• Sebastian (7/5): Nice room and practical location. Check-in took long time - Nice location and nice room. The room was quite small but clean and had all I needed. I would say it was worth the money. It took a very long time to get checked-in even though I’ve had contact with the staff. (Approx 45 minutes after arrival.) The staff was still very friendly though. Maybe just bad luck with the check in just that day.

Room clean and beds comfortable The man who met us for check in berated us for not closing the doors properly on the lift then told us another 5 times how to close the doors. Not a great start. I booked a triple room as travelling with my adult son so not wanting to share a bed. At check in he tried to charge me another 30 euros to use the sofa bed. In the end he relented but it was not a pleasant experience. The old doors had very specific placement of the key for them to work which was not easy. It said all rooms have a kettle and it didn’t.

• Lea (9/5): Perfect for a city trip - Simple, but good! Very good location, check in was efficient. Perfect for a few nights, probably not the best of you want to stay inside a lot (that’s not what you go to Napoli for though)

• Effie Georgiou (5/5): - Το δωμάτιο μύριζε, δεν ήταν καθαρό και τα παπλώματα ήταν τόσο μεγάλα που σέρνονταν στο πάτωμα και τα πατούσες γιατί ήταν μικρός ο χώρος. Είχαμε κλείσει δύο δωμάτια ένα δίκλινο και ένα τρίκλινο το οποίο δεν μπορούσες να κινηθείς.

• Mario (10/5): - Il propetario si chiamava gennaro davvero super gentilissimo super disponibile tra l altro mio coetano mi son trovato subito benissimo chiedendo anche dove passare la serata o indicazioni. La stanza pulitissima e molto profumata, se non fosse stato per l acqua calda che aveva lo scaldino ma per il resto perfetto.

• Ewa (3/5): Nie polecam - Dobra lokalizacja przy Centro storico. Zapytaliśmy o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Prośba została zaakceptowana a na miejscu okazało się że pokój nie jest gotowy i możemy jedynie zostawić walizki i przyjść później. O dźwiękoszczelności nie ma mowy. Okna nie można było domknąć i pomimo dwóch okiennic hałas dobiegający z ulicy wdzierał się do pokoju przez całą dobę. Potworny hałas. Niekończący się szum ulicy i klaksony. Ściany między pokojami tak cienkie , że wszystko słychać. Widok jest - na sąsiedni budynek. Wspólna kuchnia to szumnie nazwany aneks kuchenny ze zlewem, czajnikiem, starym ekspresem do kawy (bez instrukcji), 4 szklanki , parę talerzy i 1 ( słownie: jedną łyżeczką). Zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju to dwa papierowe kubeczki do espresso i dwie saszetki kawy na cały tygodniowy pobyt. W łazience kosmetyki w postaci 2 saszetek szamponu, dwóch mydełek. Tylko na początku. Po drugim dniu musieliśmy zakupić kosmetyki do kąpieli. O papier toaletowy trzeba było się upomnieć. Tylko deszczownica bez prysznica. Codzienne sprzątanie przez pierwsze trzy dni polegało jedynie na pościeleniu łóżka i to tylko od widocznej strony wejścia do pokoju. A na koniec zostaliśmy oskarżeni o wypalenie w firance dziury, która była tam już przy zameldowaniu. Nie polecam.

• Letizia (10/5): Soggiorno impeccabile nel cuore di Napoli! - Il nostro soggiorno presso la Residenza San Gennaro è stato semplicemente perfetto. La posizione è davvero strategica, poiché la struttura si trova vicinissima sia al centro che alla stazione, permettendoci di spostarci con estrema facilità. Gennaro si è dimostrato una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, accogliendoci nel migliore dei modi. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la cura della camera, che veniva pulita impeccabilmente ogni giorno. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio, è stata un'esperienza fantastica che consigliamo a chiunque visiti Napoli!
• Paula (1/5): - La ubicación. La habitación estaba sucia, no había cortinas por lo que entraba toda la luz pero lo peor sin duda fue que había chinches. Acabe llena de picotazos y con el temor de llevármelas a mi vivienda habitual. Deberían cerrar el hotel para fumigar , y solucionar el problema antes de volver a reabrir, porque veo que es un problema que arrastran desde hace unas semanas y aunque dicen que han cambiado la cama no me lo creo porque debajo de la misma había suciedad.... Evitar hasta que solucionen el problema!

• ANGIE (5/5): - Πήγα με τον σύζυγο μου Φεβρουάριο μήνα και μείνανε 3 βράδια . Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική , ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και το δωμάτιο άνετο για ύπνο και μπάνιο . Έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε εμείς να ανάψει η θέρμανση , φεύγαμε το πρωί στις 9.00 , επιστρέφαμε στο βράδυ στις 23:00 και το δωμάτιο ήταν παγωμένο . Δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε ένα μπάνιο γιατί είχε κρύο 😔 Επίσης τον σύζυγό μου τον τσίμπησαν κοριοί το δεύτερο και το τρίτο βράδυ .

