• Simon (10/5): A good base for getting into the city to see the sights. - Our host, Melita, was lovely, giving very clear entry information and being there when we arrived, which was appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom also nice. There were lots of items provided for us, like soap, extra towels and extra pillows. Free parking was available on the street nearby and although it was busy, we found a spot both nights. Not the best area of town, but by far not the worst either.

• Uliana (10/5): Wonderful host, cozy room, convenient location - Excellent location, 20 min by tram to Duomo. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, with comfortable beds. Coffee, tea, kettle and a fridge are available.

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - This was a very comfortable stay at Melita’s property. We were able to arrange an early check-in, and Melita was very helpful. It’s obvious great care and pride is taken with the property. The location is excellent- about 5 minutes from a tram stop and about 25 minutes to the Duomo area. The coffee, comfortable mattress, nice bed/bath linens, a/c, etc combined to create a lovely atmosphere. We would recommend this property!

She rents out two rooms with a separate own private bathroom in one wing of her indeed very stylish decorated apartment. The room is spacious and very comfortable with a large bed and excellent airconditioning. The bathroom is adjoining and everything you need is provided for. In the hall you can make your own coffee and tea. The apartment is located in a save and quite area and feels very secure. Parking is free in the same street. The location is not far from the city centre and can easily be reached by tram just around the corner from the apartment.

There is no way to be much good, perfect, perfect, just perfect ! Melita (owner of apartment), was one of the best people I have met in recent years, more hospitable than Melita I have never met in the many years I have traveled through Europe! So helpful, she had thought of everything - water, kettle, tea,coffee etc. She even provided a bus ticket for the first day and gave lots of tips - where to eat, what to do, how to get bus tickets etc. Communication was excellent. It was safe, secure, spotlessly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Milan, wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Melita again. Highly recommend ❤️ There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. I only gave it a 9 for location because it was out of the city. But having said that the tram was only around the corner and it was easy to get everywhere.

I had to book this property because there was no other available accommodation at that time due to Fashion Week and 200 euros for 2 nights was really really high for this place considering it was not in the center + it was twin beds in a small room + Hosts live in the same apartment. Not additional services such as breakfast etc. It was unfortunately complete rip off!
