• Egor Sidorenko (6/5): Not bad, but - It's close to the historical center. Owner was kind to us and presented us a coffee in the nearby caffe, that was very nice. Service was good. Very veak water pressure in the shower. Electric water system or I don't know how it is called, is way too noisy, that's really annoying. And overall it was pretty noisy there, we heard every noise from the corridor.

• Rossella (4/5): Soggiorno poco piacevole - Posizione per le nostre esigenze vicino la piazza del concertone del 1 maggio La casa è essenziale, mancavano alcuni servizi quali (acqua di cortesia, asciugacapelli (c’era ma era rotto), mancata insonorizzazione delle camera a causa di porte vecchie di legno) nella cucina tutto abbastanza vecchio (bollitore e pianocottura che non ti invitavano all’utilizzo) . Noi in più abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con gli asciugamani che l’host aveva dimenticato di fornirci in camera. Nota importante!!! Check out previsto per le 10 e l’host si è presentato in appartamento alle 09:15 per iniziare la pulizia, mettendo fretta e soggezione a noi ospiti che stavamo ancora terminando la colazione. El anfitrión cuando le dije que no funcionaba el WC, nos ayudó y mostró predisposición a ayudarnos llamando a un técnico el día siguiente El apartamento no era lo esperado. Para empezar la primera noche no funcionó el WC eléctrico, y el agua de la ducha apenas salia, quedándose atascado el agua en el plato de la ducha. El espacio del baño era mínimo y en general se veía poca limpieza. Pensamos que era un apartamento privado, y resulta que era un apartamento compartido. Se escuchaba mucho ruido cada vez que entraba y salía gente, y también se oía a la gente de las habitaciones vecinas. En resumen, no volvería a alojarme allí

Everything was perfect, and the room service was excellent. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

• Klaudia (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja i komfortowy pobyt w Rzymie. - Apartament był czysty i wyposażony we wszystkie najważniejsze udogodnienia, co zapewniło komfortowy pobyt. Do dyspozycji wszystkich gości była również kuchnia, co stanowiło dodatkowe udogodnienie podczas pobytu. Dodatkowym plusem był stały i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Jego dużym atutem jest lokalizacja – znajduje się w niewielkiej odległości od najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych. Do Koloseum i Forum Romanum jest 2 km, do Fontanny di Trevi i Piazza Navona około 3,5 km, do polecanej dzielnicy Zatybrze 4 km, a do Watykanu około 6 km. Dodatkowo, w odległości około 2 km znajduje się stacja Roma Termini, skąd można w zaledwie 30 minut dojechać pociągiem na lotnisko lub do innych miast we Włoszech. Dzięki tak dogodnemu położeniu przez cały pobyt poruszaliśmy się pieszo, co było bardzo wygodne i pozwoliło w pełni cieszyć się zwiedzaniem miasta. Słabym punktem był niestabilny dostęp do Wi-Fi, które często zanikało. Całe mieszkanie wymaga co prawda lekkiego odświeżenia, jednak nie wpływało to znacząco na komfort pobytu.

