• Malik Amin Aslam (1/5): Terrible stay - worst experience - the location is good but comes with a sleepless noisy night - The location was good but that was the only good thing about the place There was a bad smell in the room as the window opened on to trash cans overflowing with garbage - to top this bad smell there was a constant heavy noise of bottles clanking into the rubbish bins by the Restaurants which went on till 1 pm. I had a terrible sleepless night and yes the hotel knew the problem and could only say sorry - which doesn’t assuage the pain of a terrible night. If anything they should have at the least refunded my wasted night and then tried to ensure this experience doesn’t happen again to any customer.
• Edvīns2709 (10/5): Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! - It is hard to imagine a better location in the center of Florence - 30 meters to Plazza Signoria, 100m to Uffizi, 200 to the Duomo. When you leave the hotel you see David and Cellini's Perseus. Authentic atmosphere of the old city center. Continental breakfast in an elegant café at Plazza. Despite the location, the room was pleasantly quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors and tourists on the street. Sorry owner, but it's a bit strange to register by sending copies of documents via WhattsApp, there are too many scams on the internet at the moment. In the end, everything was fine :-)

The bed is two mattresses instead of one, which wasn't horrible, just different. The window opens to the backside of several restaurants so you will hear some noise until later in the night.

In alternativa, dirigendosi verso sinistra, si accede direttamente a Piazza della Signoria. Si tratta, in sintesi, di una location di primissimo livello. La struttura si distingue per efficienza e pulizia. Inoltre, la colazione inclusa è di eccellente qualità, grazie alla selezione di un bar partner di alto profilo per i propri ospiti.

L'hôtel est à 30 mètres de la galerie des offices, à 30 mètres du Palazzo Vecchio, à 300 mètres du Ponte vecchio et à 350 de la cathédrale Santa Maria del Fiore ! C'est très propre et la literie est très confortable. Pas de superflu ! Un rapport qualité/prix qui défie toute concurrence ! L'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionné de toute la semaine. Ça ne ne nous a pas dérangé. Le problème est que si on avait eu des soucis de mobilité, je me demande comment on aurait fait... L'autre point qui nous a chagriné est qu'on ne voit personne. Les contacts avec l'hôtel se font par WhatsApp. La personne a l'air sympathique et il faut avoir confiance. Et on a eu raison d'avoir confiance !!
• Ruby (9/5): 位置极佳、非常舒适、值得推荐。 - 酒店位置极佳，就在市政厅广场边上，紧邻佣兵凉廊。隔着佣兵凉廊就是乌菲兹美术馆，离圣母百花大教堂步行不到10分钟。酒店周围餐馆商铺一应俱全，极其方便。只是因为门脸太不起眼，我们找了半个小时才找到。因为没有及时在booking上回复酒店需要的入住信息，办入住时酒店老板直接过来亲自办理。也因此了解到更多酒店的细节。据老板说，该酒店所在楼是他的祖上买下来的，盖楼所用的石头已经有1000+年的历史了。在酒店楼下还有他姨开的意大利餐馆，我们当天中午就去试吃了，味道很好，性价比不错。酒店很古老，但房间设施还是比较齐全的，床品也很舒服。有个非常可爱的升降梯，至少没有像在米兰时拎着行李上3层。酒店提供的早餐在市政广场上的一个咖啡馆，每天一人一杯咖啡加一个面包。也是体验了佛罗伦萨传统咖啡馆早晨的红火、热闹。非常感谢Silvano给我们提供了这么舒适的休息环境，以及非常实用的旅游信息，让我们在佛罗伦萨的四天时间过得非常充实且惬意。已经推荐给我即将到意大利旅行的朋友了。 没有。