• Claudio (9/5): - Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i siti d'interesse. La camera un po piccola e con gli arredi appena sufficienti, ma comunque giusti per un breve soggiorno. Struttura all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca. Staf presente e premuroso nel soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste Stanza un po rumorosa (Napoli è molto trafficata). Qualche piccola defaiance sulle pulizie, ma lo staff ha prontamente rimediato.

• giancarlo (9/5): - Posizione centrale per la stazione e per visitare il centro storico. Camere ampie, letti abbastanza comodi, bagni abbastanza grandi. Qualità e prezzo, super consigliati. Due aspetti. Noi avevamo un terzo letto che ci è servito per depositare tutti i vestiti, nell' armadio due attacca panni minuti, una sedia e niente altro. Senza il terzo letto mi domando come avremmo fatto. Consideriamo che siamo a dicembre, e non in estate che con sandali, pantaloni corti, una maglietta ci si salva. Poi un aspetto mai capitato, x lasciare i bagagli fino al tardo pomeriggio 4 euro Il proprietario mi ha spiegato il come e il perché, ma a noi, il gruppo di amici, non è piaciuto.

Inoltre il B&B ha una posizione strategica ti sposti in tutte le direzioni in pochissimi minuti. Vicinissimo per andare a Spacca Napoli e San Gregorio Armenio e al Duomo Peccato che non c'è la colazione nella struttura, però ti puoi fare il caffè nel cucinino con le cialde offerte da Gennaro Comunque non importa per la colazione te la puoi fare lo stesso al bar non appena esci dal portone Qualità prezzo ottimo Mi è dispiaciuto che non c'è la colazione nella struttura e devi andare alla Bar

• Monica (10/5): Week end a Napoli - La stanza molto pulita e accogliente, posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla metro e dal centro storico. Il proprietario Pasquale super disponibile e attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
• neville (8/5): It does sometimes rain in Naples - Good LOCATION for parts of the city with differing characters, including Centro Storico. Equally walkable to both stations (Porta Nolana best to be sure of getting a seat on Circumvesuviana train to Herculaneum, Pompei and Sorrento). BUILDING a former mansion block a few yards from the Duomo Metro stop on a Corso (boulevard). Busy traffic but elaborate outer and inner shutters on the tall windows, so no noise problems. Inexpensive basic ACCOMMODATION in a private, slightly dated but clean, en-suite room in a former mansion-block apartment with 20? foot ceilings, marble window-sills and substantial doors. Wall mounted TV (may have Netflix but didn't try it). Fridge, not complimentary. large wardrobe. Quite modern bathroom. Double-sized shower (not bath). Towels and sachet hair and shower gel provided. Hair dryer. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided but no room kettle - there is a small communal (never saw other guests) kitchen a few feet away with a microwave too. Daily cleaning (10:00). Very pleasant cleaner. There is a Victorian/Edwardian LIFT. The cage doors are manual and the exterior ones are released by a catch in the right-inside of the lock to get out. The proprietor contacts you to arrange and confirm CHECK-IN time and meet you, explain locks and show you round. FYI: Building "wicket" door and porch - small key. Apartment - code lock. Room - Larger key for substantial French lock. You really do need a mobile phone for this. You will probably be offered a private transfer from the airport, which will monitor your flight to meet you - 5€ more than the basic regulated taxi fare but probably a good idea as the taxis charge extra for luggage. Nothing really, except could have used this info if supplied on web. Not the hotel's fault of course but (19 Nov 25) the EES machines at the airport were malfunctioning. The advisors supervising had no idea why. I was transferred to the Schengen queue for traditional passport stamping. Presumably will be sorted out but keep an eye on progress and allow extra time if not Schengen resident.

Inoltre proprio accanto alla fermata della metro.Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho letto altri commenti sui rumori fastidiosi, noi in realtà abbiamo dormito bene. Non abbiamo percepito così tanto casino chiudendo finestre e persiane, considerando la posizione su una via principale. Sicuramente ci ritornerei.

• Gloria (2/5): CHINCHES 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 - Al principio fueron muy amables y muy atentos. Buenas ubicación La cama tenía CHINCHES🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳pongo fotos. Ellos dijeron que eran moscas quitándole importancia , obviamente se diferenciar entre una y otra, no volaban y corrían por las sabanas y colchón. Reclamamos y nos ofrecieron otra habitación, pero no quisimos vista las circunstancias. Fuimos a otro hotel y solicitamos la devolución y se negaron a hacernos reembolso, de hecho dijeron que no nos presentamos en la estancia. Ni reembolso de las tasas.
