• CYRILLE (10/5): Emplacement parfait - Appartement idéalement situé dans le quartier Shinjunku, à quelques mètres du métro et de son quartier animé. Le fait qu’il soit retiré de l’avenue principale, le soir on est au calme et plus aucun bruit de rue. Un locker se trouve dans la rue (100m) pour déposer ses valises car les Check in sont souvent tard au Japon. L’appart est confortable au niveau literie mais pour 3 personnes avec des grandes valises ça devient compliqué de les ouvrir. Pas de rangement pour déposer les affaires, seulement des cintres au mur. La salle de bain a juste un mini lavabo au dessus des toilettes mais la douche est spacieuse et il y a un lave linge. Manque de rangement

• Wreme (9/5): Great modern apartment in quiet and very convenient location - It is a great apartment close to two train stations. It is very quiet area, but you just walk a block and you are in the middle of a lively neighbourhood with lots of food places etc. The apartment was great, quiet at night, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Great towels were also provided and washing machine and drying facilities worked very well. There is no lift in the building and this is the top floor apartment on level 3. It is two sets of stairs since level 1 is the ground floor in Japan. Living room floor a little sticky. There are no cooking utensils, just plates, cups and cutlery. It didn’t matter to us since we didn’t plan to cook but I thought I mention it in case you are booking an apartment to be do home cooking. There was a kettle though.
• Tanja (9/5): Well located in the shinjuku area - The easy check in and the possibility getting the room at 1 pm. When we arrived we called them, 5 minutes later someone came and explained everything to us (room access, AC, washing machine). The location is in a quiet area and the bed is very comfortable. Nothing really. Small sink in the bathroom, but we got used to it.

The drying room feature didn’t work too well, we did laundry and had to have the dryer on overnight or longer for the clothes to be dry. Sometimes they just would not be totally dry.

La ubicación era buena, algo escondido, pero cerca del metro, lo que facilitó llevar las maletas por la calle sin necesidad de pedir un taxi. Las camas eran perfectas, con colchones firmes. Buen descanso. Por situar la reseña, nuestra estancia fue para tres adultos y en abril de 2026. Blossom week. La habitación era algo pequeña para tres adultos con tres maletas de cabina y una maleta de bodega. La mesa con las sillas para comer era algo muy similar a tratar de resolver un tetris. Fue imposible. Terminé comiendo sentado en la escalera. Si volviese a Tokio y no encontrase otra opción, sin duda repetiría, pero en mi opinión no puedo poner de nota un 9 a este alojamiento, porque si este alojamiento es un 9, ¿qué nota hay que poner a un hotel más grande?

Idéalement il aurait été préférable d’envoyer les informations du Check in 48 heures d’avance puisqu’il faut calculer les 16 heures de vol et 13 heures de décalage dans notre cas ! Bien que ce fut parfait, il serait agréable d’avoir des oreillers supplémentaires

• Anastasiia (9/5): в целом очень довольны проживанием, все удобства были, хорошо работали, девушка администратор нас встретила и все объясн - нереально близко к станции shin-okubo, на главной улице очень много магазинов/кафешек/комбини, в общем жизнь кипит. но как только сворачиваешь на улочку, где расположен дом - там тишина) приятный парадокс практически уникальный вариант:апартаменты с двумя раздельными спальнями и ваннами и общей гостиной - идеально если путешествуете вчетвером. в квартире три кондиционера - замерзнуть или зажариться невозможно, очень легко достигнуть комфортной температуры. очень классно придумана сушилка для белья: все помещение ванной - одна большая сушилка с горячим воздухом, вещи не запрели после стирки и за ночь просохли) из окон в спальной очень хорошо слышно улицу, и в ночь с субботы на воскресенье нас разбудила случайно заблудшая в райончик шумная компашка
• Anna (9/5): Great location, great facilities, would recommend for a great stay in Tokyo! - BMJ is in a great location, just off the hustle and bustle of the Main Street so nice and quiet to sleep, but perfectly located! Really close to the station and it was so easy to get around everywhere! There was so much to explore in the local neighbourhood too, really a great spot to stay to explore Tokyo! The apartment itself had great facilities and was a generous size. Very comfortably fit my partner and I with space for our big bags. It would be tricky with 3 people. We used the single bed to store our luggage, and without that space you’d be a tight squeeze. It’s really perfect for 2 people to feel comfortable!

