• Tomasz (7/5): Polecamy - Obiekt położony w świetnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie bardzo blisko. Dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem, zarówno przez telefon jak i poprzez wiadomości. W pokoju czysto, pokój wyposażony w ręczniki, pościel, czajnik, klimatyzacje. Polecam to miejsce. Dobrym rozwiązaniem byłoby aby w pokoju była chociaż mała lodówka.

Enkel gaan slapen omdat we geen andere kamer - Locatie was in centrum Donkere kamer op gelijkvloer met klein raam vol muggen. Vocht schimmel geur Langs alle kanten bezetting eraf door de vocht hebben ze met gordijnen doekjes verbergt.
• Gérard (1/5): Séjour de 5 nuits à Venise gâché par cet établissement de merde ont péter avec des photos - La question est qu'avez-vous aimé, la réponse RIEN Je passe quelques détails que vous pouvez retrouver sur les avis précédents des clients Pas de réception et d'accueil que que un numéro de téléphone avec un langage en italien que l'on ne maîtrise pas forcément Applique ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre et après une journée de rectification une applique à brancher sur la prise de courant qui n'existait pas 2 jours sur 5 sans ménage ni serviette et cetera Bonjour sans avoir des petits sachets café du matin La clim ne fonctionne pas on nous a dit télécommande en panne mais pas besoin de clim à cette période , une penderie de 15 cm d'épaisseur pour prendre nos affaires voir photos Convocation abusive pour régler la note de l'hôtel quel jour telle heure ce qui ne convenait pas car nous avions des visites programmées , si on ne respecte pas cet horaire nous étions exclus de l'hôtel, ensuite le règlement par carte bleue correspond à la prévision mais le propriétaire légèrement agressif vous a imposé de régler 50 € supplémentaires en espèces évoquant soi-disant une taxe de la mairie de Venise qui après renseignement n'existe pas c'est de l'arnaque, et toujours menace de nous exclure de l'hôtel La bonne réputation de booking de vrai permettre d'exclure ce genre de d'hôtel afin de donner une meilleur image de votre business, j'espère que vous avez exclure cet établissement de vos tablettes, Je vérifierai si vous avez bien fait votre boulot Une réponse de votre part à ce sujet nous serait agréable et utile pour l'avenir avec booking VOIR CI-DESSUS EN PLUS SUR VOTRE PUBLICITÉ INTERNET ON VOIT LE MONUMENT AVEC UNE BELLE ESCALIER QUI NE CORRESPOND PAS DU TOUT À CET HÔTEL MINABLE

Würde ich nicht empfehlen Wir können nicht viel zu der Unterkunft/Sauberkeit usw sagen da unser Zimmer 12 Stunden vor Ankunft storniert wurde, obwohl es erst bestätigt wurde ... wir waren schon mit dem Zug unterwegs..... Angeblich funktionierte die EC Karte nicht ... weitere 2 Karten funktionierten auch nicht ( Ersatz Unterkunft wurde mit dieser Karte ohne Probleme bezahlt!!!) Im Inet beschreiben weitere Personen dieses Problem, ich empfehle hier nicht zu buchen .... Es sei denn ihr wollt auch ohne Zimmer in Venedig stehen.

Had a kettle and two disposable cups, one plastic and one paper cup for making tea, nothing else. Room looked extremely tired and worn, curtains held up by Velcro, definitely needs updating and noisy front door. Had to stand on the front door struggling to get in (keypad entry and no reception) when the hotelier kept us waiting until I had forwarded them our passport photos. Totally unacceptable and purely rude

Handtuchwechsel und Betten machen, keine Seife vorhanden, der Duschvorhang fällt ab, der Bettvorleger ist schmuddelig, die Nachttischlampen funktionieren nicht. Die Laken und das Bad sind zwar sauber, aber der ganze Raum winzig und abgewohnt. Die Rezeption ist nie besetzt. Für € 800 für 3 Nächte/2P erwartet man sich in Venedig zwar kein 4Sterne Hotel, aber etwas mehr Bemühen. Das Bild auf Booking.com ist irreführend, da es sich um das Nachbarhaus handelt.

Non c'è personale di accoglienza; sette anni fa siamo stati nella stessa struttura dove c'era una signora accogliente; le camere sono datate, sporche le pareti (zanzare schiacciate durante l'estate),con decori rimediati, vecchi tendaggi decorazioni in polistirolo del soffitto sconnesse, bagno con muffa alle pareti perché privo di finestra, sciacquone non funzionante, cipolla doccia rotta, tenda doccia non cabina, tappeti della camera da letto ultra datati, molto rumoroso all'interno del palazzo piani soprastanti. Peccato perché collocato molto centralmente, vicino alla stupenda scala del Bovolo; forse sarebbe opportuno investire per migliorare, pessimo biglietto da visita della città

La cortina del baño de terror. Poquísima luz. Veladores (sin focos) y enchufes rotos o ausentes. El internet menos que regular. El cielorraso roto. Un desastre! Las fotos que muestra Booking no se corresponden a la fachada del hotel sino a un edificio de valor histórico ubicado a unos metros del alojamiento.

