• Tadele Kiros (10/5): I recommend for any one who wants clean room - Luca is a wonderful gentile man who is very helpful and friendly. He even kept our baggage the whole day after we checked out. He was a phone call away for any help. The room was so clean with hotel standard white towels and beddings. Anybody who rents this room will be delighted with the services.
• Manos (8/5): - Πάνω απ' όλα η τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Μπαλκόνι με θέα.. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν λίγο ατημέλητο (σχισμένη τέντα και λάσπες από τις γλάστρες). Η τιμή του διαμερίσματος πολύ ακριβή γι αυτό που προσφέρει.
• Nino (10/5): Great location, clean and cozy apartment, an excellent host. - We booked a room in this apartment that was a bit smaller, but had a balcony with a coffee table and chairs, that was definitely great decision. The bedroom and the bathroom are very clean. Shared kitchen is also very clean and equipped with all the necessities. Luca, the owner, is very helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations. Communication went smoothly the whole time. The location is also really good, bus stop is just 3 minutes away, that will take you to the center in 20 minutes. They also have a private parking inside the building, those coming with the car can book the spot in advance, very safe and reliable. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

• Rafail (9/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή! - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο όπως και το κρεβάτι. Το μπάνιο μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο. Ο Luca μας υποδέχτηκε θερμά και μας έδωσε συμβουλές για τη διαμονή μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν η κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο που ήταν βρώμικη, σε αντίθεση με όλα τα υπόλοιπα που ηταν πολύ καθαρά.

• judith (8/5): - De kamer was fantastisch, de eigenaar heel erg vriendelijk. Goeie uitleg van de omgeving en heel fijn, het gebruik van alle faciliteiten. Parkeren op het terrein en heerlijke koffie en thee Helaas was er in de douche veel schimmel. De gordijnen en tegels waren erg vies en schimmelig Heel simpel op te lossen met nieuwe gordijnen en wat schimmel sprayen. Zonde dat dat niet opvalt bij de schoonmaak

The apartment is perfectly located in Navigli, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, public transport, and all the main attractions. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Luca, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful, and communication was excellent from the beginning. Highly recommended I would definitely stay here again.

• Andrea (10/5): Estancia muy comfortable en Milan - El apartamento estaba muy equipado y era muy comfortable. Nos fue muy facil acceder en bus o en tram y queda muy cerca del centro. Además Eleonora se mostró muy flexible y se acercó al apartamento cuando nosotras teniamos disponibilidad y no nos puso problemas con los horarios de check in y check out.

• Fadous (10/5): - Lucas was very friendly and helpful. He helped us plan our trip in Milan. We took three apartments, all of them clean and well organized. Everything you need is there! The location is very good since in 3 mins walk you can get to the tram. Nothing at all.

• CARLO (10/5): Oltre le aspettative, ci torneremo per la mostra sulla metafisica - Appartamento accogliente con tutto ciò che serve per i tre giorni in cui siamo stati. Il letto è molto comodo, l'oscuramento totale , la mtemperatura perfetta. L'accoglienza in particolare è stata superlativa. Il proprietario è una persona colta, portata alla socialità e di indicazioni molto utili per il soggiorno a Milano Niente. E' sui navigli, non proprio al centro, ma ben collegato con tram e metro, e trovi locali particolarmente buoni

• Wittig (10/5): Excelente alojamiento en Milano - La hospitalidad de Luca, una persona muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, limpias, cómoda y espaciosas. La ubicación es perfecta, un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad pero bien conectada, cerca hay estaciones de bus y tram lo que facilita la movilidad. No tengo nada negativo

I read soooo many reviews and different places before booking that i might have missed that is actually a room with a private toilet. Shared kitchen. Didn't hear many noises felt like being by ourselves.

La habitación esta genial, con todo lo necesario, incluido mini bar y cositas para el desayuno dentro de la habitación y el baño estaba recien reformado con todos los amenites que se puedan necesitar, y tambien secador. Habian mantas y almohadas extra en el armarios La habitación era agradable y luminosa. El dueño, Luca, nos facilito y ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos, llegamos el primer día muy tarde y nos envio todas las indicaciones para poder entrar y nos facilito las llaves para poder hacerlo aun cuando pone que el check in es hasta las 19h. El ultimo dia cuando dejamos el alojamiento me puse en contacto con el para preguntarle algunas dudas sobre donde encontrar algo y nos contesto encantado y muy amable Que no me di cuenta o no se si esta especificado que es una habitación y el apartamento tiene dos, yo creia q era un apartamento con una habitación lo que estaba reservando, aun asi quedamos contentos porque el baño era privado y la cocina no la ibamos a usar.

The apartment was so nice, clean and comfy, with facilities like TV, kitchen, even washing machine included, and a cute balcony. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly, thank you Eleonora! Finally, the location is perfect, with a direct 20-ish minutes tram ride to the centre (stop is 3 minutes away) and a Lidl close by. It is also close to a metro stop, which connects you to the central station, as well as the Unipol forum (if you're attending an event) which is only 3 stops away! It's also situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful canals and plenty of bars/cafes.

Yet with the tram stations just round the corner, its very easy to reach the city centre in just a few minutes.The apartment has everything that one needs with a spacious clean bathroom and comfy bed. We watched a game in San Siro and bus took us just under the apartment. The kitchen shown in the photos is in reality in a common area shared with another apartment. This for me was unclear.

Friendly and very responsive host who provided perfect recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Stylish decoration. Well equipped kitchen. Tram stop within 3 minutes walk. Two mini-terraces: one in the common area and another one private. Air conditioning, huge towels, sufficient toiletries supply. Cozy and welcoming place, definitely saving for my future trips. NB: while the room has a private bathroom with entrance directly from the room, the kitchen is shared with the second room guests, was absolutely ok for us. Thanks!!

Luca is super friendly and very accommodating - we were even allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Super easy going. Grazie per tutto! There is a coffee bar within a few minutes walk, other than that not much in the immediate vicinity. However, there is a superb grocery store open seven days a week within a 5 minute walk and with a full apartment at a reasonable price in Milano, you’ll be able to cater to all your needs.

A big plus, it is very calm at night in the bedroom. The flat is on the opposite side of the city from the central train station, a little off the center, which I should have checked before. (But it is very close to Navigli which is a great area to go out in the evening!)
