Aileen26 (8/5): Good for 1 night - The view was lovely (not from our room itself but from the front of the premises). There was also a tower that we could climb (for free) which had an awesome view. The lady working there was helpful even though her English was limited. We communicated our needs through Google translate. They stay was good for 1 night - I wouldn't stay for more than 1 night though. They don't accept card to pay for the breakfast. We had to go into town to find an atm to withdraw cash. If you are planning on eating breakfast rather book it ahead of time. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Sanchar (8/5): Great stay - The location is beautiful for a relaxing vacation with a nice view of the wine crops and the city. The staff were very helpful. The room was big with a pretty comfortable bed. The WiFi was fast enough. The breakfast included usual food like bread, cheese, meat, cereals, etc. and was not bad. For travellers who dislike hiking, the hotel is very hard to reach by foot as it is on an elevation (can be reached by taxi of course). The shower was not too heavy and the temperature control was hard to fine-tune.
Nicholas (9/5): Great hotel, a bit out of the way. Rooms are perfect. Dinner was average (bit over cooked). - Room was fantastic and bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. Dinner at restaurant was “ok” and breakfast buffet was good for the money. Pillows were German style, square with lots of fluff and no substance. Time to move to a more European rectangular pillow with less fluff and more substance. I don't like the idea of a tiger zoo on the premises. A tiger should live in the wild or in a large environment, not a small cage.

Peter (8/5): Room good, scenerie perfect. - The location of the hotel is really nice. There is the Tiger zoo, the view of the rhine valley is really superb. In addition, the Bismarckturm is just next to the hotel, with another superb view from the top. The room was good, I like especially the terrasse outside with a table and two chairs, to enjoy the scenerie. Breakfast is good.

Emily (10/5): Exceptional - The location was further than anticipated. From Google maps it was either 1.5km or 5 km from Ingleheim city center. There was no train or bus. There is a very nice footpath through the vineyards. From the train station to to the hotel is 3.25km. Uphill to the hotel. I was at a very anxiety ridden conference and the walk was hugely appreciated.

Bseverein (6/5): Not enough value for money - It has a wonderful view into the Rhine valley and the Bismarck tower was free to enter, even outside opening hours. Beds were wonderful. It's old and quite a strange place to arrive in the evening in the dark. Nobody there, all extremely quiet. We found our keys in an open locker, had to find everything ourselves. The regular room was very tiny, not at all what you expect for that price. Shower (and room) can need an extra round of cleaning and repair. Breakfast was far too expensive for the price. Not even eggs. Or enough yoghurt etc. for four persons. It looks like the place went trough a rough time, which I understand with Covid closures but tigers to feed. The lady working there in the morning was kind and helpful, although only speaks German. For me, the lovely view is not enough to compensate for the disappointing quality (for this price).

Jetty (2/5): Devastated place, no one there, and the room (under the roof) was far too hot. - The location was nice, good view There was no one at all at the pension. It looked like a deserted place, the atmosphere was awkward. We had asked for a cool room, but were given a room right under the roof. It was very very hot. The bathroom was even hotter. Yet there were still empty rooms on the ground floor. There was no there one to talk about things, so we could not change the room.
