Please note that this property is a simple accommodations (kanishukusho) and is not a ryokan.
Please note children must be 7 years of age and older to stay at this property, and that children can only be accommodated only in the following room type: Triple Room with Shared Bathroom.
Please note that check-in is only accepted until 22:00. Guests who do not contact the property by 22:00 on the day of check-in and do not arrive will be treated as a no show.
Please note that the reception is open between 08:00 - 11:00 and 16:00 - 22:00. Please note that the property staff may not be able to attend to guests arriving outside these hours.
Guests will be able to chose their beds in dormitory rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that guests cannot request upper or lower bunk and bed location preferences in advance.

- ブラック (7/5): 私自身はゆっくりできました。 - 3世代の７名で利用させて頂きました。チェックイン時にはスタッフさんからしっかりと利用についての説明がありました。施設、設備は古民家ではありながらも綺麗にさせていました。 宿泊人数か多かった為1階と2階の部屋に分かれての宿泊となりましたが、1階の和室では夜間鍵を閉めていたにも関わらず引き戸を開けようとする、また2階のベッド空間ではカーテンを閉めているカーテンを開けられるなど他の宿泊者からあり、子供達はびっくりしたようです。ちゃんとスタッフさんが入っていますみたいな表示をしてくれてたにもかかわらずなので致し方ありませんが。
- Yukano (5/5): - 駅から近く、建物は古民家で歴史を感じますが清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で気さくに話しかけてくださり、全体的には満足しています。 滞在中にスタッフの方の歓迎会が行われていたようで、22時以降は静かにという案内があったにも関わらず、23時半をすぎても騒がしく、少し残念でした。事前に案内があるか、時間への配慮があるとより安心して滞在できると思います。 それ以外はとても良かったので、また利用したいです。

Hay locales de comida local y el metro a algunas cuadras Al ser un lugar tradicional deben tener en cuenta que las paredes son de corredera, de papel/madera y vidrio, el aislamiento de sonido no es tan bueno

- Kei (7/5): 大阪城や万博会場にアクセスしやすい - 築90年の古民家に滞在できます。 1階ではコーヒー飲めます。 ドミトリーは天井高くていいです。 旅関係の本がたくさんあります。 洗面台2つ、トイレ2つ、シャワー１つと人数に比べて少ないです。タイミング合わないと待つことになります。

- Eriko (3/5): せっかく家や、家の雰囲気はいいのにもったいない。 - 畳があるところ 雰囲気 ウェルカム感がない 寝るだけの人にはいいと思う 他のゲストのためだとは思いますが『ダメ』が多い。 私もお金を払って泊まったゲストなんですが…。 そしてゲストは様々います。そこの考えや柔軟性がないような。 全部は無理でもできるだけ可能なものを提供しよう、可能にしていこう、というのがない。 なのでここの宿泊施設は旅行客が人と出会えたり、落ち着けたり、安心できる場所、というよりただ寝るだけのカプセルホテル、というビジネスなんだなと思いました。

- Sunisa (5/5): - The house is cozy, the Taiwanese reception staff is very nice, and the location is quite peaceful. The house is slightly old, and strict check-in times are enforced. I lost one night's payment for being just 15 minutes late. Be careful to plan your check-in time, as there is no flexibility or sympathy regarding late arrivals or suggestions for alternative accommodations.

- Yasuhiro (10/5): ゲストを大切に、人と人を繋げる場所 - 宿のオーナー、スタッフ、そして他のゲストとも交流でき、とても楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。 色々やらなくてはならないこともあると思われる中、午前中フリーだった私に付き合ってお話ししてくださり、大変感謝しています。 案内もとても丁寧でわかりやすかったし、紹介してくださった近隣のお店はどれもとても素晴らしかったです。 古民家を活かしながら、それでいて快適に整えられた設備がとても落ち着けて最高でした。 ドミトリーに泊まりましたが、カプセルホテルのように一人ずつスペースが区切られており、一人の時間も落ち着いて過ごせます。 また是非泊まりたいです。 思いつきません。

