- Bruno (6/5): Tinha tudo pra ser perfeito, mas não foi - Café da manhã é entregue numa cesta no Chalé. Hidro é otima e o atendimento é ótimo. Tinha tudo para ser perfeito, mas o chalé é muito frio e úmido e não há um sistema de aquecimento eficaz. Mesmo colocando lenha na lareira a madrugada toda o quarto não aqueceu o suficiente e passamos uma noite difícil com a nossa bebê. No dia seguinte, Nos ofereceram cobertas extras, mas optamos por fazer o checkout antecipado e encerrar nossa estadia e buscar um outro hotel para passar a noite. Um aquecedor elétrico ou um ar-condicionado resolveria o controle interno da temperatura. Mas a acomodação não possui e a lareira não aquece o quarto, comprometendo o conforto térmico principalmente a noite quando a temperatura cai.

- Fernanda (8/5): Beautiful and quiet spot. Small improvements would be good. - The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet spot. The fireplace in the room was nice. The breakfast basket is cute. The room was a bit cold. The towels and sheets didn’t feel nice. There was no hairdryer in one of the rooms. The breakfast could have more variety and it was a pity that the eggs were cold (they come warm but if you don’t eat it immediately it gets cold because it is served on the basket left in front of the room). The water of the bathtub and shower was initially cold ( we needed to request the staff to warm it up). The sauna was not available.
