1/5): Sporco, Ingannevole, Fatiscente. Buona posizione - L’unica nota positiva è la posizione, sicuramente molto comoda. Abitiamo in provincia, volevamo solo passare una notte a Roma senza dover prendere la macchina la sera tardi. Purtroppo, appena siamo entrati in struttura, già abbiamo capito che saremmo rientrati a casa lo stesso. Abbiamo chiesto un check-in alle 18:00 (concordato), siamo arrivati alle 18:15 e siamo entrati subito con il codice. Abbiamo aspettato 40min prima che arrivasse qualcuno per il pagamento: non capisco perché non sia abilitato il pagamento in app non essendoci una reception fissa. La struttura è signorile e molto bella, ma purtroppo decadente e vecchia: evidentemente non ristrutturata, l’entrata con la reception è abbastanza spettrale. Cura ai dettagli totalmente assente: totalmente diversa dalle foto che sono state ovviamente modificate. La camera era disgustosa a dire poco: macchie di chissà cosa sui muri, lenzuola sporche di nero in alcuni punti, anche la base del letto presentava delle macchie, la finestra non si chiudeva bene, (un problema date le enormi zanzare presenti a causa del giardino), infissi in legno vecchissimi con la vernice che si staccava a pezzi, anche il cestino completamente pieno di ruggine. Tutto all’interno della stanza era rovinato, maniglie del comodino staccate e arrugginite, e l’unica presa vicino al letto non funzionate. Qua e la tra lenzuola e asciugamani ho trovato capelli di altre persone. Non posso commentare il bagno e la televisione perché non lo abbiamo nemmeno usati, e comunque non aveva una pulizia che ci si aspetta da una camera affittata. Bollitore/macchinetta assente nonostante era tra la descrizione. Come le finestre, anche le porte hanno infissi vecchi quindi la privacy tra una stanza e l’altra è inesistente, si sente completamente tutto. Sono le classiche porte in legno sottile di una volta. Leggendo meglio le recensioni (soprattutto su google) mi pare di capire che non si tratta di un classico affittacamere, ma affittano anche a ore di giorno a coppie.

Mancanza di pulizia esterna Dell’hotel 6)al momento del ritiro dei bagagli la mia ragazza doveva prendere il suo caricatore dimenticato in una camera,ma non c’era nessuno avevamo visto le chiavi della camera vicino alla reception la avevamo prese x andare a prendere il caricatore , (ripeto nella struttura non c’era nessuno) salendo le scale vicino alla finestra c’era una sagoma di un anziana alta tutta vestita di nero,senza muoversi. la mia ragazza inizia ad urlare ma la sagoma non si muoveva e non diceva una parola . Una bruttissima esperienza

Posizione della struttura ottima per raggiungere il policlinico e la fermata metro. La notte diventa una caccia alle zanzare. Non è facile addormentarsi per la presenza di numerose zanzare, forse dovute alla presenza del cortile con giardino poco curato. Assenza di bidet nel bagno. Check-in dopo le 17, complesso organizzarsi per anticiparlo anche solo di un’ora.

Communication was a bit difficult, the day before check-in they contacted us several times about the same information that we had already submitted and suggested that they transfer us to another accommodation that did not suit us. It was a bit unusual, but the next day everything was ok, they came at the agreed time and check-in was easy, we got the room we booked at the end. it was ok, although a bit overpriced.

• Madeleine (8/5): I wonder what the beds and sounds in the other rooms are like - I enjoyed the quiet area, it was close to bus stops but quite far away from main attractions. It suited me fine since I enjoyed walking. The space was very charming and the staff are really hospitable and kept things very clean, albeit the building is pretty old. The bed is not super comfortable… but it was stylish and had charm. I had a short sleep not due to the bed but from the washing machine going throughout the night and the pipes sounded like they were just on the other side of the bedroom.

• Trapassi (5/5): Peccato per i servizi che hanno un po' deluso perché struttura e posizione sono molto belle - Posizione, arredamento, estetica e pulizia ottimi. Bellissima struttura in ottima posizione. Servizio e staff hanno un po' deluso le aspettative: 1) ricevuta del pernottamento non pervenuta, nemmeno via whatsapp come anticipato 2) Prenotazione per camera quadrupla (2 adulti + 2 bambini) e all'arrivo era pronta una camera matrimoniale. Tuttavia, dopo aver gentilmente provveduto al riallestimento della camera post pagamento maggiorato come ci è stato comunicato, non sono state preparate le coperte per i letti dei bambini. Dopo averle richieste a distanza di poco più di un'ora dal check-in e in orario consono (19.20 c.a.) non sono state consegnate perché non poteva ritornare il personale di servizio.

In più il pagamento era previsto contanti e invece mi è stato negato, se non pagavo con il loro link non mi venivano fornite le istruzioni per aprire cancello e porta della camera....