• Franco (10/5): La torre antica è favolosa - L'hotel è a pochissimi metri da piazza della Signoria e dagli Uffizi. Per visitare Firenze è l'ideale. La stanza era molto bella, sufficientemente grande e con tutti i confort necessari. Doccia molto comoda. Ottimo il servizio concierge che abbiamo sfruttato poco semplicemente perche siamo molto organizzati quando viaggiamo. Certamente un valore aggiunto per chi nei viaggi ama improvvisare. La struttura ha mille anni e qualche piccolo disagio è da tollerare per un discorso di vincoli architettonici sull'edificio. La colazione al caffè storico pur con qualche limite di scelta e di possibilità di accomodarsi è favolosa. L'elenco potrebbe sembrare lungo ma in realtà in questo hotel si sta veramente bene. Da italiani abbiamo sentito la necessità del bidet. Ok c'è il tubo flessibile ma non è la stessa cosa. Le scale all'ingresso dell'edificio sono un male necessario e in realtà la scomodità non sta tanto in quello quanto nel fatto che manca spazio tra la porta di ingresso e le scale stesse. L'ascensore è un montacarichi che fa un po' paura ma in realtà è sicurissimo. Tuttavia molte volte abbiamo preferito fare le scale Come ho scritto sopra la posizione è ottima per girare Firenze ma in compenso arrivare dalla stazione con le valigie e tornarci è qualcosa di tremendo. Non è ovviamente colpa della struttura ma il percorso è lungo e i marciapiedi soprattutto vicino la stazione di Santa Maria Novella sono disastrosi. Inoltre nel weekend è difficile farsi largo tra la folla nella principale via dello shopping e in piazza duomo

Si riesce a visitare Firenze interamente a piedi, comodissima! Molto cordiale e disponibile il signor Silvano, sempre celere nelle risposte e nelle risoluzioni dei problemi, rintracciabile h24 su whatsapp, molto utili i consigli sui ristoranti o sulle principali attrazione da visitare. Nella stanza, sebbene affacciasse sullo stesso cortile interno del bagno, non si sentiva l'odore di fritto, era abbastanza luminosa, ben insonorizzata e disponibile di tutti i confort. La stanza e il relativo bagno affacciavano su un cortile interno, al cui piano terra si trovava la cucina di un ristorante di piazza della Signoria. Nel bagno purtroppo si sentiva puzza di fritto provenire dall'esterno, probabilmente dalla cucina del ristorante di sotto; era impossibile aprire la finestra per l'odore nauseante che c'era fuori, che passava anche attraverso l'infisso chiuso. Probabilmente servirebbe un infisso doppio per impedire che questo odore si senta nel bagno. Situazione risolta parzialmente spruzzando un profumatore per ambienti di cui eravamo in possesso, che spruzzavamo ogni volta che dovevamo usare il bagno.

• Hanne (8/5): Une bonne adresse pour une visite culturelle. - L'emplacement est au cœur de la ville, à deux pas des Offices et du vieux palais, à 5 minutes du Duomo. La literie est impeccable et le personnel fait très bien son travail. L'exiguité des parties communes est inhérente à la nature du bâtiment de même que le manque de luminosité, un inconvénient qui n'en est sans doute pas un durant la période chaude.
• Jennifer (10/5): An absolutely perfect home away from home while visiting all the key sights in Florence! - Room 25 at Casa Uffizi XIII Century Tower House Boutique Hotel was the perfect home away from home when visiting our daughter while she was studying abroad in Florence! The room offered a king size bed as well as a twin so she could stay over with us to maximize our time together. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, and a private bathroom with toiletries provided. Silvano was an excellent host, checking in with us via What's App and offering suggestions for what to do each day, arranging taxi transportation when requested, and assuring that we had a truly perfect stay. He even would have been able to accommodate us for an extra night when our flight home was cancelled. We were also able to check in early which was super helpful as we arrived around 10 a.m. The location was PERFECT! Just down the alley from the Piazza Signoria (to the right of the outdoor statues), it was a one-minute walk to Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi Galleries, a 4 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, and about 8 minutes to the Duomo. The only time we took a taxi was to the bus station (for an early departure for a day trip to Pisa) and to the airport for our trip home. The breakfast was steps away at the bar at Rivorie and included a cappuccino and a simple croissant ($0.40 euro upcharge for a fancier one). Delish! The room is up four flights of stairs. There is an elevator after the first flight, but it was small and I chose not to use it because I'm a bit claustrophobic. Not awful - just a lot of steps, so make sure you have everything before you leave! The historic windows let in a lot of street noise (no big deal if you're getting up and out early anyway) and are a bit drafty (it was unusually cold when we visited or I probably wouldn't have noticed). Finally, since our room was ready early we didn't have to worry about this, but there wasn't a truly secure place to leave our luggage prior to check in. While I'm sure it would have been just fine in the "lobby" (which is only accessible by other guests), I'd have appreciated a locked cabinet or more secure area to leave our bags before and after checkout.

