• anne charline (1/5): - L emplacement était en plein centre du vieux naples mais il y a 4 grands étages donc le logemebt n est pas adapté à tous. A fuir !!! Propriétaire odieux,malveillant et de mauvaise foi qui a fait semblant de ne pas comprendre et de ne pas intervenir lorsque nous lui avions dit qu il n y a pas d eau chaude pour les douches et la vaisselle. . Pas d eau chaude car chauffe eau vieux et défectueux Pas assez d ustensile de cuisine. 4 cuillères pour 7 Propreté très limite (vaisselle sale, placard poussiéreux, mobilier vetuste) Deux chambres sur 3 étaient inutilisables : ( la première n avait pas de poignée du tout et un fil électrique à nu donc peu de lumière, la deuxième n avait pas de volet intérieur et extérieur donc réveil avec la lumière du jour 6h et une poignée à moitié arrachée ) La dame de ménage très âgée nous a hurlé dessus car nous avons demandé une intervention pour l eau chaude et que l on nous apporte une poêle et des ustensiles en nombre.. Elle est venue a l improviste et nous a insulte en italien et nous a pris la passoire parce que nous faisions de pâtes à ce moment là. Le propriétaire n à rien fait , prétextant un appel visio qu il n a jamais passé pour que nous interventions en tant que plombier et réparateur dans son appartement. Appartement vétusté dans l ensemble mais ça encore ... Pas de chaises suffisantes dans la cuisine et la lumière de la terrasse était très faible ce qui obligé à réduire le temps de repas Séjour gâché par le fait que nous n avons pas pu prendre de douche, du partager les cuillères et les bols antre nous 7 et que nous avons très mal dormi car omoissible de se reposer avec les volets ouverts . Aucune intimité car les chambres ne fermaient pas du tout.
• Mariagraziamartina (5/5): - La posizione ottima in quanto centrale Tutto fatiscente, persiana inesistente, pentolame inutilizzabile, piatti inesistenti, asciugamani no comment, acqua fredda nella doccia, uniche cose positive la zona centralissima e Roberta disponibilissima a dare consigli per i vari spostamenti. È inutile dire che non soggiornerei più in questa struttura, tante sono le cose da migliorare, i costi sono competitivi ma avrei felicemente pagato di più per avere maggior qualità.

Ya que no es una calle sin mas. Sino q esta dentro. Eso estaria bueno q se explique mejor al momento del check in
• Tanja (4/5): - De ligging was zeker in orde. Vlak in de oude stad en toch heel rustig. De accommodatie zelf. Verouderde bedden en beddengoed. Badkamer niet hygiënisch proper en ook verouderde handdoeken. Keuken kon niet gebruikt worden omdat alles oud en versleten is.

• AMPARO (10/5): Inmejorable ubicación - Excelente ubicación en la Spaccanapoli, pero dentro de la tranquilidad de un Palazzo. Andrea muy simpático y atento. La terraza una gozada. Apartamento muy amplio.

• Cecilia (8/5): Una estancia muy amena. - La atención de Andrea muy buena y su predisposición para lo que para lo que necesitáramos. Por otro lado su ubicación en pleno centro y cerca de todo. Quizá mejoraría que en la cocina hubiese un poco más de utencillos y una tostadora por ejemplo.

• Laurent (8/5): chela can nun - La location se situe au coeur de la ville de Naples. Il propose trois grandes chambres, un grand salon et une grande terrasse. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Andréa nous a indiqué de bons restaurants. Il s'est montré arrangeant lorsque nous sommes arrivés (nous avons pu déposer nos bagages en fin de matinée) et pour notre départ (en fin d'après midi). Nous espérons revenir bientôt Nous nous sommes rendus sur l'ile de Procida, une merveille !!!

• Richard (8/5): A great stay - Very central, close to everything you need. Very friendly security man and our host, although not needed much was very attentive towards our needs when called upon. If we come back to Naples in a big group we would definitely re-book.

It was super big and spacious with plenty of room for everyone, also came with a nice balcony area where we could all hang out. We could've had a few more sets of keys since it was so many of us, but it was not too much of a problem.

• Chloe (4/5): With some TLC it would be a great place to stay - Great location and nice to be able to book a place for many people to stay Bathrooms need some upgrading - shower heads broken, mould on shower curtain and shower floor needs a deep clean. Whole place felt a little dusty. No toaster. Fridge, towels and linen need replacing.

• Tim (9/5): So many positives about this place! Highly recommended - Location is excellent being in the middle of one of the famous streets in the Centro Storico - Spaccanapoli. The building itself has lots of character too as it is an old complex of apartments. The cool host Andrea took really good care of us - he was accommodating with our arrival time which was delayed, and allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment for the day after we checked out - grazie mille Andrea! The place itself has an interesting layout, clean, and very spacious. The highlight is the terrace! Perfect for a glass of wine after a day of exploring the city :D Pillows & towels bit worn