Verres en plastique qui fondent. Une journée sans passage de la femme de chambre. Manque 5 cm au rideau de douche, donc eau partout. Chasse d eau hs, obligé de demonter la façade du mécanisme. Communication uniquement par wathsapp, aucune personne physique rencontrée. (mais très bonne réactivité pour les réponses) Revoir tous les petits problèmes de maintenance. Repeindre un coup les murs pour donner un coup de propre. (dalles en polystyrène au plafond dont une dalle défaite) Un bon rafraîchissement changerait tout.

Muy agradable la persona de limpieza. Le faltaba un armario con perchas donde colocar la ropa de 4 personas. La habitación era muy amplia y cabe de sobra. Sólo había una cómoda con cajones poco profundos. Hay infinidad de mosquitos con sangre aplastados en las paredes blancas. Que hayan mosquitos es comprensible, pero faltaría quitarlos y pintar las paredes.

• Aveta (1/5): mai più, evitare - solo la posizione è buona perché vicino piazza San marco struttura datata, sporca con assenza di acqua calda che non è stato possibile fare una doccia , letti scomodi e rotti con guanciali quasi inesistenti, tutto aveva un senso di vecchio no antico, prese della corrente che erano rotte per caricare un cellulare, bagno fatiscente. Per il prezzo pagato se fosse stato uno ostello avrei dormito di lusso. una accoglienza da brivido, in tutto non abbiamo incontrato il proprietario ma una donna diffidente con un aria sospetta verso di noi, dopo che ci ha portati in camera non si è più vista. lo sconsiglio vivamente, non manderei nemmeno il mio più fervido nemico.

Estancia Inaceptable por Falta de Servicios Básicos Esenciales Nuestra experiencia fue inaceptable debido a la ausencia de servicios esenciales desde el momento de nuestra llegada. 1) Falta de Electricidad y Agua Caliente: Fuimos recibidos sin suministro eléctrico. Se nos aseguró que la incidencia se resolvería "en el día". Esto no sucedió. Permanecimos sin luz y, consecuentemente, sin agua caliente durante toda la primera noche y hasta el día siguiente, imposibilitando el uso básico de la habitación. 2) Solicitud de Reembolso por Cancelación: Dado el incumplimiento de los servicios básicos, nos vimos obligados a cancelar la reserva el segundo día. Solicitamos el reembolso del importe pagado. 3) Dificultad en la Comunicación: La única manera de contactar con la administración fue por teléfono, gracias a la amabilidad y ayuda proactiva del personal de limpieza, que fue el único punto positivo. 4) Tasa Turística: Se nos cobró una Tasa Turística de 5 euros por persona y día en efectivo, sin que se nos haya devuelto el importe correspondiente al segundo día no disfrutado. Considerando que no pudimos disfrutar de los servicios contratados y esenciales para una estancia cómoda (luz y agua caliente) durante un periodo significativo, solicito el reembolso total del importe de la reserva y la tasa turística ya que, de facto, no pudimos aprovechar la estancia.
• PCS (1/5): Horrible and terrible experience and ruined the holidays - Nothing we liked except the place is hell in a heaven -arrogant behaviours from staffs -unclear instructions -although communications started earlier, made us wait in late night without opening the main door for virtual passport verification ( could have easily done earlier). Demanding cash for city tax payments when card payments option was available. Room air-conditioning remotes were taken away 2nd day without informing us. Bathroom shower curtains loosely fitted and falls frequently. The staff were rude using languages like, get out of room and go back to your country like un parliamentary words
• BELÉN (5/5): Trato grosero en una localización privilegiada - La localización. El alojamiento se encuentra junto a la escalera del Bovolo, el lugar es privilegiado. Una de las ventanas de la habitación da a un canal por el que continuamente pasan góndolas, asomarte es toda una experiencia. Los propietarios nos permitieron dejar las mochilas en la entrada de la casa, en un lugar visible y de fácil acceso para "amigos de lo ajeno', pero corrimos el riesgo y no sucedió nada. Tuvimos que pagar dos tasas municipales, una incluida en el precio de la reserva de Booking, y otra en metálico, que el propietario, de forma bastante grosera, nos exigió. Teóricamente la 'Imposta di soggiorno' solo está vigente de abril a julio, pero aun así la abonamos, porque sospechamos que de no hacerlo no nos permitirían dejar las mochilas en consigna. Los muebles y la decoración son viejos, las alfombras rebosan polvo y suciedad, y hubo problemas con la luz, se fue yendo en varias ocasiones, hasta que no volvió. Hubo una avería que cuando volvimos a por las mochilas a eso de las 18:00 horas, todavía seguía sin solución.