- Marissa (10/5): - 距離車站步行6分鐘內可達, 在是很靜謐的住宅區; 步行至全家lawson也都不遠! 非常推薦給隔天要去大阪城的旅客! 忘了帶毛巾也可以租借(日幣300), 有吹風機、電棒捲! 雖然很多人都評論浴室只有一間不方便, 但是我覺得錯開洗澡時間應該就可以避免了! 有廚房(免費使用)、洗衣機(付費使用) 被子很厚~ 舒服睡到天亮

- itsuo (10/5): 大阪の古民家ゲストハウスでのんびり滞在 - 古民家を改装した素敵なゲストハウスです。 繁華街から少し離れているため夜は静かでゆっくり過ごせました。 オーナーさんにはお会いできませんでしたが、 台湾出身のヘルパーさんとのおしゃべりがとても楽しく温かい雰囲気で過ごせました。 ドミトリーのベッドはとにかく頑丈で広く、上段・下段ともにほぼ個室のようなプライバシーが確保されています。 アクセスはJRの駅からは少し離れていますが(鴫野駅や森ノ宮駅から徒歩20分)、 大阪メトロの緑橋駅からなら徒歩5分と便利です。 バーを営業している日もあり地元の方との交流も楽しめるかもしれません。 次回もまた訪れたいですね。 強いてあげれば古民家なので階段が急だったりシャワールームに行く時に一瞬だけ外に出なくてはならないこと。 一瞬ですがね。

Our room was on the first floor and it was right in front of a cafe which is improper and made us uncomfortable. The whole hostel had one single bathroom, unmatched for the number of guests staying here. We had to wait almost an hour to take a shower at almost midnight.

- Cameron (7/5): Great spot with friendly staff and roomy bunks. - Nice house, classic Japanese architecture. The staff were very friendly and made an amazing breakfast and coffee. Plenty of room in the bunk, more than just a capsule, enough space to sit up and organize your things. one shower for the whole place is a bit tough, it’s a journey to get to it too.

- Michael (10/5): Perfect stay in traditional Japanese house - I liked to stay in a traditional Japanese house, this was a nice experience. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious. I also liked the location away from the tourist spots, still very easy to reach with metro. Was also very quiet.

All that made for an excellent stay. In addition, there were convenience stores, a breakfast place and more nearby. The nearest Midoribashi station was also accessible within a 10-minute walk. 特になし。 Nothing in particular.

- TOMOKO (7/5): 親戚の家のようでした。 - スタッフの方は感じ良かったです。 部屋は古く、親戚の家に行った感じでした。チェックインさえすればあとは出られたのでよかったです。 良くないわけではないですが、チェックインは、22時までにしないと入れない点は、よく説明を理解しておかないと、普通のホテルや、旅館とは違うので、気をつけないといけません。万博を早めに切り上げ予定を変更し、チェックインをしました。部屋以外はすべて共有でした。布団もきれいなのか？どうなのか？分かりにくく、パットではなくて白いアイロンのかかったシーツならそのほうが清潔感はあったのかな？と思います。親戚の家のようでした。海外の方が何人かみえました。いろいろ、驚きました。

- JUAN JOSE (7/5): - Lo reservamos el mismo día por un cambio de planes a un precio súper económico. Nos dieron una habitación que si no se ocupa se usa como sala común del albergue, donde nos pusieron futones cómodos. Nos avisaron de que podía ser ruidosa por estar cerca de la recepción y del único baño antes de confirmar la reserva, pero la gente fué muy respetuosa y dormimos genial. El personal muy amable.

- sebastian (10/5): - Es un lugar genial, muy simple, en una casa típica japonesa. El ambiente es familiar y el anfitrión muy amable. Los cubículos son cómodos y espaciosos, hay lugar de sobra e intimidad, casi como una pequeña habitación. Sobre el mapa la ubicación parece alejada, pero en realidad son solo cinco estaciones desde el centro. Una noche incluso volví caminando y fue un paseo interesante, por zonas que de otra manera no hubiera conocido. Nada.