• Lene Bach (9/5): - Beliggenheden af dette hotel var helt i top. Når vi lige havde vænnet os til det med morgenmaden, var det faktisk rigtigt hyggeligt at spise som italienerne. Hver dag fik vi en besked fra hotellet med forslag det dagens oplevelser, det var super dejligt! Ikke en finger at sætte på rengøringen. Vi oplevede en enkelt morgen eller to at der ikke var helt varmt vand nok til at vi begge kunne komme i bad så lang tid vi gerne ville.

• Aperez78 (10/5): Fantastic location and amazing stay - Literally in the heart of Florence, I'm so glad I got this hotel. We never had to use any type of transport and walked all over the city it's a 30 secs walk to the center of the Duomo where we woke up every morning to see that Beauty of the center. I would 100000% come back here and the staff were so nice when they were present. I loved the wine window that was next door to end or even start the day. If you are looking to do uffizi gallery, Duomo climb, or other activities you can't beat the hotels location! Also serves free breakfast next door with a voucher but since we were always up before they were open we can't say if it was good or not but a nice perk. Open the window to the restaurant's trash which was not pleasant, if you want some fresh air you will have to go outside. Didn't really bug us that much. But if you are prone to smell or bugs just keep them shut 😅

• Glenys (9/5): Very quirky hotel family run and spotlessly clean and made you feel you were living in 13th Century - The hotel arranged coffee and a croissant at a lovely bar Bar Rivoire - in the square close by. The location was fantastic - so close to the cathedral but we did not go in as the Q was massive. Close to the Arno river and we walked to the Pritti palace and gardens and loved the exhibition in the palace and the palace itself. Trying to find the front door to the hotel was hard - as it does not have a clear plaque or sign and there is another hotel close by also called Uffizi which confused us.

• Veronica (3/5): - Комната обычная. Две кровати, две тумбочки ,стол и шкаф. Зеркала в комнате нет. В душевой унитаз очень высокий как трон. Не высоким людям будет неудобно. Но самое ужасное, что не возможно открыть окно в комнате! (В туалете окно забито) Окно выходит на маленький внутренний двор-колодец . Под окнами внизу ДЕСЯТЬ МУСОРНЫХ БАКОВ. Когда открываешь окно в комнате , оттуда идет такая ВОНЬ, что невозможно терпеть. Воняет смесью пережаренного старого масла ,канализации и нечистот. Об этом никто НЕ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЛ. Так мы и жили все дни в духате. Постель обычная. Но подушки настолько твердые и плоские, что спать не возможно на них. Хозяева невидимки положили их две , но это не помогает. Это издевательство. Спишь просто на двух плоских блинах. Тапочек не было оставлено! На ресепшн никогда никого нет. Вся связь через WhatsApp. Освещение слабое в номере. Постоянный полумрак. Лифт отдельная песня. Очень неудобно спланирован - маленький и медленный. Нужно держать кнопку Непрерывно пока не доедешь. Он периодически перестает работать. В первый день приезда он не работал и нам двум женщинам пришлось тащить чемоданы на второй этаж по крутой и узкой лестнице. В последний день я не могла уже там спать и только ждала ,когда мы сбежим оттуда. И мы вышли и начали вызывать лифт, он вдруг снова НЕ ЕХАЛ. И снова пришлось самим спускать тяжелые чемоданы вниз. На входной двери с внутренней стороны даже нет ручки и открывать ее нужно на себя с лестницы. Хозяин ,Сильвано ,сделайте хотябы крючок на двери, чтобы хвататься и открывать ее с падающими на тебя чемоданами с лестницы. И почините лифт. Хотя , это мне уже не важно. УВЕРЕНА, ЧТО НИКОГДА НЕ ВЕРНУСЬ ТУДА.
• Rebecca (9/5): Lovely b and b - Extremely clean hotel room made up every day and cleaned with fresh tea and coffee , fantastic location Everything we didn’t like was the main marble stairs at the front as you come into the property

