• Sophie (10/5): Einmaliger Blick auf den Skytree - Der Blick aus dem Zimmer direkt auf den Skytree war einfach traumhaft, vor allem wenn er abends beleuchtet ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, war sauber und bequem. Obwohl die Lage nicht sehr zentral ist, würde ich sie dennoch empfehlen, denn die Gegend um die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Trotzdem erreicht man in kürzester Zeit Bus oder Bahn und kann gut nach Asakusa laufen. Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert und wir waren dankbar, dass uns die Unterkunft gegen eine kleine Gebühr einen früheren Check-in geben konnte. Wir würden die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehen und wieder hier übernachten. Es ist - wie in Tokyo eben üblich - alles ein kleines bisschen eng, vor allem zwischen Bett und Esstisch, aber einen großen Koffer haben wir trotzdem aufbekommen.

• Katja (8/5): - Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Nächster Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Sehr sauber. Alles nötige für den tgl. Bedarf war vorhanden Für die Grösse des Zimmers sehr hohes Preisniveau. Auf den Fotos wirkt das Zimmer deutlich größer und moderner.

• Kai Georg (9/5): - The large balcony was great, and the room was a pleasant size! The area was very quiet, and the train station was just a few minutes' walk away. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn't working for the first two days. However, we identified and resolved the problem thanks to a quick solution and assistance via email from the landlord.
• Polina (10/5): Amazing apartment with everything you need! - Clean, beautiful and spacious apartment! Kitchenette, laundry area and shower were amazing, it was way more spacious than we expected. Location was excellent, with quite some key attractions, combini and metro all within a few minutes reach. The host was helpful and fast with replying.

• Judit (10/5): Egy tökéletes szállás Tokióban. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, közel a közlekedési csomópontokhoz. Az utca nagyon csendes. A házban van lift, így a csomagokat könnyen tudtuk mozgatni. A lakás tiszta és kényelmes. Örülök, hogy ezt az ajánlatot foglaltam. Nem jut eszembe semmi.

Laundry, kettle, stove, shower everything worked as expected. Location is 11 minutes walk from metro station, about 18 minutes walk from super market, 5 minutes from Sumida river walk. I had to pay extra for checking in 2 hours early even though I was staying at the property for 6 days :-(

The dryer didn't work very well, but we were able to hang clothes outside to dry. A lighted magnifying makeup mirror over the vanity sink and a little shelf nearby would be helpful. Quality of towels is very cheap. Check-in was confusing. We never recd a qr code.

• HISAKO (8/5): 立地も良く、快適、便利な宿泊施設 - 住宅街で静かなのに、スカイツリーも近く、歩いて行かれる距離に食事処も多い。 お部屋、風呂、トイレ、キッチン、どれも整っていて清潔感があり。 入室すると暖房で暖められていました。 必要なものは備え付けられています。 キッチンには、食器、調理道具、食器洗剤もあり、冷蔵庫は冷えていました。 洗濯機、洗濯洗剤、クローゼットには洗濯物干し、アイロン、アイロン台まで整っています。 お部屋には整えられたベッドにタオル、食卓テーブルと椅子、コーヒーメーカーとカップ、ティーパックもあります。 浴室、トイレは別で浴室暖房もあり、快適。 落ち着いて静かに過ごすことができました。 チェックインからアウトまで、誰にも会うことはありません。 セルフチェックイン方法について、心配でしたが、メールでお知らせが届き、説明と写真で理解できました。 残念ながら、洗面所はお湯が出ませんでした。 ベッドサイドテーブルの引き出しに忘れ物が入っていました！

Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine (Cups Nespresso 2 für den ersten Morgen waren da), Microwelle; Waschtrockner und Waschmittel, Hausschuhe; genug Platz und Schrank für die Wäsche und Koffer. • 詠博 (10/5): 居住空間跟大門 - 此次室內空間很喜歡，蠻適合個人或是情侶的簡單小坪數，不會太大或是太小，本身是很喜歡這樣居住感覺。 這次是首次住宿無人自助旅社，剛到達不知道怎麼進入大門，還好有同一棟旅客教怎麼進門的方式，不然第一天就遇到問題，希望貴旅社的大門教學方式可以再更新一下，上面的圖示是舊的。

• ナン (6/5): - The location is very good, and I saw the Tokyo Skytree that night after I went out the nearest subway station. This is my first time to say the Skytree at night. I think the price is a bit high regarding its facilities. I lived in a similar room in Sapporo, homestay as well. They included more daily goods, e.g., toothbrush, but with around less 2/3 of the price. Other things are very good. I bought my toothbrush in the convenience store that night.

Location is fine. 3 min. walking to Bus# 38, 5 min. walking to Bus# 26, 5 min. walking to Bus# 10, 15 min. walking to SkyTree Metro station which has trains to both HND airport or NRT airport. 2. the hotel street is very quiet for good sleeping. 3. The closed 7-11 store is around corner and there are several supermarkets around Skytree Station. 4. All room facilities were working every well and there was not any issue at all, during our 33 days stay. 5. The hotel staff were nice and very polite, even we didn't see each other much. 6. The check-in and check-out processes ere easy and smooth, no problem at all. 7. We booked this hotel via Booking.com. It was very easy process. Bookin.com kept communications with us very often. There were some construction noises during daytime nearby. But it was quiet during night.
• Jasmijn (10/5): - You get a good studio that is spacious enough for 2 people. Its nice that you have a bureau with 2 chairs, to eat your meals at. Also firm beds, everything is clean. Washing/drying machine. Towels were normal. Its the best deal. You get a lot of storage also. I would definitly go here again. You are very close to a lot of stores and the skytree (which has a giant mall and a station)

• Agata (10/5): - Nie wyobrażam sobie wygodniejszej i lepiej zorganizowanej przestrzeni. Mieszkanie jest wspaniałe - ładne, znakomicie zaprojektowane, słoneczne, przyjazne. Mieści się w kilkupiętrowym budynku z windą w cichej okolicy, z której łatwo dotrzeć (również na piechotę) do różnych atrakcji miasta. Komunikacja z gospodarzami była znakomita: zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło z łatwością, a wszystkie otrzymane instrukcje były czytelne i świetnie przemyślane. Szafy w korytarzu pomieściły z łatwością nasze dwie ogromne walizki, a wszystkie sprzęty działały bez zarzutu i można je było łatwo obsłużyć. Była to moja pierwsza wizyta w Tokio - jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę, na pewno chciałabym znów zatrzymać się w Skytree Residence.
