Vi var inte alls nöjda med våran vistelse då våra grannar var väldigt högljudda och bråkiga och personalen gjorde ingenting. Vi kunde knappt sova på våran vistelse.

Nelle lenzuola erano presenti delle macchie e anche il piumone nero aveva diverse macchie bianche. Inoltre, una cosa importante per chi viaggia è quella di attenzionare i cuscini ...... scomodissimi a tal punto da rendere in sonno difficoltoso. La fodera del cuscino essendo aperta da un lato permetteva di vedere il cuscino da dentro che era pieno di capelli e pelucchi.

Diese Angabe findet sich irgendwo im Kleingedruckten... Mussten andere Unterkunft suchen, kein refund.

- Marharyta (9/5): Pobyt był udany, jak na warunki Guest House obiekt spełnia oczekiwania. - Obiekt był dobrze położony - blisko supermarketu, komunikacji i głównych atrakcji. Obsługa była miła i pomocna, a cały pobyt przebiegł bez problemów. Pokój był czysty i miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, na plus także spokojna dzielnica, dobra organizacja, szybkie Wi-Fi oraz czysta wspólna kuchnia. Są dość cienkie ściany, więc momentami było słychać sąsiadów. Nie był to duży problem, ale przy pełnym obłożeniu może mieć znaczenie.

- Kornelia (9/5): - Im großen und Ganzen war das apertment echt klasse. Die Lage war sehr gut. Verbindungen waren richtig gut, es gab’s sowohl buss als auch Metro. Siperpermerkte waren auch in der Nähe. Also wirklich alles gut. Apartment war gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet Es war kompliziert sich mit dem Besitzer zu kontaktieren, ich hatte Probleme mit der zweiten Zahlung. In der App stand das man es bei der „Rezeption“ es bezahlen muss. Ich dachte in bar wäre okey, was dann doch nicht der Fall war. Und ich Problem hatte die zweite Zahlung zu tätigen. Außerdem die Frau an dem Empfang konnte kein Englisch was zusätzlich es erschwert hat.

The room is a bit small, but that’s fine for a city trip where you mostly spend the day discovering the city and not in the apartment. There is no chair in the room so you have to sit on the bed.

- Elena (4/5): Deludente - Posizione molto buona, in un quartiere tranquillo e ben collegato alle principali attrazioni della città tramite autobus e metropolitana, che rendono gli spostamenti semplici e comodi. Purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva è stata deludente. Il personale risponde velocemente su WhatsApp, ma facile inviare messaggini rassicuranti quando alle risposte non seguono interventi concreti e la risoluzione del problema. Nelle camere e nella zona cucina era presente un forte odore di fumo. La situazione è stata segnalata più volte, anche da altri ospiti, ma non è cambiato nulla e alcune persone hanno continuato a comportarsi senza alcun rispetto delle regole. La cosa più spiacevole è stata essere svegliati alle 4 del mattino da urla e litigi, che sono andati avanti fino alle 5:30. Considerando il prezzo pagato per la camera, una situazione del genere è difficilmente accettabile, soprattutto perche si è pagato come tutti gli altri ospiti. Le foto pubblicate risultano ingannevoli e non rispecchiano le reali condizioni dell’alloggio. Un aspetto che ho trovato poco corretto è che solo dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione e pagato viene inviato un messaggio in cui si specifica che la camera economy è molto piccola e vengono mandate ulteriori foto per mostrarne le dimensioni, accompagnate dalla richiesta di non lasciare recensioni negative per questo motivo. Peccato che queste informazioni e immagini non siano presenti sulla piattaforma Booking al momento della prenotazione, quando invece sarebbe corretto che il cliente potesse valutarle prima di pagare. La camera è anche priva di tapparelle o tenda coprente quindi alle 6 del mattino ci si sveglia per la luce. Nel complesso, la gestione della struttura lascia molto a desiderare. Non tornerei e non la consiglierei

Були надані детальні інструкції щодо заселення. Загалом все було добре. Наступного разу неодмінно зупинюся тут знову. - Yvan Luzardo M (5/5): - Estaba limpio en general pero algunas cosas, hace falta que sea aun mas limpias En el Baño las fotos ponía que la ducha estaba en buenas condiciones con sus mamparas, llegamos alli y le faltaba una puerta, que en vez de reparar antes de alquilar, decidieron poner una cortina azul, muy incomoda para ducharse. Las sillas del comedor que son blancas, el asiento esta un poco amarillo ( Falta de Limpieza ) el asiento deberia de estar blanco como el espaldar, no limpian a consciencia. Hay aires acondicionados pero se llevan los mandos para que no los uses. Podrian invertir en un microondas que es muy útil, pero no tienen.