A lot of walking but close to river, Galleria degli Uffizi. - Apartment was difficult to find after a 1.3km walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. The owner at Bar Uffizi showed us the way. Communication is via WhatsApp. Need a door code to enter, the self-checkin. 200m from Galleria degli Uffizi, one of the most stunning art and sculpture museum. 50 metres from Piazza dell Signoria where you see a few reproduction of iconic statues. Transport is difficult, Firenze city centre is pedestrian traffic mostly. You have the occasion small trucks and taxi. had to drag my luggage to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station 1.3km 18 minutes.

• Désirée (7/5): Tolle Lage für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Das Gepäck konnte problemlos vor dem Check-in deponiert werden. Leider war es wirklich ziemlich laut vom Innenhof (Stimmen, Geschirrgeklimper, Abfallentsorgung). Mit Ohrstöpsel aber i.O.

• Thomas (9/5): - The location was absolutely fantastic and the breakfast was small, but high quality at a super charming, typical Italian bar. Would return any time!
• Andrea (10/5): Good value - The staff were wonderful and immediately available at all times by WhatsApp and during certain hours in person. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The courtyard outside was noisy in the evenings if the windows were open, but closing the window was sufficient to block most of the noise and that noise was only for a few hours of each evening. Sandra and Silvano were gracious and helpful.

• Paul (8/5): Florence is Avery busy place, thank goodness Casa Uffizi was nice and close when bed time came. Great place and recommen - The location is exceptional, very close to everything. Concierge was an excellent communicator, right on the ball, beds made every day. Probably a personal thing but the shower over the bath was difficult as you are a bit older and not as agile as years gone by.

• Kollia (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης και με τα πόδια όλα κοντά μας. Η εξυπηρέτηση του Συλβανο ήταν καταπληκτική. Μας κατατοπισε για τα αξιοθέατα, μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε. Το πρωινό μικρό, αλλά νόστιμο για τα δικά μου γούστα. Ήταν στο καλύτερο μαγαζί στην ωραιότερη πλατεία της Φλωρεντίας, ένα λεπτό από το δωμάτιο που μέναμε. Μπορούσαμε να τα φέρουμε και στο δωμάτιο. Όταν επισκεφθώ ξανά την Φλωρεντία εκεί θα μείνω και φυσικά θα το προτείνω και σε φίλους μου να μείνουν εκεί.

• Juliana (8/5): Top Lage und super Frühstück! - Die Lage ist wirklich top! Und der Concierge hat uns super bei allen Fragen geholfen. Das Café, in dem man sich sein Frühstück holen kann, hat zudem ganz tollen Kaffee und superleckere Croissants. Wir waren sehr happy. Das Zimmer war schön - nur das Fenster ging auf einen Innenhof mit Mülltonnen hinaus. Daher konnte man nicht gut lüften.

• Ľudmila (10/5): I recommend. - Silvano is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the Bar Rivoire was very good. The hotel is situated in the centre, right next to Palazzo Vecchio. Courtyard view and noise, but the overall impression of the accommodation is great.