• Claire (3/5): Would not advise staying at this place - Location was perfect No staff to be found at any point. There was a number to WhatsApp but it took at least 2 hours for a reply. The whole building shook when the front door closed. The pillows were like pancakes and the bed was possibly the most uncomfortable place I have ever slept. There was a kettle and some tea bags but not cups.

This is NOT a hotel, and that wasn't clear to me when I booked. The bed was ridiculously lumpy. The shower curtain had black mold at the bottom (how much can a shower curtain cost??). The teapot had no coffee cups, only plastic cups (ridiculous). Every time someone exited or entered what I think was an apt bulding, the door would bank shut. Only reserve under desperation!

• Angela (5/5): - A funcionária da limpeza do albergue e do proprietário que foi muito gentil. Quando reservamos, sabiámos que era simples Porém ,quarto número 09 que ficamos , era mal cuidado( parede descascando e suja precisando ser pintada e cortina dispencando.

• Maria Teresa (1/5): PÉSIMO Y DECEPCIONANTE - Nada El único personal que hacía de todo era la pobre señora de la limpieza hacía su trabajo ,el de recepcionista,ella sola ,el dueño no apareció en ningún momento ,la habitación antigua no lo siguiente,la ducha rota,la cisterna no iba ,escribo al dueño y me contestó q si salía agua de la ducha ya era suficiente que iría alguien de mantenimiento,ni apareció…solo fue una noche y a la mañana siguiente no había luz en todo el edificio,dejamos las llaves puestas como nos dijo la chica y nos fuimos para no volver jamás,ni se os ocurra coger ni para una noche que fue nuestro caso.

• Manuel (1/5): GIUDICATE VOI - Tutto inizia perché un problema sulla linea ferroviaria ci ha costretti a restare (in tarda serata) alla stazione di Venezia. Vista l’ora (le 23)i check-in di quasi tutte le strutture in città erano praticamente bloccati e io e la mia compagna rischiavamo di dover passare la notte all addiaccio in zona stazione (non proprio un bel posto). Cerco su Booking l’unica soluzione disponibile e ,purtroppo, mi imbatto in questa struttura, la natura dell’host non ha tardato a rivelarsi poiché una volta chiamato per sincerarmi che ci permettesse di entrare lui si è fiondato (in pochi minuti) a gonfiare il prezzo su Booking che è passato da 84 a ben 105 €!! Purtroppo non essendoci alternative ho dovuto cedere e prenotare e comunque. Una volta prenotato, è pagato, chiedo all’host le credenziali per il self check-in ma lui mi risponde senza giri di parole che me le avrebbe date solo una volta sotto la struttura. Dopo una trentina di minuti (tempo tecnico per raggiungere la struttura dalla stazione) io e la mia compagna, tra un sorcio e qualche ubriacone, eravamo finalmente giunti alla struttura dove finalmente avrei dovuto ricevere le credenziali, macchè, li l’host mi ha richiesto i documenti di entrambi lasciandoci altro tempo fuori al portone di notte. Una volta entrati in stanza mi sono bastati pochi secondi per capire che lì non andava praticamente niente! Il pavimento era sporco e agli angoli si potevano trovare carte e pezzetti di plastica! Sotto il condizionatore troneggiava un alone giallognolo (non sono del mestiere ma credo fosse trasudorazione), l’abbassamento del soffitto era totalmente sgangherato e nel bagno il porta sapone era coperto di ruggine, la ciliegina sulla torta era però lo scarico rotto la cui perdita rumorosa ci ha accompagnato praticamente per tutta la notte impedendoci di dormire!!

