• Dominik (2/5): Avoid this place! - That is was there, like physically the building is there, that’s the only advantage The level of filth here is beyond words. There was hair everywhere, and I even found a disgusting clump of hair from previous guests in the bathroom drain. The whole bathroom was filthy, the sheets didn’t smell fresh, and the "wooden floor" is just cheap PVC. The third part management is a disaster. While the owner promised I wouldn’t have to pay for the night due to the mess, the agency went ahead and charged me anyway. On top of that, the number of purchased fake reviews for this place is staggering. It’s pathetic that they think people won't notice the reality. Avoid this place at all costs!

• Małgorzata (7/5): - Detailed info regarding self check in sent a few hours before check in. Easy and painless process. The location was good. The place is run down and needs deep clean, not only quick wipe around on the top of surfaces. I'm sure it was nice when it was new but it's time to re-fresh the whole place. My room was on the top floor and it got extremely hot from the direct sun, but the aircon wasn't cooling. On the top of this, the aircon was placed directly above the bed and water was leaking. I ended up not using the aircon at all. For the money they ask, I'm sure you can find better properties around.

• cameron (2/5): I don’t recommend - The room was not the worst at the start but we noticed more things wrong as we wore there longer. We stayed 3 nights and THE HEAT IN THE ROOM. ROOM 301!!! We arrived late on our first night and the AC was not working, it was leaking and not cooling the room we “slept” that night in a sweat and notified the owner I think? They said they would have a technician fix it so that was all fine, they said it was fixed, we went back that evening and it was the exact same? We said it again and they put us into another room which was so much bigger ROOM 103, they said again the next day the technician would fix it and they said it was fixed and AGAIN we went back that evening and still wasn’t fixed, it was around 8pm then and they said they would call a technician to come fix it around 9:30pm or LATER, we wanted to have an early night so we said no and wanted another room but they said they didn’t have any, They said take a fan and again “they will call a technician to fix it the next day” even though we checkout the next day so it didn’t matter then, i did ask could I meet whoever I was texting on WhatsApp TWICE and they ignored it, they did refund us for the 2 nights we stayed in the hotbox room but it wasn’t about money it was the inconvenience and the fact a problem couldn’t be fixed even tho somebody tried more than once. I wouldn’t recommend. When we checked out some staff of some sort sat there and just asked did we get our money from the refund, no apology no interaction of how bad our stay was. There was about 5 staff there and they all just kind of sat there looking at us. IF YOUR GONNA STAY THEN MAKE SURE YOU DONT STAY IN ROOM 301!!! Room 301 is unacceptable and also dirty and the TV would not turn on👍

• Max (6/5): 6/10 - de locatie was prima, het personeel reageerde snel op de berichten De airco kan niet aanblijven als je weggaat, het duurt zeker 2u voordat de kamer koud is. Tijdens de 6 dagen kregen we geen nieuwe handdoeken of de kamer werd schoongemaakt, ook was er tijdelijk geen koud water voor meerdere uren.

Front door had a code so security was solid, stable wifi, A/C came in handy, the location is tucked into an alley but plenty of coffee/food spots nearby. 20-minute ride to both the airport and more central parts of the city. I kind of forgot what other amenities there were, but for the cost, I'm totally fine with the stay. Key card for the room didn't initially work so had to wait a few minutes for someone else to come with a new/working card. Aside from that small hiccup, fine.

Pas dans l’hyper centre mais à 20/30 minutes à pied des lieux intéressants. Personnel extrêmement arrangeant pour mes bagages que j’ai pu laisser ! • Caroline (5/5): Passable, nécessite un gros nettoyage. - L’emplacement était très bien, dans le centre mais au calme dans un quartier sympathique. Nous avons bien dormi, le lit est assez confortable. Pas de personnel sur place mais très réactifs et sympathiques via WhatsApp. La propreté est vraiment à revoir… Nous avons du demander un coup de propre en arrivant car nombreux cheveux au sol, poils et cheveux sur les draps. Cela a été fait rapidement, merci encore. Le siphon de l’évier n’est pas nettoyé, de même que le siphon de la douche qui doit être plein de cheveux car l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement. Tapis de douche dans un état pitoyable. La poubelle à papier WC mérite un coup de propre au niveau du couvercle aussi, question d’hygiène. Le frigidaire n’est pas nettoyé non plus. Le balai et toutes les saletés restent sur le palier ce n’est vraiment pas agréable.

• Uliana (3/5): I don’t recommend - my booking was confirmed, we arrived and left our things at the reception, as we were told that check-in was only at 2 p.m. While we were walking, I was told that my booking was cancelled and that all the rooms were currently occupied. There were several free rooms on Booking. Instead of my booking, we were offered another hotel, but according to the photos it was much worse and for the same price. We refused.