• Huixia (7/5): Staff was very responsive and property was clean. - There’s a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for those who are staying for more than a few days. The staff was very responsive and accommodating even though it was during the New Year’s period. I think the unit is suitable at most for 4 people. I stay with my family of five and the bed was too small for my husband and me.
• Alina (9/5): Good size - The hotel Is located in a residential neighborhood, but its not far from the main street and all the shops. The train station is like a 5-7 min away. The room is a good size especially for tokyo, we were two people, had plenty of space to open 4 suitcases. Has a washing machine which is great. The shower itself is very comfortable i liked that it has a seat. there’s heating just for the shower, so that way you can dry your clothes. The sink in the bathroom is tiny, and its above the toilet, so its not really functional for anything then washing your hands. We brushed our teeth and got ready in the kitchen sink, but it also wasn’t great, And doesn’t have enough space and just feels uncomfortable honestly , its right at the entrance, above the trash, feels unclean to wash your face that way.

• Christina (8/5): Great location! - Great location on a really quiet side street, just a short walk off a bright and busy tourist street. The JR train station is 2min walk away and very convenient to hop onto the Tokyo loop line and take a quick trip to any of the surrounding areas. The neighbourhood felt really safe. So many food options locally. The beds were comfortable, washing machine in the bathroom was great, the host very friendly and accommodating. Be mindful that there is a step up into the bedroom and into the bathroom. It is not a huge step, but it is uncomfortable if you are short or have leg/back problems, especially if stepping down from the bedroom at night or first thing in the morning - be careful. Kitchenette and sitting space is too small to actually sit and eat a meal together. The dryer function in the bathroom took many many hours to dry our hanging clothes after washing, but there is a coin laundry with dryers just a short stroll away if you're in a rush to dry clothes.

Shower was nice The heating starts and cuts out according to a thermostat. So all night long hot air would blow down onto the bed. Then cut out until it got below a certain temp and then kick in again. I would not stay here again

• dmv19k (10/5): Great restful and peaceful escape after a long day of noise and chaos. - The minute you walk off the noise and chaos of the main street towards the apartment, it becomes very peaceful. Was a little worried at first that we would have to carry our luggage up to the second floor but the apartment is on the ground floor. Train station, konbini and food are all close by. Wish I had more time to explore the area. Absolutely grateful for the washing machine and drying room. Room was clean. Shower was strong. You may have to brush your teeth or wash your face in the shower, or the tiny sink above the toilet or in the kitchen. No biggie. The bed was really comfortable. Size of room is good for 2 people, might be abit crowded or tight for 2. We were 2 ladies with one large luggage each and carry on bags. Everything was great. Didnt like that I didnt have more time to explore the area.

Además, está cerca de la calle comercial con restaurantes, tiendas, etc. El apartamento es amplio y está limpio y recogido. También es de los más espaciosos de todos los que nos hemos alojado en nuestra estancia en Japón. Además, tenia lavadora y podías secar la ropa en el baño, lo que también es un plus si vas con lo justo y varios días. Si vas muy cargado no tiene ascensor para subir las maletas y tienes que subirlas por las escaleras.

• Juan Manuel (9/5): - Alojamiento espacioso cerca de una calle con muchos restaurantes y animación y de una estación de la linea JR. La zona está muy bien, a poca distancia andando de Shinjuku. Personal muy disponible, nada más escribirles te responden y vienen a casa si hace falta. Camada muy cómoda. Tiene lavadora, lo que nos resultó de mucha utilidad. Volvería encantado a esta casa La cama está pegada a la pared, por lo que salir por ese lado es complicado, pero esto es algo común en Japón, donde los espacios son muy reducidos. Creo que sería mejor eliminar la tercera plaza y colocar la cama de otra manera. El lavabo del baño (muy mal situado) tenía poca agua. Pero en cualquier caso, son dos problemas mínimos que no perjudican la valoración que hago de la casa.

• Roberto (10/5): - Appartamento ben tenuto e pulito. Tutto molto compatto ma non manca nulla. Probabilmente per tre persone è un po piccolino, comunque siamo stati 6 notti e siamo stati bene. La zona mi è piaciuta molto ed è comoda come punto di partenza per girare la città. Due minuti dalla metro. Forse il fatto che la finestra si possa aprire solo in parte.

Shinjuku is in walking distance, metro station is a few mins walk also. In a quiet area which was perfect to settle in after long days sight seeing. Perfect location to visit all sights/ travel around to Tokyo. Super clean. Good size. Easy check in and out process! Would highly recommend and would stay here again if visiting Tokyo.