• Concetta (7/5): CONSIGLIATO!! - La posizione eccezionale,la camera si trova al primo piano di un edificio proprio accanto alla scala del Bovolo; check in semplice in autonomia; il proprietario eccezionale pronto a rispondere immediatamente ad ogni chiamata o messaggio,sempre cordiale e gentile... non capisco certe recensioni negative🤪 Metterei una TV ed un piccolo armadietto😊. La doccia è con una tenda e il bagno si allaga di acqua. L'illuminazione della camera troppo fioca. Materasso e cuscino scomodi. Camera piccolina con ai lati una mensolina con lampade non funzionanti. Cassetta del bagno malfunzionante. Stanza insonorizzata. Unica finestra nella camera, che si affaccia su un patio orribile da vedere,da tenere sempre chiusa perchè non entra un filo d'aria visto che sotto c'è il motore del condizionatore. Prezzo un pò esagerato per la struttura,ma teniamo conto che siamo a Venezia,magari avrei incluso la colazione😜

Per il resto la camera è modesta, ma per il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi aspettavo niente di più, ha tutto quello che deve avere per soggiornare in tranquillità qualche giorno. Il letto non era matrimoniale bensì da una piazza e mezza, perciò un po' scomodo da starci in due. Il doccino della nostra doccia era rotto, nonostante la segnalazione nessuno è venuto a ripararlo, anche se ci era stato detto il contrario.

• Yhkl (1/5): AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AT ALL COSTS - Unhygienic room with a horrible host - Nothing, host is awful, unhelpful and very rude. He is extremely greedy, any opportunity he can get he will try to scam you. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AT ALL COSTS - will never recommended anyone to stay here… Everything - our flight was delayed, and we informed the host of this, instead of being helpful to try to get us to the accommodation at the earliest opportunity, he misguided us, just so he can collect an extra check in charge. On top of this, he constantly threatened us to leave the property which made our vacation very stressful. We have been travelling for 20 years and never had such a vile and horrible experience

• Dawid (2/5): Zostawiłem gotówkę, a mimo to pobrano drugi raz z karty. - Dobra lokalizacja. The property asked for a cash tourist-tax payment of €60, even though Booking.com clearly stated the correct amount was €36. I left €36 in cash in the room, yet the host still charged another €36 to my card, and never provided a receipt. I’ll skip over the room conditions, which already leave much to be desired. I do not recommend staying here—proceed with caution.
• Anoop (1/5): Location was good but the property itself and the owner made the trip unpleasant. - WiFi in the room was really good and fast. The only positive in this accommodation. The rooms were dirty and walls has water damage. Bathroom was not clean and a bit smelly. No exhaust or ventilation in the room or the bathroom. No sunlight as well. Property refused to provide AC remote. (We had a small window for the whole room, and hot days) No front desk - Documents are expected to be sent on WhatsApp to get code to enter I was made to pay city tax twice (with higher charge) in cash! Make sure you don't pay in cash for this property because they charge your card as well for the same. (Thanks for Booking.com support for helping me sort through this) Beds are old spring beds, very uncomfortable and noisy.
• Mehazabien (1/5): Overpriced and Dirty - Location We paid nearly €500 for a small, underwhelming room that did not match the description at all. The side tables were dusty, the bathroom had old, worn-out fittings, and there was barely any room to walk once we opened two suitcases. The listing mentioned air conditioning, but the manager refused to let us use it. We were only given one key instead of two, despite booking for two people. On top of that, the reception was almost always empty — there was no staff around when we needed assistance. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that did not justify the price we paid.
• Pietro (2/5): The worst experience I have had in my years of travelling/ - Nothing Room substandard. Entry door tight, needed to be pushed hard to open or close. Room not made up first overnight because I slept in and personnel does not work in PM in this location. Room again nod made up because of policy of changing sheets only every 4 days. Towels left for 2 days and staff did not bother leaving clean ones for next 2 days. Soap and shampoo left for 2 days and not replenished for next 2 night stay. No staff on desk except when client arrives and they did not leave a contact saying to look at number in reservation. On arrival entry door was not functioning but fortunately a repair person was called in for next day making a lot of noise. No city maps or sheet of events provided. Light in reading corner not working. No drinking cups found in room, but provided after it was pointed out, implying lack of attention to details. One half of sliding door of closet of its mooring and rested against wall in reading corner. Toilet seat loose.

• Anonymous (5/5): Good value for money for a short stay where you spend little time in the room. - Location is unbeatable. Directly in the centre of the Venice you picture when you think of it. My room had a window that looked out upon a canal. For the price, you can not ask for a better base. Facilities were very basic. My bed was two single beds pushed together. Check-in was done over WhatsApp and I did not see a member of staff my entire stay. The walls were obviously moisture damaged. Being next to the canal is in theory wonderful but in practise you’re woken early by boat engines powering past you similar to if your room opened onto a main road.
• Christopher (7/5): Great location. Quiet hotel. Overpriced for space provided. - The location was amazing, right in the heat of the city. The room was basic and the cost was far to high for the space available. There was signs of water damage in the space and the "coffee making facilities" was just a kettle and plastic cup with no extension cord so the kettle had to be placed under the bed to boil.