• ATHANASIOS NIKOLAOS (1/5): ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Μην εμπιστεύεστε τα θετικά σχόλια! - Τίποτα! Μόνο η τοποθεσία που ήταν σχετικά ασφαλής και είχε καλή συγκοινωνία. Η διαμονή μου στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική. Το στρώμα ήταν εξαιρετικά λεπτό, χωρίς ελατήρια για υποστήριξη — έμοιαζε περισσότερο με στρώμα κάμπινγκ παρά με κανονικό στρώμα ύπνου. Ο ύπνος ήταν ιδιαίτερα άβολος και κάθε πρωί ξυπνούσα με πόνο στη μέση. Υπήρχε γενικότερη έλλειψη καθαριότητας, ενώ τα σεντόνια κατά την άφιξή μου ήταν λερωμένα και δεν είχαν αλλαχτεί μετά την αποχώρηση του προηγούμενου επισκέπτη, κάτι που θεωρώ εντελώς απαράδεκτο. Επίσης υπήρχε πάρα πολλή σκόνη, τρεις μέρες ήμουν με το παράθυρο μισάνοιχτο γιατί είμαι αλλεργικός. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα από τα πιο βρώμικα Airbnb στα οποία έχω μείνει. Η σχέση ποιότητας–τιμής είναι κακή και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στο ποσό που καταβάλλεται. Επιπλέον, ο ιδιοκτήτης αν και ευγενικός, μου ζήτησε να αφήσω κριτική με βαθμολογία 10/10, προσφέροντάς μου επιστροφή 7,5€ ως αντάλλαγμα. Θεωρώ εξαιρετικά προβληματική και ανήθικη την προσπάθεια εξαγοράς θετικών κριτικών. Διαθέτω σχετικό στιγμιότυπο οθόνης από το μήνυμα που μου εστάλη μέσω WhatsApp. Απάντηση στο σχόλιο του καταλύματος: 1) Σχετικά με τα λερωμένα σεντόνια, σας το ανέφερα μέσω γραπτού μηνύματος στο WhatsApp με το που μπήκα στο δωμάτιο και ήρθατε και τα αλλάξατε. Γιατί λέτε ότι δεν σας το είπα; Επίσης, σας συνάντησα από κοντά μόνο μια φορά. 2) Σχετικά με την κριτική, μου προτείνατε χρήματα και όχι να με κεράσετε πρωινό και μάλιστα βάλατε ως προϋπόθεση να μείνει η θετική κριτική ένα μήνα τουλάχιστον αναρτημένη και μετά θα μου μεταφέρατε το χρηματικό ποσό μέσω IBAN. Ήταν ξεκάθαρη προσπάθεια εξαγοράς θετικής κριτικής, έναντι χρηματικού ποσού. Συνεπώς ναι, μετά απο αυτό είναι υπό αμφισβήτηση όλες οι θετικές κριτικές! Υπάρχουν όλα σε μηνύματα! Σε περίπτωση που αμφισβητηθώ ξανά, θα επισυνάψω στιγμιότυπα οθόνης από το WhatsApp εδώ στην κριτική μου.

Bella la zona molto vicina alla nuova fermata della metro(Portametronia) che ti porta direttamente al centro oppure alla stazione dei treni. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The room was well-equipped and very quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available when we needed something and happy to give recommendations. Location was great. Near the metro and just 1 stop away from the Colosseo which made getting around the city so easy. Overall, great value for money and a place we would definitely stay at again. Highly recommended! • Yustina (7/5): The price, location is good but need to replace cooking appliances and shower hose. - The location is good though not around the Termini or city central, but close to bus stops. Just walk 100-200 m there are several bus stops that could take you to Termini, city central, Vatican or any other places. In the neighborhood there is market and shops where you can buy groceries. The bathroom is spacious enough. Cooking appliances are not suitable for use because they are crusty (kettle, pan, wok). Only one wok is proper to use. The shower hose is leaking. We already reported to the staff, but it was not replaced until we left.

Chambre d’une bonne taille Le FROID ! C’est du simple vitrage donc l’air entrait dans la pièce même avec les fenêtres fermées. Je ne comprends pas que dans les précédents avis ça n’a pas été remonté. Nous étions en plein hiver en décembre il caillait pourtant je ne suis pas frileuse. Le chauffage ne marchait pas très bien et de toutes façons avec des fenêtres en simple vitrage c’était inutile … bref il faisait beaucoup trop froid et les prises électriques ne marchaient pas super bien

• Brian Catriel Yave (9/5): facilidad, flexibilidad e independencia de ingreso - me gustó la forma de ingreso al edificio y a la habitacion, todas las indicaciones por el anfitrion fueron claras, con imagenes y videos explicativos de como acceder al edificio sin necesidad de tener que coordinar una visita con él eran excasos los elementos de higiene para la ducha y para todo el baño en general, por el precio, hubiera sido positivo agregar algunos elementos como jabon individual para cada uno de los integrantes
